A salad with a fun name, disguising one of the plainest most flavorless salads ever. It was just lightly sprinkled with the ingredients that would have made it closer to living up to it’s name and PRICE. Healthy food can be delicious too! Flavor should be one of the reasons we pay a restaurant more, rather than making our own meal for less. I don’t like paying for things I can make all too easily and exactly from lack of creativity or effort.

antibiotic & hormone free! a bit pricey, but I’d rather spend more to feed my body the better, healthier things tasty Teryaki Twist rice bowl & banana granola smoothie, mmmmm never seems to have a line longer than like one person

Quality food. I wish the volume of salad were more. Tofu is good. $ 2 added to your base meal. Looking forward to trying their version of fro yo: fro kefir. People nice, and quick. Aside: they have bag check here for U.S. travelers. And print boarding pass services. And upscale wooden doors in bathroom. Pretty cool features, as far as malls go.

Extremely rude workers. Food was disgusting. Bland and when there was flavor it tasted equivalent to feet. Asked for more avocado and the worker gave me an attitude and told me to talk to the manage if I wanted more. The southwestern soup is by far the worst thing i have ever tasted! Don’t waste your time or money

When traveling it’s sometimes a bit challenging to eat healthy, particularly in a mall food court. I was very happy with the baja burrito I had from Freshii. It was packed full of quinoa, onion, cilantro, cabbage and avocado. It had a little pico in it, and I didn’t taste or see the salsa that’s advertised with the dish, so my only complaint was that it lacked some in flavor. However, it was very healthy and left me feeling full but not«I just ate a bucket of fried chicken and feel gross now» full. The burrito was very large in size, and I was unable to finish it in spite of giving it my best effort. A friend had one of their smoothies and said it was delicious — just fruits and vegetables with no fillers or added sugar.

Rosa J.‘s parents were in town, all the way from Taiwan(my birthplace and childhood home), so she took them to the Fashion Outlets of Chicago to show them around. I personally don’t have much interest in purchasing mall food, but for my health-conscious mom I commended Freshii with reservation. I’m not too crazy about the«flavors» because their food is, for the most part, very bland. I used to visit Freshii sometimes when the mall first opened. I’ve had their rice bowls, southwestern soup, and veggie wasabi wraps. I decided to change up and ordered their juice and smoothie(Mango Tango & Life Support). I enjoyed their Mango Tango. Who doesn’t like fresh juice with natural sweetness coming from the mango? Nevertheless, the price was truly on the higher side: $ 8 and some change after tax! Well, those who would be able to afford Pr*da, Bur*erry, To*y Bur*h, and some luxury brands can certainly afford Freshii on a regular basis. Their salads are, for the most part, vegetarian-friendly, unless a choice of protein is added for an additional cost. The«Market» salad features kale, genoa rice, cranberries, apples, avocado, and spinach. I wish they included a special salad dressing to boost up the flavor. Overall, Freshii unlikely will get my repeated businesses. It may rank supreme in comparison to other American-Chinese food or some other pseudo-Italian pizza place, but after all it’s just a type of franchise that is meant to live at the food court in an American mall.

I don’t usually review«mall restaurants» but today is the exception based on customer service alone. A young man by the name of ALVIN, is the reasoning writing this review. Not only was he genuinely polite he was very knowledgable and patient. He explained the menu while still be attentive to the other customers waiting in line. I had a lot of questions because I’m just that way and want to always make my dining experience a good one especially when I’m trying something new and I’m super hungry. Getting back to ALVIN this young man was amazing with his customer service skills and his aim to educate and please his customers. If I owned a business hands down I’d love to have this guy work for me. FRESHII. … He is a keeper and someone to consider for a promotion in your company. GREATJOB. Now to try the food

TERRIBLESERVICE! The one who takes orders doesn’t pay attention at all. Forgot my order. Then forgot what’s in it. I was the only customer by the way.

Worst burrito I’ve ever eaten. I got the Tex Mex burrito, which had brown rice, 15 black beans, 10 pieces of corn, 2 dices of tomato, 4 shreds of cheddar cheese, and a stray leaf of cilantro that probably tried to jump ship from being wrapped up in a different terrible burrito. I cracked my teeth more than once on uncooked pieces of rice, because about half of it was nearly raw. I couldn’t even eat it. Awful. Even worse, we had to wait nearly 20 minutes for 2 burritos that were inedible. Why didn’t I check the reviews before I came?!

$ 9.50 for a Cobb Salad with Chicken. If Fresh“ii” is lingo for something that resembled fresh at one time bravo. My browning lettuce matched my browning avocado. The frozen chicken had some brownish spots and most definitely pieces of tendon. Hungry yet? It gets a 2* only because the Mango Tango was nice but that might be because the brown spots were blended in… If I lived nearby I might be willing to give it a second chance, but as an out-of-towner never again. I would echo the other reviewers statements about the overall slow speed, but to elaborate on their unprofessional conduct I wouldn’t attribute it to rudeness as much as apathy. Here’s a group of employees that care as little about this job as the management cares about actually serving fresh food.

What an embarrassment for the chain. I’ve been here twice(it’s the only quasi healthy option and the shopping is fabulous). The staff is so disorganized. I stood and waited 5 minutes for Jesus to finish mixing umpteen packets of sugar into a coffee before he could be bothered to take my order. The rest of the staff was hiding in the back. Not at all friendly or welcoming like the downtown locations. Yuck. Spare yourself and pack a snack so you can avoid this place.

