Way to make a first impression. Ordered food to go, and my wife picked it up. She was handed one bag and she asked the staff person if everything was there. Wife didn’t check anyway, and when she got home, missing an order of cheese curds and wings. Took the receipt back to the store and they magically found the second bag containing now cold food. Girl who helped the wife copped an attitude blaming her for the missing food. Original food order was cold and mushy on arrival at home. Mozzarella sticks were cold and not melted, mild wing sauce was salty and gross. Nachos would have been good if they were hot. Second order of food arrived cold too. $ 60 trash can filler. Wife said manager wanted to take her name so they could take care of us next time. She said there won’t be a next time. I would suggest you Unilocalers follow our lead and go elsewhere for wings and beer.

To start off, the location where this store sits is almost like a ghost town, there were very few cars parked outside and no one in sight. The reflective windows of the restaurant made it impossible to see inside. Standing in front of the building, it made me question of this bww was still in business. I came here around 3pm on a Friday and it was fairly slow, only three other tables from what I could see and a bunch of employees standing around. We were a party of four yet was seated in one of the smaller tables when a bunch of larger tables around us were available. My bf and I ordered the chips and dip(I don’t recall the exact name) for $ 4 and a tall beer for $ 4 as well off the happy hour menu. We also ordered the large boneless chicken(the asian zing+honey bbq flavor) and our friends ordered a larger order of chicken as well. The chicken was supposed to come with 24 pieces but did not, the chicken was dry, cold, did not come with enough sauce, and was over battered. It tasted as if it was almost made earlier and refried. We ate about 10 pieces when we decided that we had had enough. The service was slow which quite frankly, I don’t understand why. There was probably 3 – 4 employees standing around the register chillin. It took us 20 – 30 minutes to get our food. We noticed that the tables that were there before us were also still waiting for their food. The least they could have done was bring the beer and water out first. This is what annoyed me most, my biggest pet peeve. We had been waiting for our food for a while and although we were hungry, we didn’t rush the kitchen but we asked a waitress that was different than the one who had taken our order, if she could bring out our beers first. Keep in mind she was literally just standing around, so she could have went and got it or at least informed our waiter for us but instead, she tells us, «I’m not your waiter, just wait until your waiter comes back.» Like are you serious?!? The reason we had asked her was because we hadn’t seen our waiter for a while now. I think it’s just ridiculous when servers do that, like you work here too, just because I’m not sitting in your section doesn’t mean you can’t still do your job. –end rant.

I only come to BWW on Tuesdays for discounted wings hehe other than that I think they’re pretty over priced. Compared to union city and Hayward location I prefer Dublin. It’s never too crowded and we always get seated within 10 minutes. When I come here with my brothers we just get a large and share! Our go to flavors are Caribbean jerk, Asian zing, lemon pepper, honey bbq(my fave!) and sometimes mango habanero We always wanna try the other flavors but end up just sticking to our usual. ALWAYSORDER A BASKETOFFRIESWITHTHESALTANDVINEGARSEASONINGSOOOOGOOOOD! If you want to save money they sell the sauces in individual bottles I believe they range from $ 6-$ 8 which isn’t bad at all!

Everything was cool winks and the portion of food was so miserable. Especially the French fries.

The food is forgettable and the atmosphere is positive. I came in to meet some friends for the Warriors vs Rockets game. It was 30 minutes before game time, the place is packed from a previous game, but I felt relaxed. The receptionist assured me I could get a table for 5 in 15 minutes. Good deal. We get our table. It’s in the corner – the remote, all wall, horrible viewing angle corner – and I thought this was the best we would get. 15 minutes later, another table opens up and we ask to move there. The staff was very accommodating and moved us there without trouble. I bet our original waiter was slightly annoyed. The appetizers came out quickly. I was so happy since it was 2 hours past my normal dinner time. The main dishes took a bit longer, but I considered it reasonable since the place was packed. Again, the food is just okay – I can’t really complain much but nothing makes me want to return. Pluses: friendly staff Do better: serve the kind of food that makes me want to come back!

So this location is sad. There are not any booths like at their other locations. I had a new waitress and she did not know the menu. Not that I need help with the menu because I love me sum b dubs, but I knew more about the menu than she did. Sad. When We were seated we were given a table that had residue from the previous patrons and a dirty wrapped napkin table service. Only two stars because let’s face it the wings are amazing! I’d give 10 stars for the food but 2 stars for everything else. There was one guy who was picking up the slack or our waitress and I wish he was our server. Come for the wings and not for the service.

Came here the past Saturday and ordered my usual wings with a couple new appetizers. We got the fried pickles and the corn balls(forgot the name). I enjoyed the corn, it is actually whole kernels of corn mixed with a light mayo sauce inside fried breading. It was warm and delicious! I was not a fan of the fried pickles, the breading was too thick and the pickles were too thin, which lacked flavor. You feel like you were just eating fried breading after a few bite. I got my usual Thai Curry wings, which were done perfectly and we also tried the lemon pepper. Being a huge lemon pepper fan at Wingstop, this was a little different, it was more on the acidic side. Overall the meal was great. Ill stick to the Thai Curry which hasn’t let me down yet.

I brought my wife and her family here for dinner last week as a last minute stop to grab food on the way home. Few things I noticed about this location compared to others. –Was very, very low light. Hard to read the menu, had to pull out our phones to light them up. –Place was pretty much wide open and they decided to seat us in a far, distant back corner cramped against the wall for 6 people. –I called ahead to see if they had tables available and was told«we will start getting your table set, we have plenty available». When I got in, a guy at the front threw a stink and kept saying«but we don’t take reservations» and was visibly upset. Doesn’t make the customer feel very welcomed Overall, much prefer the San Ramon location. Don’t get the street tacos!

