Recently I had an issue with being double charged for a sub, and not having been able to get in touch with them for over 4 hours to get a refund. That issue alone made me want to write a bad review, but they went above and beyond and came to me in person to apologize and fix the error. I understand, communication errors happen, phone lines go down, technology fails sometimes. I give 5 starts not just for the service but also I enjoy the convenience of delivery and the good food that I can customize(I’m a very picky eater).

I came to this subway because i was very hungry. I ordered a pastrami sandwich and wow was that a mistake. The meat had lots of grisle and lots of fat. I was chewing on grisle like i had bubble gum in my month. Absolutely nasty! Subway go to Togo’s and learn from them how to make a sandwich!

This was the largest tuna footlong in the history of me eating at Subway! Even the staff commented on how big it ended up. I think the reason was because the bread loaf was large and she simply filled it! I believe this monster was only $ 5.99, great deal. They also have a $ 4 meal deal right now which is a 6 inch and drink but I think it is limited to certain sandwiches. Friendly, efficient service, clean store, convenient location, I would eat here again!

I like Subway for a fast food lunch. Lots of fresh choices. All of them are pretty much the same staffed with low paid, rude employees and you wonder about what goes on in the back. NOTTHISONE! This is my favorite location. The people here are friendly and capable. They make a mean sandwich and while we all know the ingredients are measured, they seem to give a little extra. Always friendly. It’s worth the drive over Sac hill to get a better sandwich.
