Great pizza great service great everything! We had already left town and we headed right back in to try it out! So worth it

It was just OK. We ordered one of their gigantic pies plus a few smaller normal size pizzas. Wasn’t too impressed. The flavors were bland and the dough was definitely not up to par. I guess we’re too used real, authentic NY pizza.

Really like this place but when I ask for xtra anything either they totally skimp or give a butt load. I’d rather them just give me more than less. Good place nonetheless

Always have great New York style pizza! Many different selections to choose from. Two locations on College and on the north end of town. They have some beer choices as well, sometimes a homemade baked goodie to top it off! Everyone is always very friendly here.

Homeslice has definitely become a Durango staple for us. They have a wide selection of pizza options, and I usually really like the HudSucker or Fiona Apple as they are pork free and still tasty! The location on college, which is closer to downtown is kinda small with a equally small beers on tap selection. The location on Main however has a full bar with a lot of brews from Ska which (obviously) pair awesome with pizza. The only downside is that the parking lots for both locations are limited!

Best pizza! Stopped in Durango coming home from vacation. Ordered delivery, amazing NY style and good crust. Had a dinner salad, good homemade dressing! Yum! Was quick and super tasty!

Ordered online, and picked up at the downtown location. My calzone was soggy from sitting in its juices, and the pizza was just okay, nothing special, Pizza Hut or Domino’s could have done a better job.

A fun pizza joint with an awesome menu selection on house specialty pizzas. The option to order by the slice is great too. The bar & dining vibe is upbeat as it seems the line to order from the attached kitchen-​trailer is steady during rush hours.
Solid beer selection w a handful of local options too — definitely come here for good pizza and good times!

Pizza was amazing but I couldn’t help to feel a little tan. Maybe it was just me but I could swear every white person was helped before me even tho I was clearly the first person in line. I also order two slices of pizza to go and when I got to my car I only had one. So I went back inside, told the cashier he forgot to give me my veggie slice and he tried making me pay for another one saying I only bought a cheese slice. Then I asked him to look up my order because I know what I paid for, I signed the receipt. He took quite awhile before he realized that I did pay for my pizza. I definitely would like to eat more pizza from homeslice, next time I just have to send a white friend…

This pizza was awesome! We are in town for the weekend and I’m 8 months pregnant… The pizza craving hit me hard!
We got half Behemoth and half Autumn Blossom… They both were amaze balls but the Autumn Blossom was lights out. I’ve never had walnuts or apples on a pizza and I can see this being a serious craving for a longtime!

Homeslice is my first choice for take out pizza. Every time I order pizza (usually multiple times a week!) I order from Homeslice.
Their crust is amazing & they never skimp on their toppings. The staff is always friendly. I have eaten most of their specialty pizzas; all of which were delish! Plus, they will do ‘half & half’ on their specialty pizzas! The venue is small-​ish (both locations boast some indoor & outdoor seating, plus a bar!) but it’s a top notch spot & I definitely recommend it.

On to the main event: the pizza! We had it by the slice. I know you are thinking it is going to be crummy reheated pizza. Not so, it was gooey and yummy. I had a slice with spicy chicken sausage (it was spicy), mushrooms and spinach. I am not normally a spinach fan but oh my was it good. Not sure if it was the combination of cheese, spices and spinach or what, but it was heavenly! Hog heaven that is! As I sit him I am wishing I had taken about 3 slices to go! In shirt fresh, quality ingredients, hot pizza and friendly service. The price was worth it!

Wonderful Pizza vibes. This place makes a good pie. Seriously, some of the best I’ve had. Their downtown location has a great patio area. They accommodated a few special requests, and the bathroom was clean. I got a regular pepperoni and a drink. I had an unexpired coupon for a food they no longer make, so they were happy to give me a garlic knot instead (garlic donut is what my 2 yr. old son called it).

What do you look for in a pizza… And a pizza place?
Consistent pizza that looks like it tastes? Well, pizza looked great, so we ordered slices. Dough looked like the right texture. Ingredients looked awesome. Pizza looked the right thickness for the crust style I like. Mouth was starting to water when the guy put a fresh pie in the slice section. What did the counter staff do when I ordered a slice from that pizza? Took the delectable-​looking pizza slice and put it back in the oven!!! …for a toasting! … not kidding!
So… the soft crust (which I was anticipating) became hard, toasted crust. This, literally, brought tears to my eyes. She did the same with the garlic roll… Transformed a delicious looking mound of soft bread into something resembling a stale piece of bread you’d hand out in a medieval prison.
Is this standard practice, or did my counter staff person just have no situational awareness or leave it in the oven too long? How about asking if I want my crust toasted?
I didn’t try the pizza before «reprocessing,» so I cannot comment on a freshly made, non-​reheated pizza, so this could easily have been a four-​star review. Pizza was tasty despite the toasting (what I am used to when I reheat my own pizza at home the next day.), so if you plan on just ordering a fresh pizza, you might be in luck. If ordering by the slice, either tell her «do not reheat,» or «only put it in for half the time you usually do.»
The red sauce that came with my prison roll was pretty good and helped soften it up a bit.
Atmosphere was what you’d expect in a college-​town pie place… Reggae music playing in the background.
Price was fair.

This place is the worst «so called» pizza I have ever tasted. By all means, if you like a tasteless outer crust — which makes up ¹⁄₃ the size of the slice– then you will love it. Dough is tasteless, sauce is tasteless and mozzarella cheese is tasteless. Way too expensive. Well, what would you expect to find in Colorado. It’s by no means NY City or Chicago Pizza. I guess that it is as good as it gets for the locals in Durango.

My wife loved this place way more than me. We got a 16-​inch pizza and 2 drinks and it cost about $ 25. The pizza was okay but not great. The place was packed, so I guess it’s popular in the area and maybe I’m in the minority that isn’t impressed. This was recommended by one of the employees at the hotel we were staying at, and he described it as «the best pizza in town.»
For my money, even something like Pizza Hut is probably a better choice, but it seems like I am in the minority on this one.

Love the place and the pizza we order boehmeth pizza was very delicious. Wanted to order a second one. This is our second day to eat there. First tried on Thursday and now it Saturday and we are back. If you are looking for great pizza please try them first. You will not be disappointed

First time to Durango and we were looking for a great pizza for the family and LOVED the pizza at Home Slice. The dough was perfect and the toppings were generous. Used very high quality ingredients. My son and I shared a large pepperoni and my wife and daughter had a loaded medium veggie pizza. Both pizzas were outstanding.
The location is not the best or most beautiful but it is worth it.

Bohemian Pizza — delicious, hot, and fresh ingredients. We eat here about 2x/​year while driving through to Vallecitos. Pizza is consistently awesome. Great customer service — clean bathrooms — variety of condiments. Freshly brewed tea is delicious. Clean bathrooms — sitting area.

Ordered a delivery to our hotel room and they came quick! We ordered a meatball sub and 12″ cheese pizza. It was reasonable ($ 25 total) and delicious! I usually don’t eat the crust but the pizza bread was so fresh, soft & delicious and I could tell their sauce wasn’t straight from the can like most pizzeria use I gobbled them up! Yum!
