Monkey Business Burritos

When relocating to Denver, I never thought I’d have such a great treat as breakfast burritos delivered to our offices. I love the carnivore… It’s the best part of my Wednesday and Friday mornings. Thank you Tina!

SO I just ordered a burrito from the guy that comes to my office… WORST THING EVER! I ordered the papa burrito from another Unilocal suggestion… the meat was unrecognizeable along with everything else in the burrito and the green chili was unbearably HOT… and not good hot… it took 2 pieces of bread and 2 tums to stop the burning… the nasty taste is still all in my mouth… GROSS!!! DONT DO IT!

About six months ago I made a career change for the better and moved to a new company operating in the DTC. My old office is only about two minutes away, but the one thing I missed, craved, longed for was the breakfast burritos from Monkey Business.
After making comments around my new office that breakfast burritos would be great and did anyone know of a restaurant who delivered them we all came up dry. A most recent Unilocal thread on breakfast burritos also got me thinking that I’ve got to find someone who was capable and good.
So I called on a friend who still works in my old office and asked of the Monkey Business folks still made the bi-​weekly visits to their hole. YES!!!
I gave Jerry at Monkey business a ring on Tuesday and told him of my overwhelming tummy desire for his morning goodness and would he please consider stopping by my office. YES AGAIN!!!
Here we are… Thursday. Like a cosmic spectacle with lights and smoke, Jerry and his much beloved burritos were in my office! (More like Jerry walking in and asking for me and my phone rang.) Knowing how awesome these morning yummies are I bought one for everyone in my office and was immediately the, «KING OF BREAKFAST»…for this morning.
All of his options were available at $ 3.50 each including:
The Papa: Bacon, chorizo, egg, potato, mild green chili, jalapeño and cheese
The Mama: Bacon, chorizo, egg, potato, mild green chili and cheese
The Baby: A meatless version of the Mama
The Carnivore: Ground beef, green chili, cheese, and light jalapeño
The Chunky Monkey: Pork, potato, green chili and cheese
The Monkey B&B: Ground beef, mashed pinto beans, light jalapeño, seasoning and cheese
The Vegi Monkey: Homemade, mashed pinto beans, light jalapeño, seasoning and cheese
Plus ask for a «Monkey’s Dozen» card. When you buy 12 burritos your 13^th is free!
Trust me… if you work in the DTC and don’t have Monkey business stopping by at a minimum of twice per week you’re missing out. Give Jerry a call and let him know that you’d love for him or one of his drivers to stop by. You won’t be disappointed.

We cant wait in our office for the Burrito «Babe» to bring us our daily burrito. My favorite is the «Papa»…The gal is super nice and always on time… I’m a little afraid of giving them high praise… because the more people to find how great they are… might mean they will get to busy to
give us the great attention we here have come to expect… but what the
hell…call them… you shant be disapointed…

I really enjoy Monkey Business Burritos and the people who sell them are always really nice, but every time they come to my office, they are completely out of, or have 1 of the most popular burritos, so you have to politely «fight» with someone over the 1 burrito that 5 people want. There are a handful of loyal customers in my office in DTC, but we are often disappointed because they don’t have the burritos we want. I just figure… if they are ALWAYS out of the same burritos that everyone wants, and always end up with the kinds people don’t want… why don’t they just make MORE of the popular kinds aka Papa Monkey, Mama Monkey and Baby Monkey? Good burritos though, so definitely worth the $ 3 if they have the kind you want!
