Surprisingly good and for NYC the prices weren’t too bad either. Had a chicken, bacon and cheddar omelet that was on point. The side of bacon we shared ad a family was a little crisper than planned but still more than edible. Wait service was more than adequate. Love the concept of ordering and paying at the table via iPad.

No Service, It’s the text message ordering from a «person» that just delivers your food without asking if there is anything else, then immediately goes back to the counter to continued the shallow chatter they engage in between delivering the next plate. Ordered a simple pizza at about 20 dollars. It was burnt. and the robot that brought it to the table just dropped it off as if it was good. 3.50 for a 8oz soda and no hope for a refill or anyone coming by to even check on you. Good thing for them they get the gratuity into the bill BEFORE your food is delivered. My advice, get a sandwich from a shop or go to a different restaurant in the AP. Terrible food prep horrible service those things make the price outlandish. disappointing to say the least.

Relatively OK for outrageous NYC airport experience. We actually did have a very helpful(and stunningly beautiful) server help my company VP get his credit card to work to pay for mightily expensive meal. And hey, for $ 85 for three small plates you can also get one beer and(perhaps) unlimited sweet tea refills. Edible panini, and actually good string beans(charred and big salt hunks).

Not really a comment about the food served here, since I didn’t order any(just a $ 4 weak tasting coffee), but I still love this part of the Delta lounge at LGA. I am not bothered by the iPad ordering system or minimal waitstaff interaction. Plus, my expectations for airport food are always low, so I’m not surprised to read from others that the food is expensive and not very good.

They have taken the pleasure of dining and boiled it down to a touch pad and food being dropped off at your table. You get zero service. You better flag down your drive by food attendant or you get nothing. They are an ‘attendant’ because they do not wait on you, they just drop stuff off. I had to ask for sugar, then salt and pepper, then mayo. They at least remembered to bring my napkin and plastic ware when they brought the sugar. You get no complementary water. My ‘prime’ burger was good but at $ 17 it should have been amazing. The salad was okay. It had leafy greens, onions, cherry tomatoes, and light vinaigrette. The black ice tea was unsweetened but the description said it was naturally sweet. So confusing! It is unsweetened tea. They are trying to trick you in to not asking for expensive sugar. Haha. I do not blame the staff it’s the concept. If you need to go to the bathroom, you(men) better go before ordering. It’s down the stairs near gate C12 with no escalator. When the attendant came to pick up the empty plate. I asked if I got a complementary refill in my black tea and she said I did. I was pleasantly surprised. She(dark pony tail to one side) was very friendly and did manage to win me over with her smile and genuine care. I up the stars just on her account. I am sure my tip will not get back to her and just get picked up by another attendant. However, I do not recommend this place. You are better off dining at the food court if you have more time. You get more choices and you don’t have to pay a tip. I only ate here because I was lugging a heavy suitcase and didn’t want to go back to the food court. I was a captive diner and they know it so they take advantage of the fact.

I read the reviews and knew this place wasn’t a great idea but was hoping I would be the exception to the obvious rule. It happened to be located right at my gate and my feet hurt from walking around in heels all weekend so I sat down and used the ipad to order some grub. I don’t drink soda so I ordered and arnold palmer. It was probably the worst tasting beverage I’ve ever had. My entrée, the salmon, wasn’t the worst ever but still wasn’t good. The only redeeming quality was the adorable waitress who was very friendly.

Human interaction — Minimal! Convenience — Good Food — Mediocre Prices — Turrible 4 «airport stars».

The convenience of the iPad service here does not justify the revolting quality of food. Skip this place!

The concept by OTG Management to offer fine dining, design and technology at your table sounds like a good idea but I don’t think this setup is well executed. The positives: Location is convenient. Table décor is nice. Each table has a charge station! Opportunities: 1. iPads at the table are grimey and should be sanitized. The card scanner at my table didn’t work. Dining is probably not a good use to place technology where people are eating and touching the iPad. 2. $ 3.25 Soft drinks are small, 8 oz at best. Ice teas do not come with refills. This is the only restaurant in the US that skimps on ice. The ice is all melted by the time your drink is half gone. Overpriced for what you get. 3. Pesto pizza is greasy and you have to beg to get a small side of dried chili flakes. Would I eat here again? me think not.
