Good choice of Pizza and a nice relaxed atmosphere. We picked a bad time and had to wait a long time, but i don’t think that is the norm.

My husband and I chose fired up after the Iron Horse Bike Race. Nothing tastes better than pizza after a long ride. And Fired Up didn’t disappoint. We grabbed a few beers and decided to order the Lemon Rucola with added chicken and a simple pepperoni pizza. We sat at the bar, which was perfect. Five stars for the food, but had to give it four because sitting at the bar, we could see behind the scenes. I typically force myself not to look in these situations, but it was hard. Floors were filthy with food scattered all around. Employee aprons were nasty. If you can look past these factors, and focus on the pizza, you’ll be happy. :)

Passing through Durango and found this place through Unilocal. We were not let down! The service was wonderful and the pizza was even better. The artwork was beautiful. I had a hard basil lemonade to drink and it was fabulous. Definitely recommend!

Great service and excellent food. The jalapeño dip was excellent. There were 4 of us and we each had a different pizza. The crust was nice and thin and very flavorful.

This was pretty good. I had the pesto pizza with pepperoni. The ONE negative I had with it was that then whole bottom of the pizza was drenched in oil, likely from the pesto. It was a bit much, which was sad, because the pizza was very tasty otherwise. I’m giving it a four, instead of a three, because the others I was with didn’t have greasy pizzas, and they enjoyed theirs.

We arrived on a busy Saturday night with 5 of us. They had very few tables that accommodate 5 people and we waited while others who arrived after us were seated first. I was getting quite frustrated wondering why they were not being creative in seating us. They did keep us informed on when we might be seated. When we were finally seated our waitress was right there, taking our order. She was really, really good — making sure drinks were full and bringing our meals quickly. The pizza was delicious, especially the fired up. The hard lemon basil had really great flavor. In the end, they took off the kids drinks as an apology for the wait. They more than redeemed themselves and I am so glad we waited.

If you walk into this kinda hip, kinda cool pizza place expecting your traditional Americanized pizza, you’re in for a surprise! The pizza here is super thin and mostly devoid of the smothering sauce found on inferior pizzas and it’s baked in a true, wood-fired oven. You can even watch! The list of ingredients will be unfamiliar to novices but be adventurous when you build-your-own. If this seems daunting, you can try some of the house specialty pizzas to get a feel for how that unusual ingredient list comes together in really awesome flavors! I had the Smokey with smoked mozzarella, fennel sausage, and onions. WOW! Don’t ask for pan crust, they won’t do it. The point of the thin, crispy crust is for you to taste the goods; not hide them in dough! If pizza isn’t your thing, they also make a number if really great salads and artisan sandwiches. Again, expect creative combinations of flavors from ingredients not normally found on a menu. BTW, the kalamata olives are a taste sensation! The appetizers will be familiar if you’ve spent time in traditional Italian restaurants. Try the Roasted Stuffed Mushrooms; they’re really yummy! Lastly, there’s a small bar if you’d rather have a libation with friends but the focus here is the pizza! Enjoy!

Oh, Fired Up, how I love thee. From the basil hard lemonade(yum!) to the house margaritas(with a splash of orange juice) to the best dip on earth, the jalapeño cheese dip with freshly toasted bread slices, you never disappoint. Seriously, I’ve had dreams about the dip. Most people get the spinach and artichoke dip, but take a walk off the beaten path. You’ll enjoy it, I promise. The pizzas are also awesome. My son gets cheese, my husband gets the all meat option, and I get a slice of each. Delicious. The meat pizza occasionally needs a blotting with a napkin, as usual for a meat buffet, but it is always delicious. Their pizza oven delivers consistently fantastic crust. I wish I could tell you I’ve tried their salads… Nope. I only have eyes for the pizza. Thanks, Fired Up, for keeping these Albuquerqueans fed and happy every time we venture north.

Basil lemonade is da bomb the food was pretty good The rest of this review is just so it’s not to short The fact I can see it as an excuse for the next few weeks of school tomorrow and I’m still not sure what I was a great way for a few years back on my way home from work to be the first half of the year and I don’t think that I have a great

Strolling by before they opened, I noticed the bags of «00» flour that had been delivered and knew I had to sample a pizza. I was not disappointed. It was perfectly constructed and fired. My wife and I still compare the sausage we’re served on pizzas to theirs. It was fresh with a good fennel flavor.

Fired Up is the bomb! I work across the street and am good friends with the manager. We’re both regulars at each other’s establishments. Looking for a bite? Stop in. Ask for Kenzie, Emily, or Jamie. Or anyone. The staff is friendly and hard working. The pizza is crisp and delicious. Best drink: hard southwestern ice tea Best app: spinach artichoke dip Best pizza: Vesuvius

My mom was super excited about Fired Up, but I guess I ordered the wrong thing because I wasn’t TOO impressed. We met a couple of friends for lunch and were seated at a nice table near the window. My mom tried to get the wifi going on her phone but for some reason the password the waitress was telling us wasn’t correct. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms and spinach and artichoke dip to start. I wasn’t a fan of the dip because it was way too cheesy for me, but the stuffed mushrooms weren’t bad. Personally I don’t like a cheese overload and I kind of felt overwhelmed by these two apps because they relied heavily on the cheese. the other ladies seemed to enjoy them though. Mom ordered the Caesar salad and the Fired Up pizza(sausage, mushroom, bell pepper), our friends ordered the arugula salad and the Southwest pizza(chicken, onions, red peppers, green chile), and I ordered the Vesuvius(garlic, red bell pepper, pepperoni). I was a bit sad when my order came because it was drenched in oil and I could only eat one piece. The Fired Up pizza and the Southwest pizza looked a lot better so I’d recommend ordering one of those because they had less oil. Overall the experience was alright, but I have to be more careful when selecting my pizza if I come back. However, I did enjoy the thin crust pizza crust, it was delicious :)

Damn. This place came highly recommended by friends, but I was pretty disappointed. To try and be fair it was super busy when we first got in, but it calmed down by mid meal sooo no excuses. First the food was ugly and not tasty. I love most foods, but the crust was burnt along with the ap, the chicken on the pizza was sooo bland :[ the appetizer looked like a child cut and then burnt bread and slopped some kind of mush into a bowl and dumped it on tray that was too big for it. the server apologized because they«have a new person they’re training» The servers were nice, but they were really slow even after it got less busy. Overall meh experience. Maybe I just went on the wrong night

Delicious local beer, friendly staff, clean, and yummy pizza, and fast! My son and I hit this place first for some grub and it was the best decision we’ve made today… besides the spontaneous decision to drive up to Durango for the night :) we may just be back before we head back to the 505. They got us all… Fired Up! See what I did there? ;)

I walked in to place a take-out order. Had a drink while I waited and watched the Stanley Cup game. Almost got a beer but decided on a vodka and found out that the well vodka is Svedka. Service was very good — the bartender was very nice and attentive even though I was just waiting for take-out. Salmon Goat Cheese Sandwich was excellent.

Exactly what you’d think. The spicy pizza is spicy even for me an Indian guy. Nice local beer too. Casual and low key.

Nice space with a good bar, which I prefer over tables. Small draft beer selection. A pale ale from Euphoria hit the spot. Excellent. Spinach salad also excellent. Figs, walnuts and their tasty balsamic. Margherita pizza outstanding. Nice char. Excellent. Good service. One customer came back in after finishing her pizza and asked for a water bottle to be filled, which they did. Cool.
