Un starbucks que je trouve un chouya glauque… Peut-​être est-​ce dû parce qu’il est situé dans la zone d’arrivée de l’aéroport International de Washington, et qu’il est isolé… Et peut-​être aussi parce que j’y ai bu un café après un long voyage, en attendant ma douce pour des formalités de visa…
Le service par contre est toujours top, rien à redire ! La qualité des produits Starbucks est la même !

Concourse B — big shout out to Yasin at the New Starbucks near gate 50 or so. I lost my wallet during a trip out and did not realize it until I was in the air. My wife tracked down the phone and Yasin was nice enough to meet her afterwards and return it to me. She would not even accept a reward. Anyway, it is a great SB with leather seats and comfortable atmosphere. Service was great and obviously Yasin went the extra mile!!!

Good for a quick coffee or bite to eat. Quick, friendly service. Need to mix the matcha in the green tea latte a bit more, but this is common at most Starbucks tbh.

How is it that there were only two people in line ahead of me? This Starbucks is a FAST location. They have a system down, and it seems like lines rarely back up. Quick and efficient is key for any airport starbucks location. I’m never able to order Starbucks when I’m in O’Hare because I can’t wait in line that long. Maybe this location is competing with the DD location down the concourse, but it works to my benefit.
I ordered a Carmel Brulee Latte on ice, and it was probably the best drink I’ve had from a Starbucks in a long time.
Kudos to this location. And thanks for keeping me fueled on my journey home!

So it’s 7:30 am but your body thinks it’s 4:30 am, what do you do? Go get coffee! Also as I have friends at home who love Starbucks memorabilia I wanted to pickup a couple of «You are Here» mugs from Washington DC, so head to Starbucks.
First one I found had a couple of tumblers so I kept looking. That brought me here. Long line & lots of you are here mugs. Finally get to the front of the line only to find out that A– they don’t toast bagels (Really, come on now!) & B– they only had 1 Washington DC Mug. To her her credit, the barista was nice enough (even though there was a line) to make sure they were out by checking all the mugs in the back. If it wasn’t for that I’ve would’ve dinged another star.
Also, I don’t know if it’s IAD or AT&T but the download speed here rocks (check out the screenshot).
Guess I’ll check for my other mug when I’m heading back through…

This is a big United Club. Has decent seating, good snacks (actually has hot food and sweets), and a well stocked bar.
The reason for the 4 stars opposed to the 5 is that it is quite dated. This is totally a first world problem, but when you spend $ 495/​year on a membership, it would be nice to have an esthetically pleasing location. Also, the bathrooms are small with only 3 stalls (for the size of this club the bathrooms should be bigger).
The United club at DCA is nicer, but has less food/​seating options.
Waiting for United to meet the same standard as other SAS partners…

Impressive Starbucks with super friendly service! The menu has extra items compared to the locations I usually frequent, especially in the Bakery area. Everything looked fresh and appetizing.
There’s a great lounge area inside and tables outside as well. The employees were courteous and friendly to me and the customers ahead of me. I had my Black Iced Tea in no time and it was expertly made.

I’m getting a little tired of Starbucks burnt espresso roast but I can’t stop myself from getting a doppio every time I pass one of these stores. This one was right on the way to my gate! I couldn’t resist! The temptation! Make it stop!

Despite the fact that probably this Starbucks is gonna be first Starbucks place that all new-​comers would visit, their customer service has to be way better. I am a huge fan Starbucks, but it was a first time that I was not greeted at the cash register. The cashier said no words, wrote my name on a cup of coffee, and passed it on. For the first time, I had absolutely Zero conversation at Starbucks! I would rather a computer take my order instead.
The quality was still normal and acceptable though
