I wish I could give you 4.5 stars. The coffee was great. The staff were engaging. I have two recommendation: support local Oklahoma artists by displaying their art pieces on your walls and selling them. Drop the styrofoam cups; with a name like Aspen I would expect reusable resources(reduce, reuse, recycle) throughout the company… Including coffee cups. Once again the coffee was amazing.

I give Aspen 5 stars, but… can’t go there on weekends anymore. The staff act like their dragging on weekends with a hangover. They made my husband wait 10 minutes for his cappuccino where two employees avoided making his coffee. Then when he got it,(he sat at the bar watching and waiting with his newspaper) it had only one shot of expresso and way too much milk and like three inches of foam. So now we gotta find a new coffee place for weekends. I hate microwaved food(i think microwaves should be outlawed), it’s the only way they cook there.

Very nice people. Very good coffee. Atmosphere was good for chatting or studying, but not overly quiet.

I’ve been searching for a coffee shop that could make my beloved toasted marshmallow breve and I finally discovered Aspen! My drinks are consistently great, the staff is always friendly and the cookies and breads are worth some extra time on the treadmill :)

I’m making it my mission to try all the coffee shops in the Metro and Aspen is high up on my list right now. The coffee is great(we even buy bags of whole beans for home brewing), the service is quick and the workers are friendly. They have a good selection of drinks to choose from and lots of yummy flavor options if you’re into that(I enjoy a latte with caramel added). The space offers plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. And their cinnamon rolls are amaze. They’re literally the crack cocaine of pastries, delicious and addictive. Don’t forget to use your Keep It Local card for $ 1 off any 16oz or larger latte, chai, or granita.

I like Aspen. It is a nice place to come and chill out; the ambience is great. Lately, I’ve been running in to get my cup of much needed caffeine to go, on the way to work. It opens at 6:30AM, and although they do not have a drive-thru, they are wicked fast and MUCH faster than the drive through Starbucks that is nearby here. Plus, I receive much better coffee than I would from Starbucks. Now, the coffee: The baristas are properly trained, and if they don’t pull the perfect shot the first time, they will do it over, so I have never gotten a bad cup of espresso from here — not once! Now that it’s fall, I came in for a Pumpkin Spice Latte, and the flavor was amazing! The syrup must be house-made, because it is so much better than the average coffee shop. Their sandwiches and pastries are delicious, and they have a lot of bars and other goodies. Their non-coffee drinks are delicious, too!

Returned today and had an amazing almond milk latte and one of the best cookies I’ve ever had in my life– lemon poppyseed with frosting. The baked goods at Aspen are ONPOINT!

We started with the original in Stillwater 12 – 15 years ago. I was so excited when they opened one in Edmond. The flavor is so familiar. I stop here at least once a week, but buy their bulk coffee, so really I drink Aspen coffee every morning!

As far as atmosphere goes, Aspen isn’t my favorite coffee shop for studying. I wish it was a little more cozy. However, Aspen has AMAZING chai. Probably the smoothest chai I’ve ever had. If you like cold drinks, I would definitely try out Aspen.

I really love supporting local coffee. Our coffee scene has gotten great in the past few years, thanks to places like Aspen. When I was here last, I ordered a Chai Tea Latte and it was phenomenal. Maybe the best I’ve ever had. I thought it was weird that it was served cold in a styrofoam cup with no lid, but no worries, it was good enough that I finished it before I left. They also have Kize bars here which if you’ve never had one, are delicious.

Love Aspen! It’s a great place to meet up with friends and chat. They also have a bar that looks like a good place to have a study date. I’ve only had their blended chai. It was delicious. Wow. I definitely recommend this place. The service was good too.

Just recently stumbled along this café and I’ve truly enjoyed this layout and music that they play here! I’ve only been ordering a venti chai latte, but it is the bomb! I’m a big chai lover and their chai is always so smooth and rich! I’d definitely be going back again soon!

This is one of my favorite coffee shops in Edmond. They have the best café au lait in town and they even have some gluten free snacks. I am there multiple times per week.

The closest thing to a real coffee shop in Edmond that isn’t either mass produced or religious. I like that their decaf is almost always fresh. The pastries are tasty and the atmosphere is relaxed. They have free wi-fi and ample seating. I’ve brought other family members with good taste here and we all agree Aspen Coffe is a winner. I definitely recommend it.

I’ve heard such great things about this place from friends and it certainly lived up to their high praises. My soy latte was smooth and had full bodied flavor. The only thing that wasn’t as great was that they serve their to go drinks in styrofoam cups. I don’t love how they effect the environment or the taste of the coffee. My cinnamon roll(which they sweetly heated up for me!) was baked in a muffin cup. It was insanely delicious it was devoured that instant. There are plenty of tables for working, book reading and dates. Don’t forget your keep it local card!

I’ve tried pretty much every coffee area within 20 miles now and I’ll say this one was just ‘okay’. It wasn’t the best or worst I’ve ever had. They offer little foods and snacks and my drink was made fairly quick. I think they’d do better as a drive thru coffee stand rather than a walk in place. The service was fine but I probably won’t be returning. It just wasn’t that great.

I went to OSU and Aspen Coffee is a staple in Stillwater, so I was ecstatic when I heard they were coming to Edmond. I live in Oklahoma City, so I’m not in Edmond very often, but I made a point to stop in and check out Aspen while I was there recently. I got an iced latte with skim milk and although simple, it was definitely the Aspen I knew and loved in Stillwater. The location is very clean and nice and I went around 3 or 4 p.m. and there was still lots of food in the case, which is sometimes rare for small coffee shops. I’m also a big fan of buying their coffee beans and brewing at home. I’m so glad I can get my Aspen fix just 20 minutes away instead of an hour now! Also, this location has a Keep It Local deal — $ 1 off a mondo or venti latte!

What a cute, modern, coffee place! White walls with artsy coffee photos up on the back wall. Plenty of seating, both indoor and out. Such a bright and airy feel makes me wish I had had more time to sit, read, and enjoy my coffee. I had just finished a chiropractic appointment down the street and was grabbing a gyro at the place next door when I saw their sign advertising coffee. While I was eating my gryo next door, I used Aspen’s awesome WiFi. Their signal was much stronger than Let’s Do Greek’s! Even better than the atmosphere, was the selection, taste, and service. They had plenty of options for breakfast and lunch. Cereal, breakfast burritos, breakfast sandwiches, wraps, sandwiches, salads, smoothies. I ordered their Granito frozen coffee drink — it was delicious! Well worth the price. The smell inside was amazing. My only frustration was that I was delivering coffee back to the office for a friend, so, without lids that fully covered the cup, I spilled some coffee in my car. They could definitely use full lids that allow you to cover the sip portion — like Starbucks — for to-go purposes.

Just recently found this place while wandering around Edmond. I needed a place to do some drinking & studying. I had a venti Aspen coffee. I know… really adventurous. I don’t claim to be a coffee connoisseur so I can’t speak to all of the intricacies of the coffee, but I can tell you it tastes pretty good. Next time I’ll try one of the cappuccinos or lattes. This coffee shop is in a great location for me, right on my way to work. Unfortunately there is no drive-through. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Two sides of the coffee shop are floor to ceiling glass so there’s lots of natural light & you don’t feel quite as shut in like some other local shops. I guess it depends on how much of a hermit you want to be that day. Their free WIFI is surprisingly good. I was getting 17Mb down &5Mb up. Not bad at all compared to many of the other local places. The barista was kind enough to even give me a free refill on coffee. How awesome is that? Friendly staff, clean bathrooms all a plus. I’ll probably be back in the near future to try more drinks.
