I’ve eaten here several times and the food is good along the service being okay. However, the price is high and I really don’t see that its worth it in my opinion, so I doubt that we will be going back any time soon.

The hostess was downright hostile. I hope she doesn’t last long in this industry, because she is clearly not cut out for any type of career where she has to interface with customers. We came up to the podium to try to get a table, and she would not make eye contact with us. She seemed extremely uncomfortable with her job. Even though it was not crowded at all, for whatever reason she seemed extremely stressed and unable to cope. Her tone of voice was completely unacceptable, and she called us «You Guys», even after I had given her my name for the reservation. The hostess insisted on helping another group of customers who were seated in the lobby, which was weird. I am not sure why the hostess was so strung out and hostile, it was just bizarre. After we finally were allowed to sit down, the rest of the visit was pretty much standard. Our server was nice enough, the food was average. This location clearly needs to do a better job at training its host staff in customer service.

Service was good. But the drinks were poor and made very weak. Mussels were over cooked and my lobster was also overlooked making it rubbery. The rest of our meals were decent. But this red lobster is very over priced for the quality of food they serve.

Not that bad but still not good at all, the price is high for the quality of the food. I don’t want to try it again.

Meh, not a bad place but I wouldn’t go again. Not a complain but this type of restaurant is not really my type. I like seafood but the food was ok. The attention was good and the ambience was ok. Meh.

Coconut shrimp was amazing and of course the biscuits were also. Robert was our server and he was wonderful.

Walked in at 7:15, peak dinner time, on a Monday evening. Despite the fact that nearly half the tables were unoccupied, cleaned, set, and just waiting for some hungry patrons to come sit in them and allow them to serve their God given purpose, the not-so-bright hostesses at the front handed me one of those annoying vibrating pagers typically used on busy nights when the crowd is overflowing out of the door and told me it would be about 10 minutes. After looking around at all of the empty tables I politely said«any of those tables over there would work?» Pointing in a direction although any direction would have worked. She replied the server for that table is on break and won’t be back for 20 minutes. What happened to the days when service mattered and if there was an empty table, they’d fill it, even if that meant that another server would get to earn the tip of the less hungry server who takes breaks during peak dinner time?

If you plan to go in the late afternoon or night on Friday or the weekend your going to be in for a long wait. Other than that the food is pretty good and don’t forget to ask for a bag of cheddar bay biscuits to take home!

Great affordable seafood dishes. Not that great but I guess I can have a couple go with their shrimps. The seafood here are very fresh and lovely to eat. Its just that I don’t fancy eating seafood that long. Great place for seafood. You better try it out.

Today mom and I went to Red Lobster for their endless shrimp promotion. From entering the restaurant to leaving, the entire experience was very pleasurable. Today we were served by Robert, and he is one of the best servers I have ever had. –The cheddar bay biscuits were fluffy and hot. –The salad was fresh, cool, and there was plenty of dressing. –The ice tea was brewed perfectly. –The food was hot, cooked properly and every piece of shrimp was very tasty. –Every refill of shrimp was provided in the shortest turnaround time I have ever seen. –The restaurant was clean. –Special bonus, no screaming children which was a huge plus. I really do like this Red Lobster and I have found their service to be very good over the years. If you ever experience a problem, you can always talk to their assistant and store managers and they will work to correct any issue. However with that being said, within the past six(6) or so visits, I never experienced any issues and I found the entire restaurant to work as a team to serve all the customers. If you get a chance to get served by Robert, he was excellent and you will enjoy your experience.

I have always loved Red Lobster. It was a childhood favorite. We came in for lunch. We had a great server. I can’t remember his name. I wanted to give him a good survey score. The cheddar bay biscuits are out of this world! Always. I have spent a long time trying to replicate them. I have figured it out by now. They are still great. I got a Lobster fest dish. It had a Maine lobster tail, rock lobster tail and a lobster pasta. I love lobster. I wish I could have the texture of Maine with the taste of rock. The pasta was really good too. I added the asparagus for a couple bucks. It was $ 32 for just my meal by the end. I wanted to splurge and I did. Nothing like a $ 32 lunch to motivate you.

