We always have good food and service. It’s just hard to find/get to. They really need a sign bigger than a sheet of paper telling you where to turn.

Salad was pretty good. It did look a little slack compared to when I dined in at the one in newnan. Anyway the manager fixed it a little better and I was satisfied… Enough to not wait or fuss any longer… The customer service was great, so I can’t complain too much. I would come back again. The manger was really nice too!

After reviewing the Cracker Barrel in Kingman AZ I thought this might be repetive as the menu and the establishment is pretty much the same right, just the people are different, and southerners just seem to be so much more hospitable, as was our case in Georgia. The young lady that was our waitress was amazingly friendly and helpful and funny.

This place was ok. I had a better and worse experiences before and this is one of the better Cracker Barrel visits. So most(if not all) people know that cracker barrel is basically a gift shop serving anything from candy to audio books. On the other side of the building you have the restaurant. Cracker Barrel is a breakfast place that’s also good for southern food. We were seated pretty quickly to a table against the wall. I need to mention that they have a cooler filled with some unique and favorable sodas. My favorite is the Orange cream not as favorable as it should be but a great flavor(flavor combination). I ordered the Sunday fried chicken special. Almost all the meals come with biscuits or cornbread but I find it horrible that the bread doesn’t come out earlier than the entrée. I mean seriously, unless it’s really good bread you’re going to eat the food you ordered but if it came out early when there is no other foods on the table people would actually eat it. Cracker Barrel entrees offer a wide variety of sides and a lot of them too. You can get two or three sides to go along with your regular meal. I really like the dumplings here so I got a double order of that. Other things they serve are rice pilaf, corn, bacon, sausage, stuff like that. The chicken was tender and the breading was crispy but still pretty soft. Overall a job done well. The dumplings were also good but not as flavorful as I’ve had them other times. The biscuit was ok, a little on the dry side but who really eats the biscuits and cornbread? Service was okay. They checked on us regularly but the food came out very late. I don’t think it’s this place but Cracker Barrel in general. The triangle checker like game is fun but I can never get to 1 tee. Overall I think this place is one of the middle for cracker Barrels. Nothing really stands out about this place(good or bad) compared to other cracker barrels.

If I count my last visit the score would be lower. Last visit things were so slow they warned us before we were seated the kitchen was backed up 45 minutes for to a large group, as we left we looked through the window and the group was not really that big and there were empty tables. This time the food was ok but it took a long time to get it, makes me wonder if there is an issue there, cracker barrel usually has a pretty quick kitchen.

Food still good. Service is getting slower and slower. It is Sunday, but we’ve been waiting over 20 mins for tea.

Great place for breakfast. Make sure you get here early on the weekend, they get full really quickly. They also move people in and out quicly so the wait is minimal. The dishs are prepared quickly.

Cracker Barrel… Cracker Barrel… Cracker Barrel… you are like the weather in England… one moment it is lovely and sunny, the next, rain and gale force winds! So it is with you, your food can be either perfectly cooked and delicious, the next time, poorly cooked and presented. Your servers can be either very attentive or as distant as the nearest star. Was here today with my wife to eat breakfast and since our last outing here was very good, we had high hopes but soon we would be disillusioned, our hope cast aside like a used tissue! We were there early, just at 7:00am and so very few other customers were there. As we were being led to our doom«opps, I mean table» we passed another couple who were leaving, the man look defeated and dejected, the wife in some trance like state… maybe trying to forget their experience. We sit down and a short time later, our server comes along and takes our order. We asked for coffee, 2 glasses of water and 2 orders of Eggs in a basket and even the eggs cooked the same way. Nice simple order for 2 easy to please people. Our server goes to place our order and promptly returns with our coffee, «things are going well»…no wait! We get no water that we asked for«spoke too soon!» So at this point, no water but no big deal either and my wife and I chat… and we chat… and we chat… oh! and we chatted some more. All the while we wait for the breakfast we ordered and our stomachs are now not happy with not being supplied with something to digest. We keep looking for our server. Is she serving other customers? No, as there are no other customers in her section. Was she asleep in the back somewhere, from having a late night up? Had she been kidnapped by another disgruntled customer and had been taken back to his house and forced to make him breakfast? Had aliens beamed her away, to see how humans write down orders that are given to them by a large number of people? Had we somehow crossed into an alternate reality where we have to fetch our own food? These and many other questions swirled around my mind. At one point the other server came out to attend to her single customer, she looked over at us with sad sorrowful eyes, as she looked like she has witnessed this event all too often. Then out of nowhere, our server returns with our breakfast! Yes… we can now eat. At this point I did also ask again for water. My wife looks at her food and told me right away that she would not eat it and would send it back! I asked why and she the eggs were not properly cooked. Not wanting to have to wait for the server to come back, ask her to send the order back, wait until I have yet accumulated another batch of grey hair and wait for the order to be remade and sent back to us… all the while my order turning as cold as a block of ice, inside a freezer, located in the Antarctica, I just swapped our meals, as we both had the same thing. My stomach is not as picky as my wife and so I could stomach eating the undercooked eggs. The server at long last brings our water. She asks if everything was good? My wife gives her a look that would have sunk a 1000 ships and it being early and being in a good mood, I just told her everything was fine. My hash browns for some reason had a odd sticky taste to them and part of the hash browns were in a rolled up hard ball and I never ate that part. After we ate we decided to leave as quickly as possible, before we ended up looking like the sad couple we pasted by, when we first got there. Something makes me suspect, they had the same waitress and experience as us. Wonder if they too, ordered the Eggs in a Basket?

