Worker only likes to hand out 2 small cups to taste yo gurts. Asked for more cups and she didnt want to give more than 4. Usually we get to try more flavors but this worker must not want to have people try more flavors… :\

I always enjoy the soft serve at these self-serve type yogurt places. Yogurt Lab does things a bit different– the cup sizes have a set price regardless of weight. The flavors were good — especially the salted caramel, dark chocolate, and strawberry fields. I got some peanut butter m&ms on top too. I’m lactose intolerant and there weren’t very many lactose free flavors(just pineapple and strawberry fields but you’d need to give me a lac free chocolate or caramel before I’m impressed). Like usual, you can sample all the flavors. But I think this place is too pricey. It’s $ 4.99 for a small. So if you’re someone who loads up on heavy toppings this may be the place for you to get more bang for your buck. But if you’re like me and you just want soft serve, then go to Menchies or CherryBerry.

No chocolate. No vanilla. No staff. Well, one person working. Expensive. Store seems like an afterthought. Not impressed. Not a clean place. Not a happy experience. And with the one person she had to keep the back room open and with lots of customers in there turned on the blender. Why making yogurt in the middle of the work day? Probably never return to this funky joint.

Sooo good if you get the right one. The days of mega-sampling are over. Try to get a few samples. Quite expensive however a neat treat.

Yogurt Lab is always solid. This one seemed like it had more flavors than usual. The flavors are all great, delicious and not overly sweet, like some froyo places. They all taste super fresh and clean. They have a great selection of toppings. I wish they had some sugar free options.

I enjoyed the yogurt! I did have to ask for a trial cup and was given two. I’ve been to other yogurt places where you can try as many as you’d like. But, they have a very large selection of flavors!(Which makes it harder to decide!) I loved the tart and would even like it more tart and less sweet. Prices seemed a bit better than the other yogurt self serve I went to recently, so I will be back!

Not the best yogurt lab in the world. They were out of my 2 favorite topping: strawberry Mochi and marshmallow syrup! How devastating! The strawberry fields was a little runny and not as thick as it should be. Luckily I was just visiting the new outlet mall and should never have to go to this location again.

Disappointed. I wanted to try a couple before committing to a flavor, and was told each person gets one taste. Decided not get anything, let the kids get theirs. Flavors sounded good, but I like to try a couple first! We will probably skip this place next time.

Very poor quality yogurt. This location appears to use large batched yogurt cultures that are all premixed and high in sweeteners, although they may not be sugar, some substitution which tastes very artificial. The sour patch kids were so hard I could barely chew them. In their defense chain retail centers run by high school students will struggle to produce quality product. The tarts were very runny and diluted, bad job on the batch I tried. I’d recommend this business try sourcing more natural cultures and verify the shelve life to prevent flavor to drift. Good luck.

Dirty congested place. It actually stinks inside. Fruit toppings are not fresh. Overall, we will never go back there.

Yogurt lab happens to be my favorite froyo place in the twin cities. The flavors are real they have plenty to choose from and always offer tiny little cups to sample as many flavors as you like until you find your hearts content and settle on the giant cup loading it up with goodies that are either the healthy route like fruits and granola(my personal favorite topping it with honey) or you can choose the sweet tooth with a large candy selection including gummy bears in the mixture. This location is decorated just like the one on campus at the U of M but much closer to home for myself. I also love their fun green spoons! They do offer big pint cups where you can fill up with froyo to take home with you and leave in your freezer WARNING might not be the texture the next morning though.

Am I really the first to write a review??? This place is sooooooo good! My husband & I recently relocated here from Northern California and were happy to find the fro yo craze had hit the Midwest. On a hot, sticky night, we decided we needed some chilly refreshment, and we are just a few minutes up the road from this place. You can taste as many flavors as you want, and they had some really unique flavors, like marscapone, which I had never seen before. I went for the salted caramel and dark chocolate, while my husband opted for the red velvet cake flavor. We were both blown away! We have honestly never tasted anything like this. The salted caramel tastes like you are literally sucking on an(ice cold) caramel. The chocolate was soooooo good, it was like biting into a chocolate bar! And the red velvet cake? Yep… just like the real thing. There isn’t a hint of artificial flavor. I am definitely a fan! You won’t be disappointed!
