I feel like I’ve been getting cheated lately here. The size of the chicken doesn’t even cover the bagel. It’s as thin as the piece of cheese on top. On the plus size, the lemonade was actually good this time

I came to this chic fil a at about 10am this morning to get BREAKFAST(Which is served until 1030-11). The drive thru was literally at at a standstill for about 25 minutes. Worried that I would miss breakfast, I parked my car, and ran inside. So after all this, I finally get to the register and the woman rudely says«No more breakfast.» I try to explain to her that I’ve been in their drive thru for almost 30 minutes waiting, and she gives me the shoulder shrug like«Oh well.» Not very«Chic Fil a» of you there, older woman working the register this morning. As someone who works in the food service industry, I understand things happen, but where I work, we at least try to make it right somehow. This place won’t be getting my business anymore.

We really enjoyed our stop by this Chik Fil A Dwarf House. On our way through back to Maryland and needed to fuel up with some breakfast. The service was amazing! Food was great. The best part was how courtesy and extra our server was. Really nice guy.

I don’t really get all the good reviews. Almost every time my husband, and I go here our food is cold. I’ve found a hair in my sandwhich, and most of the time the staff is just lazy and doesn’t care. Don’t get me wrong there are good employees here, but our orders are almost ALWAYS wrong. They just don’t pay attention. And from someone whose husband worked for chickfila for 2 years, this is just unacceptable.

I’ve been to both the buffet on Saturday, as well as eaten from the regular menu items. No matter what time we come here, there’s always this really nice older lady with red hair that goes out of her way to give my son a book and lots of extra attention. The food comes fairly quickly and accurately. And even when I come here during the morning rush when there’s a big line, everything moves quickly. P. S. I was a little freaked to see the reviews about the bugs in the lettuce, but I’ve checked every single time just to make sure and no bugs.

terrible service. lazy staff. Came here for the unlimited breakfast and I literally sat myself. Got my own silverware and had to flag someone down for drinks. Terrible. I dont plan on coming back.

Food is always great and the dine in area has always been excellent in customer service. The problem has always been expediting the food for take out. They seem to have too much confusion going on. I usually get the vegetable platter and when I go thru the drive thru they know what I’m talking about but when I go inside to get it to go, they look confused and sometimes agitated. It took them 20 minutes to get my order done: 3 vegies, 3 chicken strips & corn muffins. Everything was cooked just need assembly. If I went to the dining area, I would have gotten it so much faster. I just couldn’t eat in today.

Our previous experiences at this location were very good. However, when we went to the table service area on Sat. night, it was so dirty that we immediately left — food all over the floor, many tables not cleared, etc. We were really disappointed in Chick-fil-A!

Every time I’ve come here, they are always speedy and precise! Even though the drive thru line is intimidatingly long, you’d be surprised at how fast their service is. Overall always impressed and will certainly be coming back again if in the area!

Disgusting. I noticed this location bombing in quality– the fries make me want to hurl, they are so cold and hard, the size of the chicken breast is at least 50% smaller than it used to be, and the service is on par with McDonald’s. Horrible place for the price of a sit-down restaurant. Why does anyone go here? I think Chick-Fil-A has a lot of loyal die-hard customers, but now that the original owners are both dead, the whole company is going to change as it already has started to, and the new corporate owners will run it like all other crappy fast food empires. People will start realizing slowly but surely that they’re buying crap from a crappy company. And I got cankles last time I ate here so I can imagine how much msg I consumed.

I usually go to this Chickfila because of the convenience and how quick they are despite the long lines in the drive thru. Today I visited this chickfila on my lunch break and ordered the grilled market salad. After eating about ¼ of my salad, I noticed a dead moth in the lettuce. I immediately contacted the manager at the store who had no problem refunding me my money for the salad. But gross! I will not be eating here again.

Service in the Dwarf House is A-1, the food is tasty and plentiful and the setting is quiet and relaxing. I went in with my husband and kids on a Wednesday night, there were only a few other guests dining inside compared to the drive thru where the line was wrapped around the building. I was amazed at how fast my meal was prepared and even more amazed at how yummy the meal actually was. I ordered the chicken sandwich which came with two sides; I chose mac and cheese with fried okra. My husband could not pass up the ribeye which was pretty awesome for a fast food venue. It was seasoned nicely and cooked to perfection. He chose sweet potato soufflé and Mac and cheese to accompany his steak. We love this spot for a quick, low cost, family meal and shall return.

