Wish I had checked Unilocal before taking my mower to Sears. I also wish that there were minus stars. Giving Sears one star leaves the impression that what Sears does is provide poor service. That is not even remotely the case. They provide NO service. It has been nine weeks since I brought my mower to Sears. Four times I have been told that it was ready. One time it was not even at the store — the other three times it was not working. I am now told that they cannot get the parts to repair my Toro. I wouldn’t have thought it would be that hard. But, to add insult to injury, it is in worse shape than when I brought it. I kept my mower in the garage and treated it kindly. But there are now scrapes and missing paint that weren’t there when I brought it in and my little coddled mower is now FILTHY and seems to be missing a part. So, what Sears did is waste my time and damage my mower. They definitely deserve a MINUS five stars. Would that Unilocal gave me that choice.

Went to this store with my daughter to price mattresses. We had already checked prices at the specialty mattress stores and were looking to see if we could save any money at a department store. In the mattress department, we were approached by a young man with very long, very thick dredlocks. When we asked him about prices and asked about a particular mattress brand that we looked at over at the specialty stores, he very arrogantly stated«I’ve NEVER even heard of that brand!» I guess that makes you a genius. He walks closely by me and the stench from those dreds was overwhelming. He smelled like rotted garbage. I couldn’t take it anymore, grabbed my daughter, told him we would keep looking and got the heck out of there. If sears keeps hiring people like that, I don’t see how than can stay in business. I don’t usually shop there and now I never will. I will never step foot in a sears store again.

I’m astonished. I have a Craftsman mower that I purchased at this store location. The mower is fine but it needs some upkeep & I needed a gasket. I wanted to call first make sure they have the part. But when I did call the phone rang and rang and rang. finally somebody answered and asked me what I needed and they transferred meet another line. The phone rang and rang and rang. I listened for 5 minutes to the phone ringing before I finally gave up and called back and asked the automated attendant for a manager. I allowed the phone to ring another 27 times before I finally gave up for good. Never again.
