The menu at first glance appeared to be quite promising and looked tasty. My sister and I went up to order, and never have I encountered an employee who hated his job more; he didn’t even try to hide it. And we couldn’t even hear what he was asking us half of the time. This resulted in us giving a random bill to pay the order because of course everything he said was inaudible. When we were waiting for our order to come out, I noticed that everyone had a difficult time with this employee. Regardless, the food came out about 10 minutes later. My sister’s chicken sandwich looked like it needed an extra minute or two in the fryer; she ate the edges of the sandwich where the chicken was fully cooked. My Caesar chicken wrap was meh, and I won’t be getting it again. I don’t think I’ll be coming here again, in that case. To those who want to grab a bite here, it’s average food and way below average service.

Ordered some chicken that came with two sides. Asked the cashier what sides they had and he replied«It’s up there.» Food came fast but his service sucked.

I work at this mall and sadly this was one of the few places I liked to eat. Sometime they have the drink I want– sometimes not sometimes hot sauce, sometimes not. Sometimes pico de gallo sometimes not. Today none of that so my chips were rather dry. I run a store what’s wrong with popping over to Safeway to get some supplies for your customers? — but these guys are too lazy for that I guess. Also I get charged different amounts depending on who the cashier is. Today it took a while to order because the guy was too busy talking to his girlfriend who was behind the counter with him. Very unprofessional and inconsistent service, employees and a manager who goof off and don’t care. Thing is — because this mall is so busy — they will never improve and the sucker tourists will continue to eat hear due to the lack of other decent options.

Very surprised to see this rated 2 stars. I still love this chicken place. I love the chicken tenders! Juiciest, plumpest tenders i have ever had and i eat out every day from 4 star to 5 star, never 1 – 3. Even better than my own. We ate at their Vegas location during our stay and it was good but Livermore is better. I guess people must not like the sides or service, but i really like the Cole slaw. Texas toast is ok. Mac & cheese i pass on. Service has been good on all my visits.

Actually the best tasting Chicken Now I’ve been to. But service was horrible. The guy taking orders was literally cussing at one of the other employees and saying F word several times as I was waiting at the register to place my order. Other guy kept trying to get him to take break buy he kept refusing. Hollering about being in America and this isn’t the way to treat people. The name on receipt was Joel but not sure that’s his name. Hopefully he’s not going to remain employed much longer

This place is garbage. Came with my wife and ordered a Texas Toast sandwich for me and some simple nuggets for my wife. Somehow, they could fry my chicken fine but couldn’t fry nuggets without burning them. If the kids in the back weren’t so busy throwing racing slurs back and forth at eachother, maybe they could have done their jobs. One star only because I can’t go lower.

Like a couple other reviewers mentioned, the workers here tend to forget orders. My boyfriend and I ordered their nachos… 10 minutes later, we were still sitting and waiting and watching people after us get their food. There was one person in front of us at the time we ordered! So finally we went up to ask about our nachos and her response was«What nachos? I didn’t get an order of nachos.» She goes back and makes the nachos and we get it in about 2 minutes. The food itself was only okay. It’s an interesting take on nachos because they added some greens in it. Picture: chips, salsa, melted cheese, beans, leafy greens, and chicken, and more cheese sprinkled on top. To be honest, the melted nacho cheese in this dish was probably the highlight, otherwise I’d say pass on this. The leafy greens makes it almost feel like I’m eating something relatively healthy.(not.) Chicken was dry — overall kinda disappointed, but not completely terrible. 2 stars!

At Chicken Now, they offer fried chicken accompanied with crunchy french fries. The food here is really good and right after I ordered my meal, I did not even have a chance to sit down before them calling me for my meal because it was ready already. I recommend Chicken Now for all chicken lovers since I know that you will love it!

After shopping at the outlets tonight my wife and kids decided to grab a bit in the eatery before heading home. We enter and I visit chickenow to get some nuggets for my toddler. I am the ONLY customer they have at this point. I order a nugget meal. Im waiting at a table in front of the location and I see all of the employees huddled in the back just talking and laughing. My wifes come back to the table with her from from one of the other locations, I then go to a different location to order my food and come back to my table to find out our nuggets are still not ready! I ask the woman whats going on with the nuggets and she says«I’m sorry we forgot, they will be right out»! WHAT!!! They forgot ??? I was the ONLY order they had. I thought they were playing a joke on me. Either they were on drugs or have short term memory loss. I will never eat here again that’s for sure.

With a mediocre food, staff needs to learn customer service I don’t think this place has a Bright future. Two thumbs down!!!

