This is the most affordable place in the outlets and the service was fast and the employee was very generous and made my sandwich exactly how I asked for and was very generous. People act like this is supposed to be a 5 star restaurant, it’s subway and they are a great subway.

Discussed. They use their hands to Mame your food and heaven forbid they disperse the condiments amongst the whole sandwich. We got a ranch glob in the center… And instead of cutting it in half they ripped it… Gross. Not to mention the nasty rotten tomatoes definitely not a repeat. How they are not shut down by the city is beyond me.

Never in my life have I ever encountered a sandwich shop like Subway with an absurd staff. As stated by Jose P., the staff really does treat you like cattle in a herd. Their emotion full of melancholy and hearing of an old bat. Not to mention that the refills are 50¢. All in all, I was just really disappointed about how my sandwich turned out.

It’s early morning and tried to get my breakfast. The bread is very pulpy and rubbery. It’s not at all fresh. Awful. The guy could communicate well. I asked him to remove the stuff bread in the middle and he created a big hole. He just ripped off the bread. And still have me same bread. Cheap veggies. Not at all fresh. Not worth. There are other food shops right next to them and I thought they will be competitive. But very low quality. Never this subway again for breakfast.

I can’t get over how bad this place is… The staff is really rude and for some reason, they want to push us through the line like cattle. Next time ur here, watch how many times they actually wash or wipe the knife they use to cut the sandwich. It’s the same knife they use for the mayo. Kinda gross when u look at it. The guy behind the counter(making our sandwich) thought it was a good idea for him to wipe his nose while make our sandwich and never washed his hands… The service is bad and the attitude is bad. How do they stay in business? Avoid if possible.

ten am and food options slim… subways open… quite the price jump from $ 5 footlong for cold cut and veggie to $ 7.75 for a footlong black forest ham and turkey… food court is small and not many options… sandwich construction is sloppy… uneven cut… just a reminder to eat before or after shopping… outside this outlet mall…

This is one of the best Subways I’ve ever eaten at! The vegetables were always very fresh-tasting. My favorite was the turkey bacon club – not too many calories, and only $ 5 for the footlong! I love this place because you can get a huge sandwich for under $ 7, and load it up with a ton of veggies for an inexpensive, healthy meal. Refills do cost extra at this place, but I think that’s because people in the food court would just sit there after they’ve finished shopping and refill their drinks forever, even if their cup was from another franchise. Employees actually recognize their regulars. Sometimes they seem a little aloof but I think they just deal with a lot of really snotty shoppers. If you’re friendly and say hello, and ask them how their day was, they’re usually pretty nice back. (Seriously – a lot of shoppers in the outlets do NOT know how to say please and thank you. These words can make all the difference in your treatment.)

Very rude. A server was taking order for my kids but looked very angry and almost threw salamis to the bread and cheese too, what a worst experience. I didn’t want to pay but already baked, so I paid. I was angry and cancel my order and told the guy to learn how to treat customers. They guy never said sorry to my kids. My kids were upset and frustrated. If you can stand this attitude with your children, you can go, otherwise don’t go. Always loved subway’s Italian BMT but no more. If there is 0 or minus mark, then I will take for the guys. 100% worst. They should have said sorry to my kids.

Very rude staff. Skimped on meat and cheese and only allowed me to have three toppings? I paid 7 dollars for a foot long black forest ham, and I can’t have more than 3? Never coming again. Eat at that smoothie place instead.

Subway is Subway! I’m really surprised at how small the food court is but the most decent places seemed to be Subway and the Chicken place. I would only recommend those two. My first suggestion is to find a table. Run for it even if you have to! It seems like a lot of people come to Livermore Outlets to… not shop… but eat!

The people that work at this subway seem like sweatshop workers forced into labor. They hardly know english and they put no love into their work. Speaking from someone who has worked in the food industry, I can honestly say that its an embarassment for cooks everywhere to call these employees food service workers. They seem like they hate their job always frowning and they throw the ingedents on ur food as carelessly as someone tossing something in the trash. They squirt a glob of mayo in one spot, a handfull of jalepenos all in one spot, basically everything in clumps or piles and when u ask them to spread the ingredents out and put a little love into it they humm and haaa over it like your asking to much. I’m thinking i have to eat this that thing?! Would you make a sandwich for yourself like that? I work close by and food options are limited so this disapointment has happened not once not twice but everytime i go there! Oh and dont give them a curve ball like adding change to your payment after they ring you up. They cant count in their head the diffrence and will not believe u when you tell them what your change is. They have to bust out a calculater! These workers can put anyone in a bad mood. Stay away from this Subway all together! The people are miserable and take it out on the food they prepair. I’d rather starve than put up with these workers incompetence!

Subway is the cheapest option in the overpriced food court in Paragon Outlet. price of 5 and 7.50 are similar to pricing outside. eats: breakfast sub(3) with coffee or soft drink –ham & egg(3 choices available) –offer good only till 11 a.m. crumbs: –few people in line. –lots of seating in food court.
