I went to whatever sterling silver store, and could not believe how nice it was. The saleshelp were very helpful. There are signs in the store, that state no returns, exchanges only, can’t people understand that? Why do people have too bring RACE into it! I found the shop to have many one of a kind pieces, and very unique pieces. Can not wait to go back, BELLA C.

You know they say that «BEAUTY IS AS BEAUTY DOES» and so goes my NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE at «Whatever.» I wanted to return a necklace and earring set on principle. My sister (we are African American) was ill treated in a way that insinuated she wasn’t welcome in the store. My purchase was made a day later and while she had made reference to it, I did not realize just how disturbed she was at the time. Heidi Glasser would not allow for a return, only an exchange. Here’s a message for Ms. Glasser: Treat EVERYONE with respect; my lovely shiney set has been tarnished by this incident!

Great selection of beautiful hand made sterling silver jewelry at reasonable prices. I couldn’t decide on earrings, but I did find an awesome bracelet that I am very happy with. I will definitely shop there again.

Despite the ridiculous name «Whatever», this is a cute little jewelry store specializing in sterling silver. The prices are reasonable and there is a good selection of styles.

Exclusively sterling silver jewelry. They have a decent selection but I bought an ankle bracelet that broke within FOUR HOURS. Brought it back the next day and was told that because it was an ankle bracelet, they would not replace/​exchange because «clearly» I was the one who had broken it. They also refused to repair it. The manager offered me another bracelet at cost, meaning I would not be reimbursed for my broken anklet, but I could pay 50% of the price for another one — in other words, paying $ 45 total for a new $ 30 ankle bracelet.
Poor customer service and bad policy. If you won’t guarantee your jewelry, don’t sell it.