This is your standard BWW location with great service(possibly because it was in the middle of the day & kinda empty), our server was super nice & very friendly, she came back a couple times to refill drinks & check on the table. The food was good, very much like the other BWW locations, but I think they give you move popcorn shrimp & fried pickles than other locations normally do, which is definitely a nice gesture! The place was really clean & parking was plentiful! Prices are the same as other locations, and this one is right near the highway so you can stop in to eat really quickly if you’re starving!

So… 1st time customer at this location and I have to say bravo! Was greeted by everyone with a smile and seated very quick. Our server Elycia was super awesome! She was very patient even when we didnt know what we wantes to order, our food came our faster than waiting in line than a typical drive thru fast food restaurant, and she kept checking up on us making sure we were enjoying our visit. Hats off to you Elycia, because of you I will drive from San Leandro to this location just because of the experience you have created.

Out of beer, champaign and other menu items on football Sunday?!? Really? So disappointing. Even the servers can’t understand it. Dirty and slow service — clearly this location has SERIOUS management issues. Need someone who can stock what you serve on the menu please.

CHUCK E. CHEESESMELLFORANADULTPLACE. Ewwwwww! We walked in and it was overwhelming. Not only that, the place was trashed! I’m not talking a few plates on tables, I’m talking full on stuff on floor everywhere(!), tables not cleaned and this wasn’t like«oh that tornado of whoever just left that table and we r getting right on it» I’m talking the entire time we were surrounded by the nastiness(and don’t forget smell!). No one even bothered to even try and clean anything up. Super gross, we stayed because we had a birthday person who all they wanted was their wings, otherwise I would of walked us all out. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars and not 1, because our wait person was super nice. The management must be non existent. We are out! Oh and when we went to ask for a seat, and you could see the trash tables the hostess couldn’t find us a clean table.

I really wanted to fall in love with this BDUB, but I just couldn’t today. The staff was very caring and friendly, that is when someone finally saw me waiting at the hostess desk to be seated. Not a big issue. We were seated and were promptly given a menu. The place was cold. I didn’t feel any heat. We placed our order and waited, and waited and waited. The chicken took so long to come out, our server was nice enough to at least bring us the fries and onion rings before they got too cold. The chicken finally arrived and was not well done like I asked for. Oh well, we ate, I paid, we left. Probably would not come back…

The ultimate sports restaurant if you want to watch a game or fight. They have tvs on all of their walls. The restaurant is split into two sections with a pretty big bar area. They have a large selection of beers on tap as well as 15+ selection of bottles. From the first time I was at a BWW I feel like their wings got bigger in size. I remember the first time going in Stockton I was pretty disappointed in the size, but they have gotten bigger or maybe it’s just the location. They have a variety of flavors all ranging from no spice to very hot. I would recommend the yellow and below options. Once it gets into the red, the spice really starts to kick it up a notch. Tuesday’s = $.75 traditional wings. Thursday’s = $.75 boneless wings.

My husband and I are on a mission tonight earning our Happy Hour Badge. This is our 3rd stop on our mission. Never been here before. Right away we were greeted in the bar by Eryn our waitress. She rocks it totally with her smile and personality. It’s because of her that we will start making this place our eatery of choice.. The wings were great.

My son and I got here about an hour before closing time and we were told that the dining room was closed and to sit at the bar area.ok. We were brought menus and were told to order what we wanted because it was last call. Last call for alcohol I asked… the waitress said no, last call for everything. We felt rushed the entire time, she came right away to ask if we were ready to order and if we knew if we wanted to order dessert because we would not be able to order anymore. An hour before closing time, really? The food was mediocre and service was even worst.

Slowest service I’ve ever had in a Buffalo Wild Wings. It’s been a while since I’ve been to a Buffalo Wild Wings. When I lived in Illinois, we usually went there Tuesdays or Thursdays because it was 60 cent wings. Came here with a friend and found out that it was 75 cents… WTF? On top of the price hike, our service was extra slow. We came here about lunch time and the servers seemed to avoid us. It took us about 15 minutes get our server to come to us and get our drink and another 15 minutes to place our order. Our food took another 15 minutes and then 10 minutes to get our bill. Would not come back here again… I choose Wingstop.

Very disappointed I have been too many buffulo wild wings and this by far is the worst. The good: service & food The bad: it is very dirty especially the bathrooms which I would expect to be decent but the toliet was broken I had tried to flush someone else’s mess but it was not happening in any of the bathrooms, alot of tvs but not the best quality don’t expect hd, they don’t have a music changer from what I seen like the other bws I have been to, not a very good atmosphere either alot of sour faces not alot of laughs like at the other ones, maybe if you wanted a quick bite.

Came here on a Monday night for dinner with my girlfriend. As we entered, there was no one waiting to greet us at the host stand. However, there was someone behind the takeout/merchandise counter who DIDNOT greet us. It took her 5 minutes to even look our way! She then proceeded to tell us that there were only 2 servers in the main dining area and that we would have to wait to be seated since she just sat someone and she did not want to slam the servers… She did suggest the bar area which was open seating and we would not have to wait. The table that we sat at was not clean and smelled like beer! When the waiter came to take our order, I had to ask for him to clean it off… The food at Buffalo Wild Wings is always great! We got the Asian Zing Salad(which has a kick to it) and the medium traditional wings with 3 sauces: Chipotle Dry Rub, Parmesan Garlic, and Medium Spicy! It was definitely enough to share between the both of us. I would say that this establishment has a lot to work on in terms of cleanliness and proper staffing. The service could definitely be worked on to create a better experience!
