I ordered 3 sandwiches from their drive thru, couldn’t hear them, asked for more time and then someone else got on and asked the same question. Then I got home and my sandwiches are wrong. I called and they said they couldn’t fix it unless I come back in. I live a mile away with a five year old and newborn. No. I’m not getting everyone back in the car and into their store in the winter. They could have delivered or came up with an alternative option. Just rude.

I may have been an Eagle Scout when I was young, but being in my 60’s, I do not have the visual acuity of an Eagle. That said, I have finally been able to solve the question to how Jimmy John’s can have such«freaky fast delivery»… they must only deliver to a 100 yard radius of their location! How do I know this you ask? I can literally walk to the end of my block, gaze to the west and make out the Jimmy John store. I call the Jimmy John store that I can gaze upon, inform them of my address, and they tell me that I am not within their delivery zone. I could understand their response if Jimmy John’s were using tricycles to deliver their sandwiches, for if they were, it would take an inordinate amount of time to deliver my order. Until Jimmie John’s examines and alters their ridiculous delivery policy, I am relegated to eating other foods, other foods delivered to my door from their business competitors next door to Jimmy John’s and beyond.

Food was average, but I’m rating in comparison to other jimmy johns experiences I have had. The sandwich I get requires silverware in order to rearrange toppings and keep it all in the sub, but this location discontinued silverware. This is a really dumb decision as now I can’t eat at this Jimmy Johns ever again. Also, its weird that you have to ask for napkins and they aren’t easily accessible like every other jimmy johns in the world…
