If I could give a 0 Zero I would! 3rd car in line and waited over 20 minutes before even getting to the window and wasn’t even offered a free drink or ANYTHING for the ridiculous wait to get a cup of coffee. They allowed the car in front to place another order while at the window which added more time. Excuse was 1 person at the bar when I clearly saw 2 or three. No sympathy no nothing except give me your money. I will never return and probably will never return to a Starbucks EVER. Billions obviously isn’t enough for this greedy unfriendly and over priced corporation. Thanks to this particular Starbucks I am finished. Thanks for nothing! Keep raising those prices!!! What a joke.

Ok decided to try them again tonight and again they mess up. They forgot peppermint in an iced drink… hello it’s a peppermint mocha… then the new butterscotch latte tasted like burnt water. No flavor. I’ve had this a few times from other locations but I will not be back to this place again. Your batista are rude and the lady with glasses it even worse. Short blonde hair glasses. Ugh. Beware

Nice that they stay open 24⁄7 when you need a coffee late. Inside staff is lame, they seem to hate being there, which is always a weird deal since they chose the job lol. Anywho, took foreverrrr for my drink and it was 10:30 pm on a Sunday, we can fairly say it was slow, it might have been the girl chatting about calling her boyfriend cause the rain was scary. I know the whole story now and she wasn’t talking to me at all it’s also fair to say she’s not a multitasker, I don’t want to sound like a grump here, but perspective I ate an entire protein box before my coffee was ready lol. And learned 2 bible verses, cured world hunger, fought crime, learned Spanish, and the mc hammers can’t touch dance before my drink was done lol! The two stars is only because I was able to get coffee so late.

Convenience is great but not if quality suffers. I’ve gone here several times to get a green tea frap and it always tastes like coffee! I don’t think they’re washing their blenders well enough. I won’t be back

This location is slow slow slow. Most of the employees are either dumb or overly hyper. I believe they work hours that are way too long. One employee told me that he’d been there since 4am and it was 2pm! I avoid this location as much as possible.

This is Starbucks. You know exactly what you’re getting. However, if you’ve been to this location in the past year, you’ll be surprised when you walk in here in 2016. They were closed for about 3 weeks in early January to remodel the interior of the store. In short, they modernized the interior and expanded the space behind the counter. It looks a lot nicer on the inside. The only drawback is the amount of sitting/table space has been reduced. The coffee and food are all still the same, but I’ve added an extra star for reinvesting some corporate profit to make the inside look nicer.

Right off the freeway. Drive thru fast and customer service great. Also, it’s open late!

If a Starbucks can maintain three stars they’re doing just fine in my book. So don’t take my three stars as anything less than A-Ok. A five star Starbucks would require something extra-ordinary like an ultra helpful barista. With that said, this Starbucks is just like many others. Just off the freeway, it has relatively easy access. Although, the access road to take into the Starbucks is deceptive. It looks like a freeway on-ramp when actually it’s a frontage road that you should take. The women’s bathrooms were just fine, although the men’s(I heard) were in need of some attending. The drinks were pretty accurate, even though I think we may have not been charged correctly. The store could have used a little TLC; some sweeping, restocking. Maybe it was the post-Holiday ruckus that left this little Starbucks in disarray. Hopefully it’s not always this untidy. Otherwise, everything else was pretty typical.

If I only rated the coffee, I would give three stars. The coffee at this location is the same as Starbucks coffee everywhere: mediocre. Now, I don’t usually consider a business’s bathrooms when reviewing, but Jiminy Effing Christmas, the bathrooms here are awful. On a cleanliness scale of 1 – 5, I would give them a rating of «Crimes Against Humanity.» Makes you wonder about cleanliness elsewhere… No one should have to worry about throwing up their mediocre coffee during a routine trip to the restroom.

I was recently trapped in the drive through because while it was moving quickly prior to my arrival [as I drove up] the van in front of me ordered more than a few things. I ordered an iced coffee and said«nonfat milk» but was mistaken for«no milk»; when I brought it up to the barista at the window, he very kindly asked if I would mind the whole thing in a larger cup with milk so as not to waste anything [yay!]. When he noticed what my wait time was he didn’t charge me for the drink. Thank you so much, again! People that come here have to realize that the workers have been dealing with jerks like the other reviewers aaall damn day. If you are polite off the bat and friendly they generally are, too, because guess what? THEY’REHUMAN. I have always received good customer service at this location [and most others in the East Bay]. Thanks guys!

