I love J. Crew. If you complain about the prices, go back to the Gap. If you are a fashion-conscious person in Denver, and are looking for good cuts and fabrics for a REASONABLE price, look no further. The staff here is helpful and lacking the pomp and circumstance of other higher-end clothing stores. Very inviting.

Bummed I couldn’t return my gift items for cash back(REI has me so spoiled), but a gift card was better than nothing. I was lucky they were having a 40% sale at the time, otherwise I wouldn’t have even been able to afford a t-shirt. I was offended that minutes later after the return, my items were back on the shelf marked with prices much higher than the store credit I had received. No worries though – I won’t be stepping foot in the store again.

I love J. Crew(although I do agree with Laura L. about prices, totally not somewhere I can afford to shop on a regular basis. I was on the hunt for a gray bridesmaid dress and was ready to order one online but I have NO idea what size I wear in their dresses so I ran over to the mall to get that figured out. I asked for some help and Natalie was amazing. She brought out two dresses from that back that had been returned so I could figure out which size would work better. Then we hopped on the computer so I could show her the dresses I was eying and then she tracked down my favorite dress in my size at Park Meadows(no idea how I lucked out!) and put it on hold for me. Now I don’t have to deal with online ordering and am so happy to have this taken care of. And to make things even better I found my favorite flip flops in my size, on sale and at an additional 30% off. Awesome day. Clothes might be on the pricey size but customer service rocks and I know the clothes will fit well and last for more than one season.

Dear J. Crew, Braaaaaaaah! Who can afford to shop with you? I once had a shopping addiction with you, back in the day of disposable income. But the last time I walked through your store I was horrified at how insanely expensive everything is. Even the sale racks offend my checking account. I do admire your stuff, but sadly I’ve moved on to more affordable options until I win the lottery or find a sugar daddy. Fondly, Laura
