Drive thru line was horribly long but per usual, I went in and service was great. Longer than usual wait but still ok

The folks working at this location are extremely considerate and make you feel right at home. First time visiting from the West Coast and it was a delightful experience. The service is very quick aswell, before I knew it, there was my food being brought to me as I was still at the counter.

Going to Chick-​Fil-​A is a consistent experience. Very friendly and helpful service. Best fast food sevice I have experienced. I like that they bring the food to the table and clear the tray. It is clean here– 99.5 sanitation score. The spicy crispy sandwich is delicious. I’m not much of a fan of those waffle style fries though, in my book McDonald’s fries score higher here. Overall, this is a perfect lunch spot close to my office while slowly working my way towards obesity.

Chickfila has to be one of the most consistent chains I have frequent. It does not matter whether I’m in NC, SC, VA or MD– the customer service and quality of the food are top notch. I went through the drive thru for my order– it was correct, the food was hot and tasted fresh. No complaints –and unlike a lot of places, I was told than you! It is nice to be wished a good day, but sometimes being thanked goes a lot further.
While this is my first check in and review– I have eaten at this location for the past 3 years whenever I’m in NC and have never had a bad experience.

Best location in Durham! Everytime I going there’s never a disappointment! The staff are always friendly and my order is always correct! Try the spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles and Polynesian sauce!

Excited to find a Chic-​Fil-​a close to work, but as usual, everyone else must be just as excited.
Around 1 PM on a Wednesday, I pulled into the drive-​thru line, which of course stretched around the building & spilled into the road behind the restaurant. Thankfully, they had one employee with the iPad taking orders in line.
That process went by fairly quick, but the waiting in line to pay was rather long. As always, the staff are very pleasant & try to be as efficient as possible.
I paid & left & dug into my bag on the way back to work. Hot waffle fries, yum! Upon finishing those off, I dug into my grilled chicken sandwich. That was a little off. The chicken was overlooked & was a little dry. Everything else was fine. The sweet tea was refreshing, per usual.
Parking is limited & maneuvering to get out of the drive-​thru can be tricky.

I’m a huge Chick-​fil-​A fan, and this location wasn’t too different than other locations. It has a good inside and a very tall playplace. The service was expedient, and the food was pretty good quality. However, whenever I went through the drive-​thru, they gave me ranch sauce instead of the spicy dressing, even though I’d already been given a ton of other ranch sauce packets.

The service at this location is always so friendly and makes sure my order is correct. I crave the grilled market salad often. The frozen lemonade is so good!

Love this staff and the food. Crazy at lunch but that’s lunch in the park. The staff comes around to give you refills and chat if it isn’t busy. Love all these folks! It’s CFA that feels like a local diner
We get 100 sandwiches each Wednesday and they do a great job. Always ready on time with the sandwiches and extras. They even take it to my car. Thumbs up!

Best service I’ve ever gotten at chick fil a, and I’ve always had excellent service. The employees are so polite and service oriented.

Amazing service and delicious food. It doesn’t get any better than Chickfila. Staff is always friendly. Food is always fresh. And it doesn’t matter how busy they are, they are very fast.

This location is run by the same management as the Southpoint one. The restaurant is immaculate and the service is top notch. One time going through the drive-​thru on a Saturday, they had an employee outside taking orders from cars in line well before the installed speaker system. That’s service.
Chick-​Fil-​A has earned a loyal customer from me based on these two franchises. Kudos to them.

We turned up at the drive through just before closing time at around 10PM. The service is just outstanding. I can actually understand what’s being said by the person taking the orders and the young lady at the service window was just super nice.

Had a great experience here. The restaurant was clean and the service was excellent, as expected with Chick Fil A. Unfortunately, I found a bone in my food. We brought it up to the manager as we were leaving and he was extremely apologetic, and basically asked «What can we do for you?» I asked for a free cookie and he gave each of us a warm, delicious chocolate chip cookie. The manager did a great job of making it clear that he wanted to fix the situation, and in the process, we learned that Chick Fil A cookies are the most delicious cookies ever made and we will definitely buy cookies next time.
The cookies were definitely boneless!

This was my first time eatin Chikfila. They don’t really have any where I live. I was glad that the spicy chicken was actually spicy. Very friendly service too.

Had a much needed lunch here after landing at Raleigh-​Durham International Airport.
Ordered the Spicy chicken sandwich with Pepperjack cheese combo meal. Comes with waffles fries and a cold beverage — opted for caffeine-​free Diet Coke.
Sandwich was hot, crisp, spicy, and hit the spot.
Service was fast, staff was very friendly, and location was clean.

Confession: I love Chick-​Fil-​A biscuits. I know they’re a chain! I know they’re not Bo-J’s or Biscuitville. But I just can’t help myself. The biscuits are perfection — light, fluffy, buttery, and sweet. It’s that sweet note that seals the deal. I can’t handle it. The eggs are from a carton (not real) and the sausage is not as spicy as other fast food places. But the biscuits keep me coming back. And how freaking cute are Chick’n Mini’s?
As to their other food? Thank goodness they finally added a spicy chicken sandwich to their menu. It’s been a glaring absence for years, and I’ve always felt like: What’s that all about?! The rest of the offerings are sort of meh for me. And waffle fries… I have an aversion. Fries should not be constructed in lattice-​work patterns.

You already know that Chick-​fil-​a is awesome, and that the sandwich is awesome.
You may not know:
a) every single Chick-​Fil-​A location is equally awesome. I’ve been to at least a dozen, in several states. All staffers appear to enjoy their jobs. Every location is clean.
b) The grilled chicken sandwich is money, especially with the newly added «lettuce and tomato».
I am sure Cassie A. is a lovely girl, but she wrong.

I stopped here for lunch today to take out an overworked tax accountant who has been handing off some of his clients through his business in PA. I told him to choose the restaurant and this is the place he chose to go.
The gal who took our order was very personable, asked if it was still kind of cool outside and I replied «Where I come from this is T-​shirt weather» and she got a kick out of that. Our orders were up in no time and she actually carried one of the trays out for us — that’s never happened at any fast food place I’ve been to. The food was tasty (I had a chicken salad sandwich and chicken soup) and before long, someone came around to our table offering to get refills for us. Not only did he offer to get us refills, he offered to take our trays out of our way and dispose of our trash. Again, this has never happened to me at any place like McD’s, BK or RBs.
For fast food, this is as good as it gets.

Seriously, fastest Chick-​Fil-​A ever. I hit the drive-​thru line to the office from the airport around 12:45, and the line was around the building and into the road… still only 10 minutes.
And the nice man at the drive through remembered all my sauces perfectly, and the food was piping hot.
This is my go to for drive through breakfast/​lunch/​dinner in the area. Friendly fast service… and who doesn’t love Chick-​Fil-​A! :)