A review of any Starbucks is like spitting in the ocean. But, oh well. I’ve been here on many occasions purely out of convenience. The last 4 visits they have got my order completely wrong. Latest visit was this evening. I asked for a chocolate mint steamer. The young barista girl in the drive through talked to me like I was a total dip shit. What kind of coffee shop doesn’t have chocolate mint syrup?! I’m talking about the much lighter Italian soda syrup. Not hot chocolate syrup. After waiting in the drive through for 10 min, I watched her hand the customer in front of me a drink. She spilled it down his sleeve. Lol Anywho…I ended up with an overly sweet and gritty peppermint hot chocolate. Gross. Also, don’t go here if you’re pregnant and avoiding caffeine. You’ll end up with a caffeinated drink. I’ve had to toss my drinks a few times. I’m dumb for going back :/They don’t take care of their customers here. This location is awful. Find the closest peets coffee or a mom and pops coffee house. You’re better off.

Love the drive thru! Wish there were more locations in Tri Valley. After a Costco run, I was craving a breve pumpkin latte to go with the box of chocolate dipped madelines(I only ate 1 :) Although the drive thru line was long and intimidating, it was pretty quick. The staff run it like a well oiled machine. My piping hot almost burning my tongue latte was perfect. Just how I like it!

Half asleep on my drive from the Bay to LA, I stopped here at 6:30 on a Saturday for my morning pick me up since it was conveniently located right off the freeway. I got really good customer service from the cashier(Rob, Ron… some«R» name). He’s a natural at providing customer service it seemed like, I was half asleep and indecisive and he took my order(and the people in front and behind me) with a smile and got our food quickly and made the right suggestions. Also, the drinks came out pretty fast.

Clean, pretty decent sized Starbucks. Bit of a line(but not as bad as the drive thru line, which was outrageously long!). It’s a Starbucks — not better or worse than any other!

Been to this location several times now and extremely«SLOW» and poor customer service! I ordered multiple drinks as well as food items, Unfortunately, the woman at the register failed to inform me that they were out. She proceeded to collect payment and then hands me two of a single order I had made. After realizing what had happened, I kindly told another woman that was busy with the drive thru window area what had just happened. The initial woman I dealt with was confronted by her co worker and she exclaimed that I didn’t order«two sandwiches» nor did she charge me for it since it was out. But she stated that she heard me say«two lemon loafs.» #1 old lady takes my order wrong #2 she denied being at fault for not informing me about items that were not available for purchase #3 don’t tell a customer that he/she is wrong! Rude! This particular facility gets a

This review is only for one associate there. Her name was Sam. She is the blonde one with glasses. 1. She asks«what would you like to order?» And so I told her… then she tells me to «hold on». Okay? If you weren’t ready to take my order… then don’t ask me in the first place?! 2. My order is not that hard. 3 shots of espresso iced. With a pump of white chocolate and splash of soy milk. She could not handle it. She asked me how? What? When? Where? Who? …and after the questions were answered… she asked what was my order again. 3. ATTITUDE! like what? Why the attitude? Sorry that your frustrated at yourself that you cant get a simple order right… I’ve never had a bad experience here until today… and that 3 minutes was definitely memorable. Only reason I’m giving her an extra star is because she managed to say«sorry» after. Of course with some attitude and dirty looks. Yikes.

How I think about coffee shops: It’s Starbucks so you know what you get with taste. Lots of seating. Not a whole lot of privacy. I wouldn’t meet with someone here. Books to read! a nice homey twist Decent parking. Drive through. Easy on and off the freeway.

You know that moment when you are craving Starbucks and you’re flying down the freeway, praying to see that lovely green sign with the mermaid, and you finally spot one? Awesome, right? That’s what happened to me this morning and this Starbucks did not disappoint. Grande red-eye in a venti cup, topped off with nonfat arrived perfectly. Super clean and very friendly staff. PLUS there are books for sale to support the local library. Books + coffee + good service = four Unilocal stars, easy. Plus it’s drive-thru!

This location has a drive-thru, they always get my order right, they are usually pretty quick, AND they have books for sale from the local library. Seriously, what more could a girl ask for?! …the only downside is that the location is a little tough to get in and out of.
