Starbucks

While this is a 3 star, it’s only because of the location. 5 stars for the crew who does a great job, and I love the coffee. The location like other Edmond locations is cramped. Getting in here when they are busy is crazy, and sometimes the drive through line is going into the street that is a busy street and a hazard in my opinion. One time they messed up my order, hey, it happens! The day in question they were super busy. I attempted to park instead of getting in a super long drive through line, and there was no available spaces. There is literally like 11 parking spaces for them and the Verizon next door. I gave up and did call, and the manager made it right.
Today I was walking and they hooked up my Standard Poodle with a cup of whipped cream, thanks!

I like this starbucks because they are always willing to «make me something delicious» and surprise me with something awesome. It’s so nice for people with allergies that they also have coconut milk. Super friendly service too!

Terrible customer service, and they did not warn us (three people with backpacks clearly there to study) that the wifi was down for a few days. We were forced to leave. Go to the Starbucks on Bryant and 15^th instead– they are nicer and have better customer service.

Hot chocolate Is carp and I felt insulted they didn’t ask for my name. Croissant is good but just to small pretty dissapointing. Nice staff

As I was driving to my weekend class in Norman, I stopped by this location. I ordered a mocha and a large water. After paying for my order I heard one of the baristas say to another coworker, «This one has a water. She specifically asked for a venti.» Then she proceeded to laugh and turn to another coworker. I never intended for my order to be an inconvenience and I felt very discouraged/​embarrassed for asking for it to begin with. I won’t be coming here again.

Don’t go inside! I haven’t been in the drive through but the service inside leaves a lot to be desired. Teens who could care less about serving you. I had to stand at the register for longer than I should to get served. After I paid, They forgot to give me my food. I stood awhile after getting my drink to see if any would ask or notice, nope! I finally had to ask after several minutes. Do you think I am standing here at the drink bar because it’s just so freaking fun??? Get it together!!! And the parking lot was a nightmare.

I’m so done with this Starbucks. I used to go everyday but they are always out of various treats and iced coffee of all things, they ALWAYS overcharge me for my coffee, they don’t accept coupons and the drive thru takes forever. I’ll go to All About Cha, or Dunkin Donuts on my way home from now on.

I had the most amazing barista at this locations! She told me a lot of really great ways to save money ordering drinks and was super nice! Completely made my day (and my wallet will forever be thanking her).

This location is a little smaller than most, but it stays open a little later than the location on Bryant so it’s really helpful when I have to stay up a little later to study or work on a project. The outdoor seating is really nice, but its in a high traffic location so sometimes it gets a little noisy. The drive through is also usually very full and sometimes you hang out into the street. The inside is typically much quicker if you can find parking. They have a cool little seating area around a fireplace which is great for group meetings.

As usual the same great consistent product. However, 25 minutes to get drinks? And only one register running. As a shareholder this was really frustrating!

This is an excellent little Starbucks with a very friendly staff. I was delighted to walk in and see my good friend Jenn working behind the bar! She’s in school and working a lot, but now I know where to find her!
They are very fast, even when the lines are very long! If you see a long line for the drive through, just go ahead and hop out of your car, you’ll be happy you went inside, they’ll get you fixed right up. It’s less stressful than having your car hanging out in the street.
I’ve always been a Starbucks fan, especially when I’m in a big hurry, but especially now that I can grab a little bistro box and a flat white, I’m good to go. Knowing a friendly face here certainly doesn’t hurt. When I’m in the neighborhood and don’t have the time to hang out at a place like Evoke, I’ll pop in here for a quick drink and maybe a little bite.

This location is so slow for inside purchases. I think they put all their effort into moving the drive thru line along at the expense of people in line inside.
The drive through is backed up and in a terrible location.
They are frequently out of stock of food items/​pastries.

This Starbucks drives me nuts because whoever designed the building and parking lot area did not account for that everyone and their mother in Edmond wants Starbucks at the same time in the morning and HAS to be in the drive-​through. I take West 15^th to Broadway and often have to drive around the cars that are hanging out of the parking lot because they’re trying to get in the drive-​through line. They REALLY should consider not having a drive-​through because of the traffic implications, but doubtful. The people of Edmond might revolt.
But I’ll stop by on occasion when it’s easy to get into — service is speedy and they put up with my «bacon, egg, and gouda sandwich, no bacon» requests. It’s like every other Starbucks in regards to food and drink, but the drive-​through line makes it so unbearable at times.

I’ve been to all the Starbucks locations in Edmond and this is by far my favorite location. The staff is always friendly and courteous. If your order is wrong, they will gladly fix it. Also, it’s a wonderful place to drink coffee and study.
I highly recommend not going before 10am because the lines are crazy long! Unless you absolutely have to have your coffee fix before work, it’s just not worth it.

The lines in the mornings look scary. Don’t be scared!!!
There is a Large High School 2 blocks away so it gets crowded, but the employees here get the customers through quickly, and efficiently while being kind with a smile!
Good location with a newly remodeled interior.
Go without fear, and drink Good coffee!

This Starbucks has recently become my new go to spot to and from work. It’s in a great location but getting in & out of the drive-​through is not easy due to the tight spot. The employees have always been helpful and I’ve never had a problem getting my order completed.

Who doesn’t love this place?! Delish!

This Starbucks has a drive-​thru, which means that I can easily swing by to get my morning fix before work on days when I wake up late.
The cute guy working the window was friendly and fun to look at.
