I was there yesterday 05÷10÷15, the employees were so rude, screamed at customers NEXT. The teen who took care of me inform me that the big roll were not going to be ready till 30 mins, gave me two tiny one for the price of a big one, they were not worth a big one, with was very disappointing cause as soon as I grabbed my bag the guy brought out the big rolls, I also order a wild berry lemonade and before it was even handed to me she was already calling next and taking care of a new customer, so my drink was just sitting on the counter for like 3 mins till I got annoyed and asked another employee to please pass it to me … Horrible customer service, didn’t even serve anyone with a smile, but with an attitude as if they hated us.

Went on Friday 5÷8÷15 around 5:30pm.
The line was medium length. When I went to make my order, the employee greeted me and took my order. It was nurse week, so nurses got free Cinnabon. As I was about to receive my order, one of the employees nearly almost gave away one of my Cinnabons to another customer. If it hadn’t been for the customer letting them know it was mine, the employee probably would have just given it to them. I also purchased a lemonade which was pretty refreshing.
Overall I would definitely go back.
