Chickenow

Large freshly fried tenders. I like the sauce but can see that others may not. Sort of slow for fast food but worth the 4 – 5 minute wait. Kids devoured the Texas toast.

While shopping at the mall, my husband and I got hungry and decided to grab lunch in the food court. Most of the restaurants in the food court were serving up greasy plates of deep fried food with fries, so we decided to try ChickenNow. We both ordered the Chicken Caesar wrap, with the NO Caesar dressing and a side of corn. Our wraps came *drenched* in Caesar dressing, despite us asking for none. The corn was the worst corn I have ever eaten in my life. I didn’t even know corn could taste that bad, but now I know. I’m giving this two stars because desire the chicken being soaked in Caesar dressing, it was grilled up nicely.

I got there just as they opened on a Tuesday. The chicken tenders are super big and juicy and listen up… REAL WHIPPED MASHED POTATOES!!! A fast food joint with real MASHED POTATOES has my vote. I am telling you, the tenders were Gigantic and better than KFC and Popeye’s, and did I mention the POTATOES??? And that much chicken for that price was good, especially compared to the others in this food court.

The non-​chains are a bit scary in this food court but Chickenow is decent.
Last time I was out this way I had a terrible experience at DJ’s Taco Bar, so that was obviously out. Decided on a spicy chicken wrap and gf had a tender box. As someone else noted, it’s not true «spicy chicken» as much as it is they just add jalapenos. But I enjoyed it a lot. I didn’t like the chicken as much just eating it as tenders, but it wasn’t bad. The fries are kind of lame.
Overall it’s decent. Not a place I’m clamoring to return to, but certainly a contender if I’m at the mall.

Took 20 min to get my food. The one guy who’s sole job is to call out ticket numbers and give the trays was completely unsanitary. He was on his cell phone half the time, he was touching his clothing repeatedly, coughing on his hands, and used his hat to scratch his head over top of the food where the sides are. The food was not worth the wait or the money. Got a «spicy» chicken sandwich breaded. Thought the chicken itself would be spicy-​ish, but no, they just put jalapenos on the sandwich. And the fries are those lame ones you used to get in the school cafeteria. Never again.

Ate here shopping at the mall one day. Food was ok, for fast food. Crispy chicken sandwich was made with chicken tenders. My main complaint is I used my credit card to pay for my food, as usual, not thinking any problems would occur. 2 days later, I’m home and I check my bank account. They had charged my card 2x on 2 different days. How could they run it on another day when I was 3 hours away. I called management and got the run around. So rude. Wouldn’t reimburse me and basically called me a liar. Wouldn’t return calls. Never experienced such poor customer service in my life! For that reason I will never eat here or any Chickenow ever again in my life!

It’s fast food so don’t expect much, but this place is really good. The chicken tenders are delicious! Nice pieces of white meat that’s super tender and yummy. Really good flavor. The fries are yummy too. I don’t love their ranch dressing but it’s fine I guess.