Terrible service. Waited ten minutes for a yogurt and was served the wrong kind. Ignorant female manager spoke to one of the many bored workers to tell him to make me pay for a new one. Then she went back to complaining that she was tired… NEVER again will I go there. That ruined it for me. A regional manager should come see what this manager and workers are doing. I always eat at this freshii and ONLY when I have time. They have to be the SLOWEST food restaurant ever. You will wait 15+m for your food on a good day. The bowls are carb carb carb but the salads and smoothies are awesome. The workers can be rude however… At the most 2.5 stars.

Ordered their Pangoa bowl with beef. Nothing like the picture or the description. The description listed(among otherv items) avocado, grape tomatoes, aged white cheddar, and a lemon wedge. The avocado was a tiny slice, the grape tomatoes were replaced by chopped tomato, the cheddar was yellow and not aged, and the lemon wedge was a small square lemon piece that was so small it was barely enough for the avocado only. Very expensive– this item only was almost $ 12.

Very unprofessional and rude staff even for a food court restaurant. They also took a very long time to make a smoothie. I orders the peanut butter smoothie and it was not very good. I would not go back.

I was surprised to see what appeared to be a very health-conscious restaurant in a food court that was otherwise filled with your typical food-court choices(i.e. pizza, fast food, bad asian food, etc.) The location should have tipped me off about the quality of the food I was going to get. I also should’ve been suspicious because there was a Freshii open near my house at one point, but it closed very soon after. BUT I was intrigued by the concept, and I also got a free sample of their smoothie, and it tasted decently good(as good as healthy can get). Ordered the Buddha’s satay. It is described as coming with rice noodles, carrots, soy beans, broccoli, bean sprouts, and I paid an additional $ 2 for tofu. What I got(see picture) was actually a giant mound of rather mushy, broken rice noodles with pathetic amounts of the other ingredients(I was actually really close to going back up to the counter because I thought they had forgotten the tofu… but it was actually just microscopic). Flavors were bland, broccoli was WAY undercooked, definitely not healthy(basically had a mountain of carbs). Should’ve gotten a pizza.

I came in on a slow Tuesday night. I ordered the Tex Mex burrito and my boyfriend ordered the Smokehouse burrito with steak. I absolutely loved mine! Fresh, natural tasting and they were extremely generous with the avocado. The burritos were very large. We waited about 5 minutes for our meal, and I can see where people may have to wait longer… but we didn’t have a problem. As far as the staff goes, everyone was friendly and smiling tonight. I would definitely return!

I had an awful experience in the food court. I decided to go the healthy route and order a vegetarian wrap from Freshii. First of all, the girl at the cash register was unprofessional and not very knowledgeable. She was just starting off in space as I stood in front of her for a good minute. I had to wave my hand in front of her to get her attention when saying«Excuse me» at least five times didn’t work. She couldn’t confirm what kind wrap my wrap came in because the wrap that I wanted to order was supposed to be wrapped in leaves but she kept saying that it was a regular tortilla wrap. I also asked her what were the samples out on display and she couldn’t give me an answer. After taking my order, I stood there and waited. I waited 15 minutes and there was NOONE ahead of me. Finally, I flagged down someone and asked about my order and apparently, they hadn’t even started. There was at least 8 people back there working and I could overhear two employees talking about their weekend plans. I got a half hearted apology as they finally handed me my wrap a good 25 minutes after I placed my order.

i really wanted to like this place because the idea of eating healthy in a food court really appeals to me. I ordered their kale and brown rice bowl with chicken, and I’m sad to say that yucky is the best way I can describe it. But first things first. Let me tell you about my experience. I stood in line. There was one person in front of me. No problem. I ordered my food and an iced tea, and after I paid they asked me what size iced tea I wanted. Are they all the same price? That’s weird. I said I wanted large, not really knowing what I paid for. Then I moved aside and waited for my bowl to be constructed. That’s when I noticed all the flies in the kitchen. There were about 5 – 6 giant flies flitting around the workers. That’s disgusting and I have no idea why. I quickly surveyed the nearby restaurants and THEY didn’t have flies in their kitchens. Yuck. So I continued waiting and watching the flies. Four people who were in line after me got their rice bowls ahead of me. Finally a girl came over to me and asked what I had ordered. Apparently mine was still in the process of being prepared. Was it really that complicated, I wondered? My wait was about 15 minutes from start to finish. I was expecting quicker. Everyone else got quicker, so I don’t get that at all. So when I finally got my food it was really gross. There was an almost sugary sweet peanut sauce that completely ruined the dish. If that weren’t on there, I might have liked it, because the ingredients were brown rice, kale, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, sesame seeds, spinach, and I had chicken added to mine. I am sure the sugar in that sauce took it from healthy to about a billion calories and I would’ve been better off getting something deep fried somewhere else. Also? It was huge. There was definitely enough to feed two people there, which kind of justifies that I paid $ 11 for my meal. Unfortunately, after I ate half and was disgusted, I decided not to take the rest home. I was kind of afraid there might be fly larvae in there anyway. No freshii, no likey.

Had a decent burrito here. The Bangkok burrito — no protein added. I came on the opening weekend of this retail establishment and it was very crowded. The wise-beyond-his-years 10 year old behind the counter was just bizarre. Must’ve been the bosses kid or something. Never been to a Freshii before, it was okay, but not a place I wil ever actively seek out again. The only reason I ate here was because I’m a vegetarian and the other vegetarian place right next door wasn’t open yet so it was nice to have another option besides a piece of cheese pizza from Sbarro, ew.
