Incredible dumplings, thats why theyre called the Dumpling Bros I suppose — they are very light and not doughy at all.
Preferred dumplings to kimchi fried rice. Nice bros. Will come again to try the Korean Pancakes

We had high hopes but were very disappointed. It was a busy night, which should be good, right? We ordered both beef and chicken dumplings. They were greasy and salty. The garnishes were fine, though the kimchi is very mild. We ordered fried rice, which was overall better. but also extremely salty. My son mostly picked out the veggies/​eggs from the rice, because he said it was too salty; this is weird, because he loves rice, especially with soy sauce on it! Probably won’t go back again.

VERY impressed! The portion for the combo (dumplings and fried rice) was gigantic — easily 2 meals if you’re not absolutely starving but can be eaten in one sitting too if you’re up for it. Everything was fresh and delicious.
The prices are steep but not outrageous, especially for the amount of food given. This is pretty unique, it’s nice to have new options for food near the square. Give it a try! I want to try the Korean pancakes and the Reuben next time I go back.

Genuine, authentic Korean dumplings. My family and I can’t decide which ones we like better, the chicken or the beef! They also make some of the best fried rice I’ve ever tasted. Highly recommend this food truck!!!
