Disgusting customer service!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS BAKER… I had my son’s birthday party scheduled for 1÷23÷2016 but due to a snow storm in NYC I had to cancel the party. The baker did not want to accommodate me or give me my deposit back. She offered to hold my order for a week and then deliver it to me. That is a disgusting option being that my order will be a week old to serve my guest which is mostly kids!!! She must not have any kids to want to serve old food to kids. In any case to serve old food to anyone period!
