Banana Republic Factory Store

Horrible service, no greeting, given filthy looks from sales associate. Store was an absolute disaster. Male associate more concerned with flirting with a female in front of the store. Left empty handed

My favourite store. I bought a pant with them and had lost the receipt. The store gave me no issues and where happy to exchange it for me. I like this brand more because of the quality of the material they use.

I love the Banana Republic outlet. I’ve also been to the one in Aurora, so I was shocked that this place wasn’t nearly as crowded. I was here on a Tuesday afternoon, but that rarely stops serious shoppers from blocking aisles with strollers or walking 3 – 4 wide in the aisles with their entire family and screaming in another language. At this Banana Republic, though? Not so much.
I found the perfect white cardigan here for $ 30. When I got home, I noticed a small hole in the back near the neck, but nothing major and it can be fixed. There were a number of items on the clearance rack (extra points for a clearance rack in what is already an outlet), but many items were damaged in some way. Check your stuff before you buy it.
My friend found a lovely LBD for the shocking low price of $ 26.
All of the accessories were on sale too. I found a gold finish and pearl chunky necklace for $ 27 (originally $ 40). I’d had my eye on a similar design from Kate Spade, but that was $ 250+, so considering I spent only 10% of that… I feel pretty darn good about my experience here.
The employees are much more friendly at this BR outlet too.
