This place is soooo slow !! 8 minutes to wait to order 10 minutes to get my food! 2 happy meals and a mcpick if this wasn’t the only fast food place for 10 miles I’d go somewhere else

I only go in the drive thru here for drinks now because they always «F» you in the drive thru! Seems that is the only orders they don’t screw up. Ordering anything else is way to complex for them to handle. And I swear they are messing with me when I go there. It goes like this; I pull into the drive thru and order 2 large coffees, they repeat «OK, 4 Big Macs and a Sprite?». I think it’s a fun little game we play.

Slowest service I’ve ever had and it’s always with the same person every night I’m here.

Wow they have a royally fucked up staff there. The lady started to roll her eyes when she got a «big order» from my group of FOUR (4) people. I am not exaggerating it took them 30 minutes to get our food out and they thought it would be a good idea to make the ice cream sundae first so it was all melted when we got it and this is the ONLY mc donalds I have ever been to that would give me a mango pineapple shake that looked like someone already drank ¹⁄₈ of it. They said oh its suppose to go to the line and I was like bullshit this is the only place ive been to thats done this to me! I would give them no stars if I could horrible horrible horrible.

Great for when I don’t feel like cooking. They are open later than any other restaurant in the area. The night manager is wonderful. He even remembers me if I’m driving a different car through drive-​thru. They always get my order right. And hardly ever do I have to wait for my food. Their breakfast menu is pretty expensive. But worth it, on occasion.

Terrible terrible terrible
3 out of 4 times my order is wrong. Wrong food, missing something. Today I order a black coffee and they gave me a coffee loaded with cream and sugar. Since when did they start mixing the cream and sugar in our drink. I think this was an employees drink and they gave it to me. WTF!!!

I’ve eaten here a few times. Usually when everything else is closed but I will say in a pinch Mcdonalds is definitely a better choice than alot of other places.

This place is totally hot or cold! 1 day it’s great, the next sucks! Tonite was terrible! Slow ass clowns taking forever! Extremely annoying to wait so long in a fast food drive thru! Get your poop together!

This has got to be the worst McDonalds on earth. It’s one thing to give you the wrong item but to screw up the entire order and to not give items that you ordered is ridiculous… And to top it off they overcharged me! Do yourself a favor drive an extra 4 to 5 miles and go to the one in Brentwood.

I don’t even wanna put a star I always have to get out my car cause they always forget somthing at the window then when inside it takes 6 mins for 1 hash brown the manager sucks ass and hella rude.

This place is hit or miss. I frequent this location often, seeing as how I live right around the corner. Most of the time, the order is correct and food is warm if not hot. Occasionally, more than i would like, the fries are cold and taste like they were cooked hours ago. The customer service isn’t the best, not the worst either. They are at lease consistent with that. They are never friendly never rude either. When I get to the window only thing ever said to me is the total of my order. When I get to the next window nothing is said, they just hand me my food. If i want any condiments I have to ask for them. It is McDonald’s after all. All in all it just your average McDonald’s that will screw up slightly more than they should.

I’m pissed. I haven’t eaten breakfast at McDonalds in a very very long time so had no idea what anything costs and was in a hurry so didn’t bother to read the prices just ordered two egg mcmuffins and I forget the exact total but it was around $ 8. Not sure if this McDonalds has higher prices than others but when I looked online later to see what they cost because it seemed very high to me I found one cost only $ 2.78 so two does not equal around $ 8. Either this locations prices are outrageous or the cashier ripped me off, either way I won’t be returning again and I will encourage my friends and family to do the same.
Wishing no stars was an option.

Exactly what you expect from fast food. I noticed that was a sign about not staying longer than 30 minutes. That has to be a joke. If you’re kids are at McPlayland what are going to do? Sorry kiddos we used our allotted 30 minutes? The sign alone makes me not want to go here — and I have no kids.

No complaints here! I didn’t eat the food, but the service, employees & amount of time it took to get through the drive-​thru was good! The happy meals all had good toys in them & the kiddies were happy!

Coming home late from boating in the Delta, needed to eat. I pulled up with my truck and my 23 foot boat in town just after 11pm. They were closed, but drive through was open. The drive through was designed way too small to accommodate a truck pulling a boat which is a VERY common scene in Discovery Bay.
So I parked the truck and boat and walked up to the drive thru. Can you believe… she refused to serve me and they actually ignored me knocking at the window. When a cleaning woman came out the back door I pointed to my keys and the boat and truck int he parking lot and begged to order food!!! The woman still said no, and with a smile opened the window and said she couldn’t take my order or serve me unless I was in a vehicle!!! So I’m BOYCOTTING this McDonald’s…and unless the remodel their drive through to accommodate community i won’t buy there and encourage others to do the same. It’s discriminating!

Has two drive-​thru slots. I’ve never really had bad customer service here. Only one problem: corporate canceled the Reese’s McFlurry. :(

Fast and efficient service. Didnt have to wait too long in the drive thru and was back on the road within minutes. I even got napkins.

It’s quick fast food is always neat and delicious.!! Plus it’s the only fast food in disco so enjoy it!!!

Good lord, that stretch of Highway 4 can be brutal. It’s like wandering the desert, especially if you are hours behind on your mandatory lunch break (and I get fussy on an empty stomach).
But golly… what’s that I see in the distance? It looks like a pair of golden arches, but perhaps my hunger-​stricken eyes are depriving me. No… it is! In the middle of friggin’ nowhere, there is a shopping center, complete with McDonalds! If I had gone any farther without eating, things would have gotten ugly.
It’s a McDonald’s, just as plain as any other. There’s a Playplace, but they don’t let me in there. Food was fine, restroom was in reasonable shape.
Maybe I was just desperately hungry, but we had no problems there. Just another McDonald’s.
Now back to the road…

It’s local it Mcdonalds !!! How can you not love it
