They have the best ttokbokki… I’ve ever had in US.

As a Korean citizen living in the US, I’ve often found myself disappointed by the quality of Korean food here in the NJ/​NY area. Even among the many Korean restaurants in Palisades Park or NY K-​town on 32^nd street and even among the restaurants in Flushing, I’ve only found a few restaurants which successfully captured the flavors of popular Korean dishes.
Somehow, in Edison NJ, far away from all the Korea-​towns, there is a Korean restaurant that makes excellent Korean food.
I ordered the dduk bbokee, kimbab, and marinated fried chicken and was satisfied with all of my orders. The dduk bbokkee tasted delicious with a perfect mix of sweet and spicy and the fried chicken was better than some of the recently popular Korean fried chicken places such as BonChon Chicken or KyoChun Chicken. Someone unaccustomed to spicy fried chicken might have found the chicken to be a bit spicy, but I felt that the spiciness really embodied the taste of «gochujang”(Korean red pepper paste) and would really recommend it to anyone who likes Korean food or fried chicken.
I would happily give five stars for the quality of the food. The delivery, unfortunately, was quite late. However, when the woman delivering the food, the same person who picked up the phone call and possibly the cook as well, came out pregnant there really wasn’t much I could say.
SUMMARY: Would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good Korean food. May want to order a bit in advance.