Great food, horrible servers.:(We eat here after church about once a month and every single time the service was extremely slooow with unapologetic servers(you will be here a good two hours). I constantly had to flag surrounding servers for refills, didn’t get our biscuits/muffins until AFTER the food arrived. The table next to mine actually asked to have some of our butter because they couldn’t get anyone either. I had to physically walk up to the kitchen area to ask for our to-go boxes. :(Make sure you look over your ticket as well because my server also charged me for an extra drink. Every time I swear I won’t be back again, but the food is just so darn good! ;) Go for the pancakes for breakfast and either the meatloaf or or chicken fried chicken with white gravy and corn muffins for dinner! mmm-mmm! Just wish they could get their servers on board then I would give them five stars.

Food is always good. Service is wonderful. The servers help each other. You don’t have to wait long for someone to take your order. They always have a smile and appear happy to see you. My favorite breakfast is blueberry pancakes. For dinner my favorite is meatloaf, mashed potatoes & fried okra or chicken & dumplings. Dining alone is comfortable.

Consistently good food and service. It’s a chain, but they try and are quick to resolve any problems. It’s much better than the other Cracker Barrel location close by.

Just ate at Cracker Barrel in Douglasville. We decided to have lunch but wanted pancakes too. So we ordered a stack and they were delicious! Service was friendly and fast. Meatloaf dinner was tasty. You choose three sides. Steak dinner was made to perfection. Country Store candy brings back memories. I will eat here again in my next visit to GA.

Not a great experience Waitress was distracted from the get-go Did bring me Hot water & Lemon as requested YAY We waited 25 minutes to be served Cold Eggs, hashbrown casserole and sausage All kinds of excuses. It gets down to she left my eggs to sit and get cold. And the excuse of the grill not working properly but how does that explain the Hashbrown Casserole that is baked. Sad ! Manager did take my breakfast off the check but the excuses continued

Romper Room I took my wife to this restaurant tonight. There was so much foolish going on amongst the staff we got up and left. The floor and numerous tables were dirty, including the one the hostess seated us at. But, all the wait staff was concerned with was cutting up. «What’s going on up in this biatch?», one said. I probably should have known better than to even let them seat me. I guess the most troublesome aspect was their willingness to act up in the dining room. But, I assure you, it doesn’t matter much, I won’t be back. It’s a shame too, it used to be a pretty good place to eat.

Cracker Barrel is always a pleasant experience. This location stood out to me firstly because the servers are so fun. They were all laughing, smiling, and otherwise just seemed happy to be here(even if they weren’t). Also, some Cracker Barrel stores feel really cramped, but this one felt nicely laid out. I didn’t feel like I was squeezing between rows of merchandise to get to the hostess stand. One of my favorite locations!

I always look for a cracker barrel when I travel by car. Consistency you can count on. Stopped by for lunch and was not disappointed. Servers were pleasant, orders were accurate, food was the right temperature. Good value for the money.

Best Country Meal in The State of Georgia!!! Yesterday on December 29,2014 I visited this particular Cracker Barrel with my Dad and My Granddad… Cracker Barrel always has the Best Breakfast, lunch and dinner. The customer service there is very friendly but most importantly the food is on point, fresh and hot. We all enjoyed our meals and just spending quality time with each other. My Dad and Granddad goes to Cracker Barrel once every week. I am going to start going every Saturday whenever I am with my Granddad. I absolutely love their hash brown casserole. Family Cracker Barrel is the go to place when you want Quality Country Food with a Genuine Smile…

Still on point. Perhaps it was craving. No matter how busy this place gets, the service is prompt and the food is beyond good. Pancakes, eggs, bacon is always on point at an affordable price. The menu has a gazillion things to choose from I like the location in The Doug because it’s easy to get in and get out similar to most locations off major interstates. Has moved passed Ihop as far as depth chart for breakfast rankings Grade B
