I went into Ann Taylor’s on a very lazy Thursday morning to get a dress for a function that came up.
I was on a mission I knew what I was looking for and my daughter and I quickly scoured and started grabbing items to try on. We were in there a full 30 minutes and I tried on about 15 different things and found something suitable.
We got the dress and a couple pairs of shoes on sale, feeling pretty good about the quality of the merchandise.
My problem with this store is that nobody, no one ever came and asked to help us. The sales clerk did not even greet us — just rang the purchased up and asked for the money. A complete lack of interest in the customer. Not rude, but really not there for you.
I can’t get over that– what a very poorly managed store! While I give the product line a good three or four star rating, I cannot recommend this particular store at the Cherry Creek mall.

One of my go to stores for classic woman’s apparel. When you need a nice but slightly trendy look for work this should be one of your go to places. Really great separates, skirts, tops, accessories, and dresses. I’ll be honest I have quite a few Ann Taylor dresses. This day I ended up shopping clearance and got a dress top for under $ 8. That’s a steal and I love a good steal!
