Pioneer Property Management

I managed my own properties for 15+ years, thinking this was the most profitable way to go. But as life got busy, my attention to management waned and profits and tenant quality suffered. I started moving my 8 properties over to Pioneer last year, and they have helped me get things back under control. This included untangling a couple of thorny tenant relationships. They also inherited a sizable amount of deferred maintenance, and they have scheduled the contractors and resolved many property issues.
I chose Pioneer because they are local and accessible, and very professional and effective. The advice I have gotten from them has been great, and they are responsive to my needs. And above all, they are fair and reasonable with charges incurred for their services.

My wife and I have lived in the Highlands for over 2 years and have loved working with Pioneer Property Management! They immediately respond to any issues (there have not been many). For example, we were getting ready for our son’s birthday party and had a plumbing issue. We needed the issue resolved quickly and Pioneer Property made sure to take care of it.

We moved into a home managed by Pioneer Property Management back in August. From the initial application to our time now, I’ve been continually impressed with the service provided. They have a portal for us to submit maintenance requests, all of which have been completed in a timely fashion. When we’ve worked via email, the communication has been clear and quick. You can learn a lot about people by how they handle less than ideal situations. We even had an unfortunate incident where a bike was stolen (it’s Denver — it happens, even in nicer parts of town). Pioneer Property Management was incredibly empathetic, and quickly helped us by installing, the very next day, an additional light out back to prevent a possible future issue. They go above and beyond to take care of their tenants, and we are fortunate to rent from them!

I’ve been renting a house from Pioneer in North City Park for over a year now. My original plan was to stay for a year, but after dealing with Pioneer I found it hard to leave.
Richard has been especially helpful, and any time I write an email with questions, or needing a repair of some sort (which has only happened once now in our 1.5 years in the house), he responds immediately. To me, that’s extremely important and helpful.
I’d highly recommend working with Pioneer.

I found a awesome property on Zillow for $ 900 a month. Ad stated a drive by and a filled out a online application was required before the property could be shown. The zillow ad said 1,518 sq feet and had a picture of a «bonus» room/​den.
Drove by that same day and saw a
sign for $ 1300 a month for the same exact property. I was thinking that was a huge difference but I really liked the property so I went to the
website and the listing was lowered to $ 950 and stated it was 518 sq feet (no bonus room picture) so I went ahead and applied so I could at least go see the property. I also noticed there was no way the rental could be 1,518 sq ft as stated on the zillow ad.
After I applied I hadn’t heard anything (have steady job (s) and excellent credit and rental history) so I went back to their website the next day to see if it had been rented/​taken off. The listing on their website was changed to $ 1300 again (it was $ 950 less than 24 hours ago at the same url). I have a feeling they are just seeing how many applications they can get at a lower price and then raising them again. Or who knows… they might of just wanted my information to steal my identity in the future (super happy they don’t have my SSN). Long story short, I would not do business with these people. Too many inconsistencies and shady postings.
