I love that they have healthy options and some vegetarian meals. Pretty much everything I have had is good. Today I had the Mediterranean Veggie Sandwhich. Good and healthy but nothing to get excited over. If I’m looking for a sandwhich while out, than this is a great option. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The line moves a little slow but I think that’s bc they take their time with people ordering. Restaurant is always clean and has a small patio area. Can bring the dogs and people watch the parking lot. Not great view, but nice to eat outside. Anyways, I like but not love Panera. You should give it a try. With all the healthy options you are bound to find something that you like.

Two weeks in a row I ordered a sprouted grain roll as my side and both times they deliver the food to my table and tell me they are all out of those rolls. OK. Today they brought my food to the table and said they are out of the sprouted roll so they substituted it with a slice of bread. Perhaps they could have come to the table and asked if I prefer a different side before just giving me a slice and bread instead of what I ordered. I asked the manager about it and we concluded that I am just having bad luck when ordering the roll. Also, the soup was once again luke warm. I swear, the soup is never warm enough. If I am going to pay $ 5 for a little cup of soup then at least I should not have to microwave it in the restaurant. Come on. I am going to bring a thermometer next time because I don’t think the soup temperature is in the food safety zone. Also, I ordered my salad with lemon juice as the dressing and this time I just got a bunch of lemon wedges mixed into my salad instead of actual lemon juice. So the whole time I was eating I had to pick out lemon seeds and place lemon peels to the side of my bowl.

I really like that they have plenty of healthy options and that they print the number of calories for most of their options. The staff have been really friendly at this location every time I’ve been and they work fast. It’s pretty decent size and it’s nice that they have free wifi. They have a fair number of outside tables as well which is nice once the weather gets better. If you order to go, you can see the order update electronically which is a nice feature.

I always get Panera Bread when I’m looking for something quick and convenient to eat. I’ve never dined in at this Panera location, but I always use their rapid online ordering system. It’s really simple to use and completely customizable. I always select a panini with the meat choice I like and customize it through the options listed. I usually change my bread choice, add pesto, add different veggies, and remove different veggies. Ultimately, it comes out a completely different sandwich, but they’ve never gotten the order wrong. My order is always ready for me to pick up within 10 minutes as well. I did try their tortellini pasta once and didn’t like it, but I love their paninis. Their packaging is also very nice. Every time I get soup, it’s packaged carefully so that it doesn’t spill, and my roll is always tasty. There have been times when I’m not careful and have placed an online order at the wrong location or after they’ve closed. In the scenario where I placed the order at the wrong store, I called them and they were very understanding and refunded me my money. When I acidentally placed an order after they closed, one of the staff called me to inform me they were closed, refunded me my money, and recommended another Panera location that was still open nearby.

I ordered breakfast here for me and a coworker and omg their ordering system is so easy! once I went to the side of the place I finally heard my name but the manager came up to me instead and said that their machine was broken so I was unable to get a mocha like I ordered. I wasn’t really mad just a little upset because I was looking forward to caffeine but he was so friendly and gave me a refund for the drink and still got me a free hot chocolate! this place really knows how to make a customer’s day start off great.

I love Panera Bread. I love the way it looks, the way it smells, and I love LOVE the coffee. However, the service I have received at this one and the availability of items have been less than satisfactory. Almost every time we go for breakfast, they are out of specialty bagels. When we accept a substitute, they frequently come to our table and say they are out of that, too. The first time it happened, we overlooked it. The 4th time, really? Today I went in for coffee and had a very rude employee stay on the phone an extra 3 minutes while I patiently waited. She then disappeared in the back for another couple of minutes. I was about to walk out when she came to the register and mumbled at me. She didn’t ask if I was a rewards member(I am), just slammed down coffee cups and disappeared again. Not exactly the inviting atmosphere I was hoping for. So as much as I love the coffee, I probably will drive out of my way to find another location.

I am obsessed with Panera, but I will not be coming back to this location ever again! I’d bought some soup with a bread bowl, and they forgot my bread bowl. Since they were already closed by the time I discovered my nonexistent bread bowl, I saved my soup and went back the following day to get its bread bowl. With my receipt in hand, they denied they had not given me one the night before, and charged me almost $ 3.00 for another one that was stale!

Visited Panera Bread last night for dinner. Had the French onion soup… taste was very good. Arrived luke warm though. Had the white cheddar and steak panini sandwich on Baguette. Was tasty — not a lot of meat though. My friend had some chili and a chicken flat bread sandwich and a cup of turkey chili. Said the turkey was too spicy and the chicken was not very tasty. I tasted the chicken sandwich and did not care for it. Not enough Tabasco to make it something I would want to eat more of. Service was good and quick and prices reasonable.

