The only place I can find the high end cuts I want. Often they don’t have them on display but simply ask and they get you what you want. Best boneless short ribs I have found. The lady who I think is an owner is always willing to go back and cut off just what you want and discuss the best way to cook. If you don’t know how just ask or use the Texas clutch or crutch I forget what it is. They turn out amazing. Just don’t go here hungry when buying cuts to take home!

Love their food! If you are looking for a great steak, pork chops, fish or an assortment of cheeses, this is the place for you! They have choice and prime cuts of meat. Not only can you get the best high quality meats, but they also have a deli case you can get all different types of sides (twice baked potatoes, broccoli salad, baked beans, grape and feta pasta, orzo salad or a wide selection of dessert bars). They have a huge selection of wine to pair with your food. Lunch time they make sandwiches to go or sit there and eat. Always great food! I am never
disappointed. If you haven’t been there yet, you must give it a try!

This place is awesome, Great place for lunch we come here a few times a week.
Everything is always made fresh as you order it. The soups are made daily and there different every day that you walk in there. I don’t think in the year that I have been eating here I have ever had a bad meal. The service is exceptional, The Ladies always greet you with a smile and the selection is great as well. The price is spot on for a Lunch meal or any Meal for that matter. They have a unique selection of soft drinks.
This is got to be one of the best Deli’s in town. The meat is super fresh as well as the seafood. They sell rubs and spices.

Had a club sandwich on my previous trip and a Reuben this time. Always liked it as it is light enough that I do not get back to work all drowsy and it is quite tasty without being too salty. Overall, I just love the balance.

Excellent selection of meat and great quality. A little pricey but you get what you pay for here. The southwest tritip sandwich is amazing and they have a wide variety of rare meats.

Tried the Porterhouse BLT… wonderful!!! Super fresh sourdough Gastons bread, avocado spread, turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato& sprouts! (held the cream cheese) Comes with your choice of salad. I had broccoli salad and it was delicious, with walnuts, dried fruit, grapes, olives and a slightly sweet coleslaw type dressing! Yummers! Hubby had the potato salad and loved that as well! We thought the prices are in line with the quality of the food! Will definitely be one of our go to places for lunch! Close to the Eagle Greenbelt so you can walk off those calories before or after! :)

This review is for their lunch menu as I have not tried their other offerings yet. If you are lucky enough to have lunch there during their 11 – 2 sandwich times, you are in for a real treat! The two sandwiches I have tried (the grinder and the southwesterner) were absolutely delicious! There wasn’t a single taste bud that wasn’t satisfied. It is pricey and sandwiches are a little on the small side but it is well worth it.
Can’t wait to try (afford) their steaks!

Yes, it’s a bit pricey. In my opinion, you are paying for the quality, not because it’s a butcher shop in Eagle.
In addition to the butcher block, which has all sorts of beef cuts, pork, chicken, seafood, lamb, sausage, they have a full service deli with sandwiches, soups, salads, pastas and desserts. There are also selections of bottled and canned drinks, wines, and other various items to help you season and complete a meal at home. Check out the discount box on the bottom shelf of the freezer. There’s always something good in there.
Most notable items for me include the Grinder sandwich with a side of orzo and feta salad, the ground chuck, which they have a big sale on once a year, and the ribeye steak. All I needed was some salt and pepper and my charcoal grill. It turned out the best steak I’ve ever eaten. You can buy your Traeger pellets here, too. Dave always has something smokin’ out front. Oh, try their cioppino, too.
