Ate here for the first time. I don’t care for breakfast food so I had a Reuben sandwich. It was soooo good and the fries were fantastic. I really really wish they would open another location and put one in Star. We are desperate here for a place like that. The place would be packed if they built one here which would accommodate Middleton and Star which is growing like crazy. Great place… I will be back.

Had breakfast here and it was fabulous. Ordered a two egg omelette with spinach, muenster cheese and bacon. It had tons of all three and was cooked perfectly. The potatoes were crispy and not greasy. The service was very attentive and friendly. Will definitely go again.

I not from this area but my daughter is and she recommended this place for breakfast. Fabulous is all I have to say! It was Sunday and they were busy but we were seated in less than 5 minutes and the service and food was great. Don’t miss it if your in Eagle Idaho!

We decided to give Joe Momma’s a try again, after a couple of year hiatus following a somewhat bad experience. I am happy to say that this place has more than redeemed itself, and my wife and I really enjoyed our breakfast experience today. I ordered the #4 special, eggs over medium, with french toast, and a side of hashbrowns. My wife also ordered #4, scrambled eggs and a pancake. Everything we had was really really good. Even the coffee was great. Lots of times breakfast diners like this have mediocre coffee, but this morning ours we delicious. The only minor downside was that my wife noted that the pancake was a «thumper» in that that’s how it feels when it hits your stomach. Rare is the place that can create a light and fluffy pancake that doesn’t go thump. Still, the pancake tasted delicious, and the overall breakfast was wonderful. The servers were friendly; the place was busy but there was no wait. The location is very pretty, right along the river, which just adds to the pleasant morning meal. Oh wow do I love this place! Someday I will even try something new… but the spicy veggie scramble is bursting with flavor and the pancake is my most favorite in all the land. Can be busy on the weekends, but worth the wait.

Best breakfast in Eagle. I eat here every time I come to Boise! They have a smoked Steelhead trout Eggs Benedict that is to die for! Homemade Hollandaise that is velvety smooth with a lovely lemony finish. The poached eggs are always perfectly done and the hash brings have the perfect crispiness. The service is also friendly, attentive and always with a smile.

Great place to get your pancake fix. We had to wait to be seated, there was a waiting line which usually proves it’s a great place to eat and that proved to be the case. Joe Momma’s is our next favorite place to eat.

I have ate here several times with friends and family. Always a great meal. Staff is responsive and polite and always seem to have a smile on their face when greeting you. Seems to always be busy whether I’ve arrived with my family or for an impromptu business breakfast. Popular place for locals. Portions are huge, we always struggle to finish our meal. Great place to for breakfast

I am extremely picky with my restaurant choices. I would confidently say this would be my number one choice for breakfast. Everytime we eat breakfast there we leave overly satisfied. The food is perfectly scrumptious, the hot cakes are to die for. Great service! I would recommend this to the pickiest foodies.

My wife and I have been here twice, so I can give them a honest review. What I’m not partial to was there corned beef hash, homemade and fresh. Guess I was raised on canned hash for two many years. LOL. Really great place to eat, with good service. Not only was our food good but as I walked by everyone else table Thiers looked good to. You won’t be disappointed.

My go to spot for Chicken Fried Steak. Crunchy crust, not too thick and the steak is still a little pink in the middle. Lovely gravy seasoned just right and not gloppy. House country potatoes on the side with two eggs. The scrambles and the hash are always well executed. My wife is a fan of the Denver Omelet. I think they also have the best house made biscuits in the valley. Light, fluffy and not dry. A little Marion berry jam tops it off nicely. The coffee is very good here as well. The lack of a fourth star is based on lunch. There’s been some disappointments there. But a big thumbs up on the breakfast menu. The food is good and the portions are huge. Come hungry!

Busy little spot but worth the wait. Friendly staff and great service and their yummy fresh food tops it off. The hubby had the California Bennie and I went with a half order of corned beef hash(and still took half home!). We will definitely be back again.

If I could give half stars, I’d give this 3.5. I gave it a 4 because considering the breakfast options in Eagle, this is leading. The service has always been great but the food is okay. It seems like everything I order needs just a bit more seasoning and flavor. This may be preferred for others but I really like flavorful meals.

the breakfast here is SO good and SO fresh! Staff is extremely friendly as well! my only complaint is that there bacon has pepper on it, but that is just a personal preference for me. Since I hate pepper, but LOVE bacon. Must eat at breakfast joint.

We had a fantastic waitress named Erica who took excellent care of us. Shared a perfectly cooked omelette with a big, fluffy pancake on the side and refills of our sodas and tea never ran out. Really enjoyed our visit and will be back!

Definitely one of my top breakfast spots! Pros: AMAZING pancake(and I usually am not a pancake fan), large portions, not too spendy, awesome service, veggie breakfast burrito is awesome and very flavorful not that bland potato stuffed breakfast burrito(even if you’re not a vegetarian it’s delicious) Cons: It does get packed to call ahead or get there early, hard to accommodate to large groups because it’s mostly booths and small tables

I came on a weekday and it was moderately busy, but I heard it’s super busy on the weekends. Anyway, this place is so yummy! I got the California Bennie and added ham to it… amazing! It comes with homestyle potatoes and they’re delicious. My husband got the Classic and it came with so much food for the buck! We love this place!!!

Did they change breakfast cooks? I know not the answer to that question. But the breakfast fare has been really good on our last couple of visits. Maybe it’s because we discovered good fit items for us. The vegetable hash and the pumpkin pancakes as example. They always get my ‘poached hard like a golf ball’ eggs just right.(That is more difficult to do than one thinks.) Same super-good, friendly service and now consistently good breakfast fare. Plus it’s close to home. We’re fans. This n That: 1) Parking: Last month the owner of the strip mall resurfaced /painted the parking lot. Much improved. Also striped and marked accessible parking spots per state code and federal standards. About time. 2) Loo: Yes, it is decrepit. That is the responsibility of the building owner. But, it is clean. That says good things about the restaurant owner.

This was a stop for the whole family. We had a family reunion of sorts in this restaurant. On a busy Sunday – smack in the middle of a holiday weekend and 12 of us looking for a table and they were able to accommodate us.(They don’t take reservations). They placed two tables together and were able to squeeze us in. We were served promptly and with some tasty delights. It was good fare, I had the French toast which was tasty. However, the only French toast, I’ve ever had to use a knife on so there’s that. The meal was quickly served and we were on our way. A side note, however, this is not the place to attempt any kind of conversation as it is noisy when busy. They had a 45 minute wait they mentioned as we were leaving. All in all a good meal.

Just finished. The country Bennie it was yummy. As a breakfast aficionado I am adding this to my list of potential morning targets. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. It is both classic Breakfast. And modern with out over doing the kitch or the spariness. The staff is quick, helpful and nice. Booths large and tables are not tight. It’s a well thought out space. Our table ordered two full country Bennies.(biscuit scrambled egg grilled sausage patty and gravy) and a Special. Which was truly phenomenal it was a chorizo stuffed chili rellano. Which was battered and fried on top of a scrambled egg. Three of four of us had the potato casserole(hash browns with cheese and green onion) that they are know for. The odd one out had ranch potatoes normal olé breakfast potatoes. But still really good. One of the bennies we had split and it was no hassle. The waitress brought it to the table on two plates. Perfect. Over all. This place is a hit. Service food and ambiance all. Very good … I’m going back.
