Excellent customer service. Todd (and his Mom, who occasionally works in the store) are very helpful. They are also flexible. I wanted to frame a picture myself, but just wanted the mattes to be cut and Todd did this. He will do any type of framing you want – traditional, mounting on foam board, stretching canvas, etc. He really understands how to combine mattes and frames, the number of mattes needed to properly highlight a picture, and complementary color combinations. He has an artist’s eye. Prices are reasonable and service is timely. I highly recommend this business.

Todd Bond is extremely talented and artistic, and I have been very pleased with all the frames he has done for me. He has an artist’s eye for picking just the right mat, and has a large selection of wood frames to choose from. He also gives a generous discount to Duke employees, and others. I highly recommend Fastframe of Durham!

First off, if you work at UNC, you get a 20% discount off all frames.
The man working there is very kind. He lets you browse all the frames and take them oall the samples off the walls to see if you like it. He’ll even measure the dimensions and give you prices for all the different kind of frames you may want to purchase.
You can literally spend hours here comparing frames and prices!
Metal frames cost the most. Between the wood frames– all hardwood flat surfaces frames are costly too.
