When you talk fast food that seems good for you, a sub place might come to mind. The one sub shop that comes to my mind that is clean, friendly staff and has a consistently good sub is Quiznos. Not the lowest price sub shop but the value for your dollar sub shop it is. I would recommend the steak subs, the peppercorn sub with the black Angus meat. The meat is soft and good flavor I like the bread and meat toasted that’s the way they do most of there subs. Now I know a steak sub with cheese and the fixings on top will tip the calorie scale but it has to be less then a big mac, right…

When I’m out and about running errands around lunchtime this is my favorite place to eat for a quick cheap tasty lunch. I like the sandwiches – the Italian and the double cheesesteak are my favorites. I also like the chili. Can’t beat the price, the quality is good, and if you get a punch card, after the 8th sandwich the next one is free!