I had bragged about this buffet to my out of town family for months. I had not been to this location since January, when we arrived I was very disappointed, there was no omelet station & the bar was not stocked lie it typically is. I gave it two stars Bc the staff was very friendly.

Ckick-fil-a, what’s not to like? The people that work there are always friendly, where else can you hear«My pleasure» multiple times in a day. The serve some of the best chicken on the planet and their lemonade is second to none. I ended up here a few times this week for breakfast because the local hotel couldn’t get their breakfast act together. The food was consistently good on each visit. Several years ago I lived in the area and they would put on an amazing weekend brunch, according to the signs they still do, but according to the reviews the omelet station is gone.

I love coming to this dwarf house for their Saturday breakfast buffet! The pricing is super reasonable for the amount of food you can get($ 9.99 for adults). Instant satisfaction guaranteed! Service is fast when we need drink refills and the servers are all super friendly. I come here on most holidays and right before a long hike cause all the chicken keeps me fueled for the entire day.

My family and I love Chick-fil-a and have been coming to this spot for the last 10 years. While the menu is the same at most of the locations and the staff equally as helpful along with friendly this and several other dwarf house spots have a unique menu which includes cheese fries, hamburgers, grilled cheese with ham and a slew of other items that were a part of the original restaurant. Not to mention the miniature door at the front that fictions for children or really short people… The other great thing this and other spots has is a brunch buffet that use to include French toast, custom omelettes, chicken, biscuits and all the fixings. Now they still have this, but I am docking it a star because it is not as good as it was. No more omelettes, no more French toast. Worth checking out and if you ever had a secret desire to eat three chicken biscuits on one trip you now can. Overall a good spot any chik-fil-a fan should make sure they visit

I’m not sure other people know the difference between a dwarf house chic-fil-a and a regular chic-fil-a, but a dwarf house has a full service section of the restaurant, extended side options, and an all you can eat Saturday breakfast buffet. These stores are named after the one of Samuel Truett Cathy’s restaurants, Dwarf Grill, the restaurant where he came up with the idea for chic-fil-a and developed the pressure fried chicken sandwich. All in all it’s a pretty cool experience. I wish I would have been there for the Saturday buffet. I could die happy having par taken of chic-fil-a all you can eat breakfast!

I still don’t know the full story behind the«Dwarf House,» but this Chick-fil-A restaurant on Pleasant Hill just happens to be one. It’s the closest Chick-fil-A to my parents’ house, but I’ve only dined-in a couple times. Like most other Chick-fil-As, this one has a very clean interior. However, what’s different is that the Dwarf House is «split» into two sections — one for regular fast food customers, and another for those who want to enjoy their extended menu items and sit-down service. On Saturdays, they offer a breakfast buffet from 7 am to noon. Although I’ve never tried it myself, their website states the buffet includes«Chick-fil-A Breakfast Chicken, Spicy Chick-fil-A Breakfast Chicken, Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Grits, Biscuits, Gravy, French Toast Sticks and a custom Omelet Station where we can make your favorite omelet!» I have no idea how much it costs per person, and I always thought it wouldn’t be worth whatever it costs because you can only eat so much chicken. However, I’ll be sure to provide an update if/when I find out and/or try it for myself. During my most recent dine-in visit, I ordered the Spicy Chicken sandwich(no pickles!) meal with waffle fries and a Diet Dr. Pepper. The chicken in the sandwich was large, plump, hot, and delicious. As previously mentioned in some of my other Chick-fil-A reviews, their Spicy Chicken sandwich truly packs some heat, so it isn’t going to be some wimpy«mild» flavored chicken. Waffle fries were as good as always, and yummy dipped in ranch and BBQ sauce. =) Overall, this Chick-fil-A Dwarf House gets 4.5 stars for their delicious chicken sandwich and waffle fries, clean environment, and friendly employees. Again, I still haven’t experienced the full-service side of the restaurant nor the Saturday morning breakfast buffet, but I’ll definitely provide an update when I do. [Review 308 of 366]
