Food is just like any other Ruby Tuesday but our waitress Princess is extremely slow and is not knowledgeable of the menu. Last time coming here! This is not the first time the service has been bad but I am a believer of 3 tries! With that being said, I won’t be back! Next time I’ll go to their neighbor, the location in Hapeville. CUSTOMERSERVICEISEVERYTHING . Even the group behind us had a issue w their service and food!

Customer service is lacking. Greatly. Only order pick up but always have to send my order back for corrections. When it was wrong the third time, wanted to return it completely, got attitude but no money back, was given a coupon instead, forcing me to come back to Ruby Tuesday’s in order to get my value paid back. Don’t have these problems at the RT on Sullivan Road, and they’re much much politer and accommodating(at the one on Sullivan).

I came here on a Sunday afternoon with a party of 4 and SAT in the bar area. The service was extremely slow, it took forever for us to just to get out drinks in the bar and they came out one at a time at least 5 minutes apart. 1 South Food came out it was all cold and wrong. I order the steak with the lobster tail and only received the steak. The people in the party ordered burgers that came out completely cold we sent it back the only receive another cold hamburger. I’ve been to many Ruby Tuesdays and never have ever received such bad food and horrible service. I will never return to this Ruby Tuesdays again.

Our order was wrong on many levels. I had to get my own water and go looking for ketchup. My husband and I were 2 of maybe 10 patrons in the entire place. There were at least 4 servers I saw. Horrible service(and we’re not demanding people). Do yourself a favor and avoid.

Everything was just mediocre… with exception to the host. He was very personable and polite. 3 stars for him and the salad bar. Also, the dining area away from the bar was very cold.

A nice Ruby Tuesday. I am a regular at Ruby Tuesday around the country, and this one is a bit above average, what you would expect at a RT. Devon was our server, and he did a great job. It was a busy evening, but Devon did a great job, as well as the kitchen staff. Our food was perfect and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The salad bar was clean and well stocked, with many tasty items. I will definitely come here again. We had a minimal wait time to be seated.

Ok, this was weird. With a name like Ruby Tuesday, a nation wide restaurant chain, this one really takes the cake. Me and my nice family on vacation go into Ruby Tuesday on a Sunday night. Hostesses were confused but we got seated. After that, we were never even acknowledged. While all the other customers were being taken care of, we just sat there for 20 minutes. I made eye contact with servers several times just o be ignored. We stared at other customers too and their food. Nothing. Went and told the family to head to car and asked for the manager. He was cool and couldn’t believe it. We are now eating at Johnny Carinos. Much better.

This is my first and last time coming to this place. It took us forever to be seated. We sit and the waitress tells us she’ll be right back, 15 minutes later she arrives and takes our order. I had to ask if we can get our drink after waiting 20 additional minutes. We get our drinks in dirty glasses that had a woman’s lipstick still on the glass and my margarita taste like they forgot the alcohol. The ribs were tough as hell. The food and service was just horrible and I’m not the only one that feels this way, plenty of people have walked out and cursed the staff out since I’ve been sitting here because of the horrible service. I will be contacting the corporate office on Monday.

Sitting at this bar order still not taken. It took 15 to put my drink order in. The bartender is doing other busy work. This bar is horrible. It’s dirty and there are 4 other guests sitting around waiting for their order to be taken… hour later still didn’t get my food but everyone else did

EXTREMELYSLOW! Inexcusable! Clearly the restaurant is busy so it couldn’t be that they aren’t making money and can’t hire? The lobby is full of people waiting to be seated. The customers sitting at tables are begging for drinks because they are thirsty. I’m at the bar and the bartender is asking everyone to help her make drinks. They lady sitting next to me at bat just wants to make a salad to go and has waited 25 minutes. Corporate please help this location.

I just can not get with Ruby Tuesday’s food. After many attempts, I have concluded that the food just isn’t good here. I had a burger lately(which you get free when it’s your birthday if you join their rewards program) and it was awful. I hated the pickles they put on it, the bread was atrocious, and I feel like the burger was not real ground beef. One redeeming quality is the salad bar, but that’s Mother Nature who prepared that.

We have been here for at least 30 minutes and the food is still not out. It doesn’t appear to be that busy, but we still don’t have our lunches. The salad bar needed to be replenished as well. I would not come back here.

I give this place a 4. The food was pretty good. The experience was ok and the waitress was nice. She was pretty good overall about answering our questions about the menu and some of the new items or things that we had not tried before. We only had an appetizer and two drinks as we missed the happy hour(bummer) but hey who’s fault??? The main thing is that there was no wow factor. We came, we ate, we left… mehh… ok.

Stopped in to get a quick bite for lunch with my big bro… Our server Ebony was great! We created and ordered Turkey burger wrap w/side Broccoli. Chef Jamal made it to perfection! Great service today!

Had the fish taco with a salad bar as a side. I pigged out on the salad. Although it’s just vegetables, it was really fresh and hygienic. The staff kept cleaning the salad bar. The fish taco(2) were too big to finish and I doggy bagged 1. The fish was flaky. Really nice.

So I typically don’t come to this location. See all the other rants abut business in the Camp Creek area to find out why. Food is good but my God they are slow… lawd. But my food was piping hot when I got it. I was ordering take out. I can describe how slow they were this particular day by this: The Bulls/Heat game had just come on when I placed my order. I received my order at halftime. They could have at least offered me a glass of water. *shrug* Ummmm I’ll stick to the location on Thornton Rd in Lithia Springs.

I just can’t say anything bad about Ruby Tuesday food wise. What they do, they do it well. And the salad bar, well at this location, it could be a little more desireable, and I wish they would cut up the tomatoes, but instead they just cut them in quaters and place them on the salad bar. The service can be hit or miss. I’ve had 5 star service here before, and there’s been a few times where I had to hunt my waitress down so that I could get bread, or the check. Evening and weekends are super busy, but I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a table. I like sitting at the bar, it has TV’s and the bar staff is super friendly. Now that they are sending coupons at least once a month, I will for sure be going back. The take-out service is quick and I’ve never left the restaurant to get home and find out they left something out the bag.
