KFC

Unilocal has the KFC location wrong by at least 2 miles south of actual location. Google the address to see location. Also on Google it only shows tree but no KFC AMC behind the tree.

I crave KFC about once a year.
Last year I went for a root beer float to A&W/KFC they notify me they’re out of root beer. How does A&W fail to keep root beer on hand. What dolt is in charge here lol.
Yesterday I went for chicken strips, they wanted me to drive out of the drive through and wait 10 mins. By this time the Warriors game started and I just asked for my money back.

Young man at the counter was very nice and attentive but that’s where it ended. Simple order, 16 pieces of dark meat and 2 large coleslaw. Requested all thighs, got home, maybe 8 thighs, 5 wings and 3 breasts. Very small chickens, more like pigeons. Almost $ 40.00 and got crap. I love their slaw and good chicken but you lost me, pal.

Used to be the best kfc around the area– always fresh and done right… but I’m tired of kfc quality slipping thru the cracks– I threw out my entire dinner tonight & had to make something– even the sides were terrible and half over cooked/​undercooked. Tossed it all. There went $ 12 down the drain. Not a fan anymore.

I asked for a large potato wedges and they gave me a small portion. First and last time I’m ever going to this location.

This is the 2^nd time I’ve been to this location. And both times they gave me OLD REFRIED BURNT chicken! WTF is going on with this place??? Will NEVER go back again.

I used to manage KFC restaurants this manager should be embarrassed. Majority of the food is old unless you wait 10 to 15 minutes.

Every time we go in to purchase chicken, they are out of ‘dark meat’ and have to wait at least 15 minutes to cook. What I don’t understand is, when supplies are running low, shouldn’t staff start dark meat process earlier so (paying) customers aren’t inconvenienced? People see the long line and walk out. If I were the franchisee I’d be upset because that’s lost money, but apparently this KFC is making enough money they don’t care to improve customer service, replenish food supply when it dwindles down to a certain quantity AND sticky/​dirty tables, chairs and floors aren’t regularly swiped down. Makes you wonder state of KFC’s kitchen area and how sanitary things are. We’ve complained to manager (s) to no avail. This KFC franchise owner (s) and employees seem happy being complacent and mediocre. Buyer beware!!!

The only reason I give this place one star is because they serve good Root Beer Floats. My daughter makes me take her through the drive-​thru to get Coleslaw. But every time we go she is disappointed when she gets home and eats it. When you order inside it is always filthy. Makes me wonder about the cleanliness in the kitchen. Never to return. Oh and the other location on Lone Tree is the same. They have identical issues.

The food @ KFC has gone downhill, this is the worst ever! Actually, had to wait for the Chicken Strips to be cooked for 10 – 15 min! The Chicken strips were very dry & overcooked. The «corn on the cob» was very watery & had no taste, whatsoever! The wedges were stale, found some regular french fries mixed in, and it was dry & stale, as if it was fried twice. The Biscuits were stale as well & tasted like «2 day old bread» The «Famous fried Chicken was the worst, like it was cooked in am or yesterday’s early Morning chicken, it tasted very dry & not fresh at all. What a waste of time and money!!!
Never going to KFC & will tell my friends to go to either Popeye’s Fried Chicken or Church’s Chicken from now on. I’ll tell my friends and family as well!

I went thru the Drive Thru at this KFC and order the full it up box. Thank goodness this establishment was still open right after I got off from work. The only problem I had was being charged EXTRA for ordering the lemonade. This is so unheard of and unacceptable, especially since I’m a regular at buying fast food.

Aweful service. Expired signs of things they don’t carry anymore. I now have been waiting 20 mins in the drive thru, not even to the Window yet. Wow… just wow… and the main drive through guy with the blonde hair is always hella rude. I hate they are the only one in oakley, they are aweful!

No stars if I could. Just got off the phone with customer service said they’d be in touch… yea right! Food all slung together in the box spilling everywhere. Drive thru forgot my soda he slammed the window and ignored me I had to honk my horn to get his attention and he had an attitude that I had the nerve to ask for something I just paid for Wtf. I walked in and asked for the number to customer service everyone acted like I was speaking another language. I asked for manager, he had a worse attitude when I asked for the restaurant number. This place sucks. I don’t even want to drink the soda he handed me probably has spit, the way they act I wouldn’t put it past them. Stay away from here!

Everytime I come I’m told it will be a 10 minute wait. I’m an American. I can’t wait 10 minutes. You may have well said 10 days. You shouldn’t be able to own a drive thru if you have to tell half your customers to pull around to the parking lot to wait for your food. And the food isn’t that great when I get it. What did I wait for? This is the worst run and worst tasting KFC in the area and has been since I moved here in ’96. Why can’t Brentwood have nice things?

My husband has tried the drive thru here 3 times. Each time he has received incomplete orders.
A call to management does nothing because they offer a credit «for next time» but have no way of honoring that.
We do not go there at all any more because of crappy attention to detail and non-​existent customer service from management.
Avoid, or check order before leaving.

This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. They are always out of chicken, so something that is supposed to be «fast food» ends up taking 20+ minutes to get. The potato wedges always taste like they scraped them from the bottom of the fryer and they are days old (which wouldn’t surprise me if it was the case). It’s worth your time to drive further and go to the KFC on Lone Tree instead.

I see why everyone else is giving this location a bad review. I really expected much better from a place in Brentwood, but I guess I even here you get bad places. The service was extremely slow, even though the lobby wasn’t busy at all. Also, the place is filthy, and it is freezing inside, I guess heat in November is optional? I will never come back here again and will probably contact KFC corporate as well. Don’t ever eat here!

Ordered an 8 piece meal that was on menu for $ 19.99. After paying, they had a coupon on the counter that had the same item for $ 15.99. We asked if we can use it, and the cashier said next time. ??next time?
Maybe cashier was too lazy to re-​ring our order.
Bad customer service.

Been there three times for oven baked chicken and they were out!
Out of chicken little sandwiches every time and very rude about it
Inside to eat is full of flys and tables dirty
Drive through has a sign NO ADD ONs so if you forget to order your drink good luck you have to get back in line!
What restaurant runs out of chicken tenders at 7 pm??? Is it just my kids that want chicken tenders? Especially a chicken place that runs out of chicken??! The owner isn’t ordering enough food on a regular basis. If it were once in a while okay but over and over?? They should be reported to the franchise because this is the worst KFC and sets a BAD name for the entire franchise.

Yup! That one star summarizes my experience. We stopped in to get an A&W root beer float and a sour patch kids blizzard type of dessert. They were out of both. I ended up ordering some chicken strips… they ended up being so hard to eat, I couldn’t bite them or even cut them with my fingers. I don’t like to complain, but hunger made me. I went up to the counter and it so happens that there was a gentleman already complaining for the same reason as me. I should have just asked for a refund, but I decided to get chicken bites instead… so they were happy to replace those for me… those ended up being not so fresh and were cold. I just SMH and left.
