I wouldn’t go back panhandlers block the door & a few of the staff members are rude waited five minutes by the lottery machine when I knocked on the glass to get someone to the machine I was yelled at to wait yes it might be close but I will spend my hard earned money else where.

Even though the store may be a little dated… the owner, Sam is a great guy who will order you any product you may need. If he doesn’t have it, he will get it for you. He has been very friendly and kind to us from the first time we went in there. We highly recommend Midtown Liquor for not only your alcohol and lotto needs, but it’s also good for a quick, small trip to grab a few items for the kitchen. Yes there are a few panhandlers around sometimes, but if you ever feel uncomfortable, you can tell Sam or any of his employees, and they will call Wayne State Police if need be. They take your comfort and safety seriously. We always feel good going in there. It is highly recommended!!!

Neighborhood party store on the corner of wdwd at willis. Lots of snacks, package liquor, domestic beer, domestic wine, pop, and a few canned goods. They have a lottery machine which seems to generate most of their traffic. Parking is parallel against their building. Panhandlers occasionally crowd their door.
