Subway

Would rate it –ve if I could, be very careful of what you are charged at this subway. Their staff has a hard time understanding basic English and overcharge every time I walk in here. From double prices for add-​ons to ringing drinks/​cookies separately instead of a combo as it should be, this place is a crooked subway if there ever was one (Jared comes to mind lol). They probably figured that since they are in a good area, most people will not complain about a couple of dollars here and there and they can go about their cheating/overcharging.AVOID THIS PLACE!

They have poor hand hygiene. They wear the same gloves preparing food and operating the register!

Great Location. Right off the freeway and Next to 24Hr. I usually see Rahul he’s always working. Makes the fastest best sandwiches! Great customer service and food!

I go to school at Las Positas, and this is the only subway I go to in all over Livermore. The have the best customer service. And always have the freshest bread. It is neat and clean family friendly place to eat.

My fiancé and I came to this Subway for a quick bite to eat. We’d been on the road over an hour and my first mission was to hit the bathroom. Unbeknownst to me the floor was very wet. I slide swiftly and fell on my left side. NONE of the three employees working seemed to care or made any move to assist me or apologize for the wet floor. Apparently, it had just been mopped and there was NO WET FLOOR signage anywhere. They even blamed me for walking quickly to the bathroom. The quart part is I’m getting married in two days and may now have bruise on my entire left side. Btw my father in law to be is a lawyer. If I could zero stars I would.

I’ve been to this subway a few times and every time they have been friendly and wonderful! By far, the best subway that I’ve visited in a long time. Even though this location isn’t the closest to me, I’ll still come this way to purchase my kids lunches. :)

This subway sucks!!! If I could give it no starts I would. They advertise the 3 dollar breakfast combo which is the sandwich and coffee. So once I’m ordering they tell me I can only choose 3 items to put on my sandwich!!! Really!!! This is the first time I ever come across a subway that has a limit on what you can put on a sandwich! AND when I request my coffee they tell me that’s a separate charge!!! false advertisement! People please watch out and just go to another subway!

Hours say they are open until 8 tonight. Got here at 7:30 and the doors are locked but employs are still inside. One of the employs came to the door and said they are closed. When I referenced the sign on the door saying they are open until 8 he just closed the door on me and walked away. Extremely rude. I live buy here so I come very often and always receive horrible service.
Stay away from this location, it’s worth the drive to go to a subway that understand customer service.

This is the best Subway in Livermore, not only because it’s super close to the college and various business parks, but the have an exceptional quality that is not easily surpassed by other Subways in the area.
I ordered a simple vegetarian sandwich (even though I am not vegetarian), because it’s packed full of healthy, delicious veggies and creamy rich avocado. You can’t go wrong with that, at all!
They have a few healthy choices for the calorie-​careful sandwich goer, and they have the amount of calories clearly listed by every sandwich! Incidentally, some of the best sandwiches have the most calories! Overall, solid Subway.

This location advertises that they open at 7 and have breakfast sandwiches. Not once when I try to get a breakfast sandwich on my way to work have they opened on time. In fact, today I went in at 7:05 am and they asked me to leave and said it would be about 10 or 15 min. This happens all the time and I’ve given up on it at this point. I don’t understand why opening in time is so difficult for them.

This is the best subway in the Bay Area. I used to visit many subways. Only this place provides good customer service, friendly employees, fast service.

I am updating my review because after a small message to the company (via the Subway website) I received a call. from the owner!
Not only was he happy to hear about my concerns but he addressed them immediately!
I ended up going to the Subway this morning and was able to get my breakfast sandwich without issue. I will definitely be going back on a consistent basis.
Happy to have my breakfast back!

Didn’t even get a sandwich, the girl was making sandwiches while talkin on the phone and not even acknowledging me… I was in a hurry so after 2 mins I left and will just go to the subway by my house next time.

I probably had the best customer service I have had in a very long time or even that I can remember! I went to Subway to get a sandwich for lunch and I really wanted egg salad. Before I realized that they do not have egg salad the server that was helping me, BENNY, I had asked him if they have egg salad he said No but then he said if you want egg salad I can make it for you! He went to the resturante next door and asked them for 2 hard boiled eggs, came back and made my egg salad! That is the way to make your customers come back for sure! Let me add that he had a smile on his face the whole time, was super pleasant. I just had to take the time out to aknowledge him because he did a great job and made my day. :)

Sandwich used to be good here, but ever since the ownership change the sandwiches got a lot skinnier. I like my subs big and thick. Go to another subway.

I come here when I need lunch for work. I like this place because the service is the the same like every other subway.

My oldest kid goes to school at Las Positas, and on Fridays when she’s there for less than two hours, I usually come here for lunch.
It can be crowded, but the team behind the counter makes Ford’s assembly line invention look like a finely tuned ballet. Despite the occasional language barrier issues, and the fact that it’s often crowded so it’s hard to communicate, I’ve never had an order made incorrectly.
I like to listen to Smodcast Network podcasts while eating at the micro tables and never once have the employees looked at me like I had a bolt loose when I giggled. In fact one of them chuckled at me when I did, and asked what I was listening to.
This place is always clean and they have tables outside for those gorgeous Livermore days, and though I wish they had umbrellas, it’s still nice to have the option. Parking can be a pain because they share a lot with a bunch of other businesses, but I’ve always been able to find a space with a little patience.

Editing my past review.- you can only eat 7 – 11 egg salad sandwiches for so long.
Well they got the Veggie Max in. I think that last time when I was told that they did not have it, they meant that they were out, not that they did not carry the patty. The counter is still set up backwards, but the employees seem to be better trained then they were 2 months ago. Yah, I’ll be back– it’s close to work.