«Spicy Chicken» wrap was not spicy at all, the lettuce was wilted and the tortilla chewy. Chicken was ok but my whole meal was pretty bland and definitely not worth $ 10.

I have low expectations for food courts, but this food court has to be bottom 3. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich(exactly what it says on the menu), and I get my receipt to find that it’s a grilled cheese. I let the person at the register know that the order is wrong, and she tells me it’s too late so I have to take the grilled cheese. Really? I told this person as I was handed the receipt, so it had to be 30 seconds max since the order was placed. Anyway, they were going to do nothing to correct my order. $ 5 for Kraft singles on Wonder bread… better option is to just not eat while at these outlets.

I wasn’t kidding myself that this would be anything but mall food, but come on! When you have stores like Coach, Barney’s, and Bloomingdales, you should expect something a little better. The chicken was extremely tough and I am pretty sure it was cooked for the lunch rush. Yesterday’s lunch rush. There wasn’t much flavor but flour breading and grease. Which was a perfect match for the fries of the same flavor. Skip this place. Find a gas station and grab a corn dog. Or eat something off the bottom of your shoes, it will be better.

I know it’s Black Friday, and I completely understand that they are busy. But it is atrocious, and might I add negligent, when someone asks about an allergen in the food, and is then told by TWO people there is no allergen present only to eat half their food and then have a sever allergic reaction. If you have a gluten intolerance STAYAWAY. The fries are covered in a batter. The staff seem to be unaware that the fries are pre-battered and dangerous to anyone with gluten /wheat sensitivity.

So bad! Don’t do it. Good is bland and over cooked! The prices are outrageous! Only ate here because we were trapped at the Livermore outlets and starving! DONOTEATHERE! Two kids meals and two adult meals totaled $ 35.00!!! Say what!

Like bad airplane food, you leave Chicken Now feeling like one of those sodium injected chicken commercials. This was our first time at the outlets and it was insane. Luckily we found a table inside because it was time to feed our infant son. I grabbed a table which was right in front of Chicken Now, my husband went to order for us. I was preparing my son’s feed and a woman walked up to me and asked me I was eating?!? Okay, I get that the place was packed but you see me preparing my 3 month old’s feeding and you really need to ask me if I am eating as if to imply that I don’t have the right to sit there?!? I said yes and pointed to my husband who was ordering. She just hurried away. We had chicken burritos and I pretty much picked out the fried chicken as the bacon that accompanied it did not taste right. If I go back to the outlets(which I am sure I will) I’ll be sure to try someplace else or eat prior to shopping.

Food court joint, and had the shortest line at lunchtime. Saw someone eating nachos, and decided on that rather than their chicken tenders or sandwiches. Nachos are huge, and for a little less than $ 10 you also get a drink. Not as much chicken as you would think, but had the cheesy sauce plus shredded cheese. Side of sour cream and salsa were clutch, and they have tapatio packets!

Delicious! But the wait is forever. A fast food store, not so fast. I waited for 20 minutes to get my sandwich.

Came here during the opening weekend of the outlets. Needless to say, with only 6 eateries to serve hundreds of people the wait was quite substantial. I don’t take that into account of my rating because 1) it was opening weekend, and 2) the owners were aware that their lines ran at least 25 people deep and apologized to nearly every customer for the wait. Now, on to the food. Here’s the low-down on what they offer: Sammiches — original crispy or grilled, spicy or not, on a bun or texas toast Wraps — basically a sammich minus the bun and in a tortilla Salads — grilled or crispy chicken served on a bed of greens and other veggies Tender boxes — choice of 2, 3 or 4 strips, served with 2 choice of 2 sides: coleslaw, mashed potatoes, corn, rice, beans, fries Kids meals — chicken nuggets or tenders Quesadillas and Chicken Tenders only boxes Having waited in line for nearly 40 minutes, I was ready to order the whole lot! Then, I saw the prices and decided against it. Ended up ordering the Original Chicken Sandwich combo(fries & a drink), and a 4-piece tender box with mashed potatoes and coleslaw(need the ruffage!). Everything was quite tasty, the seasonings were great. Tenders were cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, and rather *ahem* plump. There are a variety of dipping sauces, including what they call«Grandma’s Sauce». Don’t know what’s in «Grandma’s Sauce», and quite frankly the more I say it the more grossed out I get, but the flavors were good both to dip and as extra sauce on the sammich. Save for the wait and prices, I would probably eat at this place rather frequently. Winner, winner, chicken dinner.
