Worst place ever. I paid my two bills for $ 73 ea. and one bill didn’t go through. The dumb PPP in the store couldn’t find the payment I made and screwed me out of $ 73. DONT GO TO THIS STORE THEY ARE SO DUMB AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.

Went to pay my bill the other day, like I do every month, and the chick behind the counter acted like it was her first day and had no idea what to do. Apparently having more than one line on an account can be confusing long story short the bill got paid but I would have appreciated not having the attitude directed at me for her not knowing how to do her job

Best service I’ve received at a metro pcs store! They go above and beyond to make you feel at ease. I had a problem with my bill payment not going through online and was very surprised with the service I received making the payment in store.