We went to this establishment since its CLOSEST to our house after a long week from work. That recent visit was on Thursday August 7th2014. Other than that, we were celebrating our 10thYEAR Friendship-Anniversary. We came at 20:10hrs ish. Once seated, our server named David R gave us the Menu and explained what they are offering that Month etc. While reading the Menu, our server brought out the UNLIMITED Cheddar Bay Biscuits. MYOHMY! Those Cheddar Bay Biscuits are SO Addictive! I think our EYES are WAY bigger than our stomach hence we also opt for Appetizers and Main Entrees. From our Menu we opt to order the following items : * Appetizer Combo with 2 options. We opt to have the Calamari and Mozzarella Cheese Sticks. The Calamari and Vegetables are Hand-breaded and Golden-Fried. The Vegetables are Broccoli and Red Bell Peppers. The Appetizer Combo comes with Marinara, Tangy Marinara and Creamy Ranch.($ 8.99) * Ultimate Feast — Maine lobster tail, steamed North American snow crab legs, garlic shrimp scampi and Walt’s Favorite Shrimp.($ 25.99) — My MAIN Entrée * 12 oz. Peppercorn-Seasoned NY Strip with Mashed Potatoes, Red Potatoes and Onion Rings($ 20.99) — Hubs MAIN Entrée Hubs opt to have the following beverages that evening : * IBC Root Beer($ 2.79) * Coffee($ 2.39) Our Main Entrée comes with Salads. Hubs opt for Caesar Salad while I opt for the Garden Salad. TAKENOTETOSELF: The Appetizers CAN Be Filling and ISINDEEDFILLING. Hence next time MAYBE Skip the Appetizers, and GO Straight To Order the MAIN Entrees. Everything was OK, be it for the food. Nothing stellar. The Service was indeed quick and prompt. Our served David R, answered all our questions about the Food Menu and refilled Hubs coffee periodically. Decent Dinner and I even have HALF of my Main Dinner Entrée to be Boxed TOGO, since I was filled by the Appetizers! Left this establishment at 21:10hrs. OOhh, did I tell you when you enter this establishment, there is a LOBSTERTANK where the Lobster you intend to eat comes from there! Attempted to call in a take out order. Waited over 15 minutes, bartender did not pick up the phone, three times in same day. Thought the first two times were due busy time of day 1700hrs. Third time was at 2056hrs, even on a Sunday, the bartender could not be that busy. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere.

The service was great my server was Luis. He was attentive and on target. The food was a little disappointing. The lobster was dry. The bread was cold, the ceasar salad was tasty. The only sing a song for your birthday no percent off or a free dessert. That w as disappointing a cheap dessert could be offer ed

This Red Lobster gets bad reviews but this is my third time here and again, all is good. It’s a chain restaurant so maybe folks should cool the jets in expectations. Food is decent, clean /warm /friendly environment and as usual very friendly staff! :)

So my friend and I went searching for a seafood restaurant on Super Bowl Sunday in Denver — of course everything was closed. So we ended up at Red Lobster. The entire experience was mediocre. Service forgot a lot, the biscuits were burnt and not fluffy, the food was tasteless and small. My salad was covered in blue cheese — way too much. I won’t be back.

Oh, suburbia. This place is your typical Red Lobster. It was pretty busy on a Saturday night and we had a 15 minute wait. Dion was our server and he was pretty good. I ordered the coconut shrimp, which is my favorite menu item. My fiancé ordered the fish and chips and to be honest it wasn’t good but when we told Dion, he offered to bring us something else. Fiancé wanted a dessert and ordered the apple pie. It was delicious! The only this is that we thought the pie would be free and it wasn’t. Isn’t that standard when your meal isn’t good? Sorry Red Lobster but I’m docking you serious stars for that.
