Desi Galaxy Express

This Place is amazing! I absolutely love every single item on the menu. This is one of the first Indian Restaurants I’ve ever ate at and it will always be my go to place in NJ.
The Pav Bhaji, Aloo Gobi, Palak Paneer, Daal, Mutter Paneer, Butter Chicken, Samosas, and of course the Naan’s and Roti’s are my personal favorites.
The staff is very friendly, accommodating, and attentive. The food is always hot, fresh, and incredibly flavorful. The Restaurant’s atmosphere is great as well. Very clean and comfortable. I couldn’t say one negative word about Desi Galaxy, it’s the best! A must eat!

My dad introduced me to desi galaxy and now it’s a Sunday morning ritual. I would give it more than three stars however I think over time this place has lost it’s quality. My dad used to love the fresh Gota they used to make but now they make a big batch and reheat them. They also have converted this place in to 5 different things: Smoothy/​lassi place, Punjabi restaurant, Indo-​chinese restaurant, Pan center & desi galaxy itself. They should have stick to fast indian food that seems to be working for them which they are good at — - rest is just adding more clutter to this place. This place still has the best papdi chaat on the oak tree road and they serve the hot spicy indian team all day long!
