Seriously, for $ 5.99, this place rocks! The pizza is fresh and a tasty variety. The salad & soup are what you’d expect. However, the desert rolls are worth the $ 5.99 alone! Not many places you can go with a family of 5 and you’re all satisfied for about $ 25. Not to mention the great service! I have 0 to complain about for the price. 5 stars from this family, we love it!

This place is closed. I tried to stop in for lunch yesterday(12÷6÷11), and the doors were locked. A makeshift sign on the window declared the place«permanently closed».

This was going to be a three star rating but it dropped a star because they have a ridiculous enforcement of their coupon’s expiration dates. They’ve had a coupon that has been printed on the back of Rainbow Foods receipts since they opened their doors a few years ago. «2 can dine for 9.99» although as of April 1 it’s now 10.99. But since our boys like pizza and it’s an inexpensive dinner out, we clipped and saved the coupons when we saw them. We made the mistake once last fall of not thoroughly checking our coupon and showed up with an expired coupon(by 3 days) of the exact same 9.99 coupon they were still honoring! And even calling the manager up, they wouldn’t honor the coupon. Even gas stations honor competitor’s coupons, and CiCi’s can’t honor a 3 day expired coupon of their own current promotion? My wife talked me into staying but I was ready to leave. We used to go about once a month but after that coupon episode, we’ve only been back once since before Thanksgiving. When the staff is paying attention to the buffet, the pizza can be warm and tasty but suffering a little by variety. The buffalo chicken pizza is my favorite and several other’s favorite too apparently because when they make one, a mad dash appears and I’m lucky to get a slice or two before it’s all gone. Otherwise you’re left with lots of pepperoni, veggie, and cheese varieties. I’ve seen the elusive deep dish pepperoni once and managed to try a square before it vanished never to be seen again, it was pretty good. Forget about the salad bar. They literally keep the tomatoes and other better salad ingredients unreachable unless you flag down a cashier to beg for a tomato. The soup, always chicken noodle, tastes like it’s straight from the can. There’s a small arcade in the corner with about 10 games including air hockey but one or two games always seem to be out of order. The place is generally clean and we always seem to see the same hard working Hispanic busser cleaning tables. The guy works hard and we leave a couple dollars for him every time because of his hard work clearing plates and circulating around the floor. They used to announce new pizzas as they hit the counter but that seems to have stopped. Now it seems more like a cafeteria where everyone brings their kids. We don’t look for CiCi’s coupons anymore.

The old saying, you get what you pay for is very true if you eat here. The pizza is awful, but the pop is cold!

Nice cheap pizza but the place is run by moron kids that give horrible service and seem to chat openly about bs stuff while customers are waiting. Still, the price is nice but I’d never eat in.

I’ve never had pizza that I truly hated. Never! I was proven wrong. Everything was very bland, the salad, the pasta, the pizza, desserts. The pizza was too doughy, dry with little sauce, and not very flavorful. The only thing that I can say I liked was the hot cinnamon bread of which I can honestly say I will probably never have again.

Not normally a chain restaurant writer unless a location needs to be called out one way or the other. Cici’s Pizza needs to get called out. Granted it’s only like $ 5(drinks are additional), but I wouldn’t even want to pay that. Disappointing crust, hardly any sauce, sloppy salads, and boring desserts. Maybe if I was 12, which sometimes I do act 12, I would like it. I was excited about the different toppings, but ewe, most of them tasted like they had processed jar cheese instead of fresh, shredded cheese. It’s too bad they can’ t take the great staff and place them at restaurants that deserve better servers because it’s not the service, but the taste that lacks at Cici’s.