Wow! Nicest location I’ve seen to date. Came in for a take out as busy working on paper. Place was clean and well appointed. Nice calm atmosphere. We will see how the food is. :-)

One of my favorite breakfast places to go on the way to work. I love Panera Bread. I am a club member which earns me points for free food and you also get a free birthday surprise, so its a great free program. Great place to in for healthy breakfast, sandwiches and soup, and pastries. Their soup bowls are the best. Carrot cake and red velvet cupcakes are good and so is the chai latte. I love this location. It is very clean inside and the atmosphere is kinda laid back. It is larger than most and has tons of comfy seating for a great casual feeling. There is a fireplace in the middle, free wifi and tons of seating everywhere, and even outside. Great location and located near great area, West University Drive. You can go there have your business meeting and no one would bother you. The staffs are also friendly and helpful. Panera Breads are about the same anywhere you go, but this one deserves 5 stars because of the staffs. Good job pals! It’s fast because people working here are great at it too. Parking here is never a big problem. They have parking right outside the door and a parking lot. I would recommend this location. :)

Showed up at 7:45pm. Ordered 3 bread bowls of soup and was told they were out of bread bows. Was offered extra baguettes in lieu of bread bowls in which I graciously accepted. Shortly thereafter, the grumpy general manager called my name and informed me that they were out of baguettes as well. I inquired as to how they could be out of bread at a bread store. She was very displeased with my question and informed me that if I actually wanted bread(from this BREAD store) I should show up earlier. Keep in mind, they don’t close until 9. I told her I surely don’t remember seeing that on the TV commercial! I was pondering this experience on my bread less way home and recalled that Panera boasts that all the extra bread they have at the end of the day is donated to homeless shelters. Looks like those with and without homes are going to be without bread tonight. Just say’n

If you brave enough to risk the carb overload, you might as well do it in style. I love just having a cup of soup and half a sandwich combo — perfectly delicious and filling.

So I was not a fan of Panera before but this place completely changed my opinion. I had a delish bowl of baked potato soup and a chocolate chip muffie, my husband had a ham and bacon. sandwich and we were sooooo pleased. It was amazing. The cashier was soo patient and sweet, it was very clean and the gentleman who delivered our food was so kind. My soup was perfect, temperature, texture and flavor, the only complaint is I wish I had ordered more!!!

I have been here a few times and it hurts to say this but today the food was room temp… as in the soup and the chicken sandwich was supposed to be fairly hot like it normally is but seems lately they seem to drop the ball time to time.

Coming here after 12 on a Sunday is really not the brightest of ideas, but I was nearby and their bacon turkey bravo sandwiches have always been a huge hit with me. They seem to now have these«table tracker» devices when you eat in, but apparently mine was not working. After about 15 minutes, just when I was going to have to get someone’s attention, the guy delivering the food noticed my number and said it wasn’t showing up on his end and he had been wondering. I was hungry and a little irritated, so I mentioned that yeah, it had been fifteen minutes. He brought my sandwich over and also brought a chocolate chip cookie(which was MASSIVE) to apologize for the long wait. Little gestures will always go a long way with me, especially when they involve chocolate chips. YAY for good customer service! As always, the food was incredibly delicious.

Being there several times. Pastries are decent. Soups usually on the salty side at all times. Last visited 3 weeks ago, was served burned panini. Night manager offered no real solution. Said she was aware of it and claimed it had to do with too much olive oil on the bread. Night manager had no concept that burned food shouldn’t be served. Wrote complaint to corporate, never heard back. Looks like a chain store without concern about customer input at the corporate and local level.

I love panera and this store in particular but I’ll explain that later. First of all I want to say how awesome it is that there is a panera in Denton, can’t be thankful of that enough, because during finals week or for exams its nice to come to this place use the wifi and when I get hungry. get food that’s pretty good. My usual order consists of some kind of smoothie a small bowl of broccoli cheddar soup and a small ceaser salad. I can’t complain about any of that, the staff here are excellent I have had no run ins no problems to report back. The reason why this particular store gets 4 out of 5 instead of a 3 out of 5(since its just like any other Panera) is because this store donates the excess bread at the end of the night to a charity organization. Some friends of mine and I had asked the servers several years ago what happens to the bread at the end of the night and the servers response was that it all got tossed away. To me that’s such a waste of food, the other night I was here until closing with a group of people when we were told that it was the last call to order food before the food gets donated. Which made me really happy to hear.

Lately I’ve been exploring alternative study spots around town for a change of atmosphere. Panera, while not locally owned, lends warmth, good food, cheap coffee, and free Wi-Fi to the stressed-out student. I very much appreciate the tasteful and chill music they have playing. I’d much rather write essays to the tune of Norah Jones than the eclectic, sometimes really awful, indie crap that occasionally assaults my ears at Jupiter House. I must say I’m addicted to their broccoli cheddar soup and French bread. Sooo good *omnomnom*. A 12-oz. cup of drip coffee(which is always fresh and delicious) will cost you $ 1.72 including tax, but it’s free refills — even more of a reason to stick around. And go ahead and get a My Panera rewards card. Taking 2 minutes to activate it online will get you a free pastry to go with your coffee. Pain au chocolat ftw. My only concern is the scarcity of plug outlets. But avoid usual lunch and dinner rush hour times and finding a source to charge your laptop shouldn’t be a problem.
