Buyers beware corporation not honoring punch cards. Will substitute plastic with a website and you score umpteen points for a small 6 inch ouch. My last order took 15 minutes with no line and three employes standing around. Tried to leave a message at the customer survey apparently it also has closed down not a good sign

I was at the Eagan location today. I waited 25 minutes to get my sub. When I got home, it was on white bread and I had marked wheat. Very poor service.

First time at a Which Wich however not impressed. Every table was dirty, slow service, and our cookie was hard. For 2 sandwiches, chips pop and 1 cookie was over $ 21. When our sandwiches came, our sandwiches were 2 different sizes even though we ordered the same size. Sandwiches were ok nothing spectacular.

Which Wich has great sandwiches but this location is complete sh*t. When I walked in 3 people(including a manager) just looked up at me and didn’t say anything. When I was at the end waiting for my sandwich, I noticed it smelled like a toilet where I was going to pick up my food. As I looked around the store was a mess. 2 of the employees looked like they hadn’t showered and one of them had bleach spots on their black hat and what seemed to be cat hair completely matted all over the top. I also noticed the picked a rag out of the sanitary water and squeezed out a rag and never changed gloves before he made my sandwich. If I wasn’t so hungry I would have thrown it away. dirty store, dirty employees, dirty hands making your food. Stay away!!!

Anyone who gives this place a bad review just plain has bad taste, or don’t know what they like on a sandwich. This is the best sandwich place around. The mayo, avacado, and CarmelIzed onion are all soooo good.

The sandwiches are always great love the seafood sub but it takes them forever to make-today took mine 8 mins to make only 1 person ahead of me.

Good sandwiches. I always order online which speeds the process — though there have been times when sandwich wasn’t ready at the promised time. So arrive a little later than they say. I love all the topping options which do distinguish it from other sandwich places. I never eat there: cramped and not relaxed atmosphere.

I would actually give this place a 2 ½ stars. This was my first time going as I had heard the sandwiches where good and they where very good how ever it was the customer service that got to me. After hearing the employees complain about«another» shake to make, not making the sandwich right when you circle what you want, & just listening to them complain how they don’t want to be there and about others they work with just made it a thumbs down for me no matter how good the sandwiches are. Sad

Haven’t had the best experience at this location between online order pick ups and multiple charges on my cc. However it’s still a good sandwich stop and have lots of kid friendly options.

OK. I like choices. choices are good. But a toasted sandwich shouldn’t take 15 minutes to make when comparable sandwich places like Subway or Quiznos takes 5 – 7 minutes. which begs the question… what are they doing behind that wall? prices are OK… a little high. plus they never run specials.

Eh, not my favorite location. During the work day, I needed a few things at Target, a bank run and something to eat, so I ordered from this location online. I could cover all my bases in one general area. I requested my order be ready at 1:15. This location is in a strip mall facing Cliff Road with a few other businesses. The problem with this is, there are not enough parking spaces for everyone. I walked in and I was the 7th person in line. I’m glad I placed my order online because honestly, had I not, I would have walked out. The line was moving at a snail’s pace. And, the dining area was full of people eating and waiting for their food. I didn’t have a ton of time to wait, so I grabbed my order and got the heck out of there. I was in the place for almost 20 mins just to get an online order. Now, I understand, it’s fast casual not fast food, but this location didn’t seem to be able to handle the volume of people or orders that day. I liked my salad, everything was just like I ordered it and I like the bowl they use, but this might have been a freak occurrence at this location or not. I still really like Which Wich, but my office is located between this location and the Highland one and I think I prefer Highland.

My wife picked this up to go, and we live just 5 minutes away. The bread was dry, the prices were high, and the sandwich was on par with subway. We won’t be back.

My first and last time at this place. 1) It takes forever for these people to make a sandwich. 2) The prices are too high for what you end up getting. 3) The quality of the bread and end products are average at best. 4) The Turkey sandwich I got made me sick later that evening. Truly a disappointing experience, but I’m glad I came at least once so that I know never to go here again. Go to Subway or Potbelly instead. Save yourself from the long lines and mediocre food.

So many sandwich options… So good. They can take awhile at times, but worth it for a completely custom sandwich.

Went to the Apple Valley location. I was looking forward to trying this new lunch option. I don’t think I’ll be back. The whole process of getting your sandwich took a very long time. The menu is on a large board in the entry and you than place check marks next to what you want on a paper bag which lists all the menu choices. They do offer a lot if choices which adds to the complexity of making your sandwich. I counted nine employees in the restaurant, three of which weren’t doing anything. The sandwich itself was just OK with the bread being a bit on the dry side. Some people may like it but I prefer Jimmy Johns where your sandwich is usually ready by the time you’re finished checking out.

We can’t wait for the Apple Valley location to open! We just discovered Which With a couple of months ago and have been there several times — like weekly! Al has been choosing their special sandwich offerings and really likes them. I’ve been ordering bowls each time — mostly with the black bean patty and all the veggies I love. My last trip decided to try the meatballs in a bowl — yummy! Absolutely love the multitude of choices. First visit was a tad overwhelming but someone is usually right there to explain how it works. Take your time when filling out your envelope so you really design your meal your way.

Good sandwiches… I love all the sauces and spreads that are available. Slow service but the staff was nice… I wouldn’t recommend for lunch if you want something quick!

I get it. They are trying to be novel which a build your own concept. But operationally, it’s a nightmare. It’s a haphazard mess of people who are taking their sweet old time filling out their bag. Do i skip ahead of them? Can I physically get through the sea of kids to get past them? My sandwhich was so saturated by their sauce that it completely fell apart. This may be a good place for families, but for a guy like me, I’ll skip the hassle and go for the quality of Pot Belly or the speed of Jimmy Johns.

This place was pretty good when comparing it to any other sub sandwich chain(Subway, Jimmy Johns, Quiznos) Lots of choices and some unique ones. I went with the Monte Cristo which had turkey, ham, grape jelly, and powdered sugar on top of the bread. It seemed like decent quality. Obviously its not local sourced but what do you expect from a chain in the suburbs. I also tried their house made potato chips which I thought had a nice crunch and pepper taste to it. I also liked their attempt at offering healthy choices. They offer a lettuce wrap instead of sandwich bread.

I’ve been really excited to try this place out knowing there was one that was downtown and never being down there during business hours I was waiting until Which Which to open up near my home. Walking in there was a nice greeter who asked if we had been there and went on to explain the whole pick a bag and sharpie up your preferences. She suggested the Italian Grinder. There was so many choices(literally a wall full and 10 different bags to pick up) I just went with her suggestion and my boyfriend went with the TBR(tomato, bacon, ranch) lettucewhich version– aka just lettuce on the outside as a wrap without bread, rolled up like a burrito. We paid and watched on as they made our food. There seemed to be wayyy more staff needed but hey they just opened and the longer wait time showed how new they were to their jobs it looked like high school kids got recruited to do the job. Pricing its around the $ 5-$ 10 mark depending on your size and if you choose to get the meal deal. Food My sandwich tasted like a potbellys sandwich just customized to my liking I have to admit they do have better sauce variety but that really is it plus crispy onion strings My boyfriend lettucewhich on the other hand was not a pretty site. It was SOOO messy! He ended up eating it like a salad because the toppings fell all over the table and was dripping left and right. I suggest just getting a bowl rather then the wannabe burrito. This place reminds me too much of potbellys and a jimmy johns together that it doesn’t add any specialty in my book I’ll stop by if I’m craving a sandwich but nothing I would go out of the way to try.
