Black Velvet coffee is my absolute favorite coffee/espresso EVER. I only wish it was easier to find and in more local businesses in Durango.

Their Black Velvet roast is by far my favorite coffee in the whole world. And as a person who likes to add cream and sugar to my coffee, I appreciate the fact that Desert Sun roasts have enough flavor to hold up to additives… most coffees do not.
However, it’s also smooth enough for even a black-coffee hater to drink sans cream and sugar! In small quantities, of course :)
The beans may not be local, but the roasting is, and these guys know how to roast some delicious beans!
