Let me just say that the French Toast is worth the trip. The service was pretty slow(and it wasn’t crowded at all) but the food made up for it. Eggs were cooked perfectly, and bacon was good but did I mention the French Toast? It was the best in town. And they serve warm maple, blueberry and strawberry syrup! Try it, you won’t regret it. Bright, clean space.

Great breakfast experience. The service & food were both great & I felt the prices were actually on the low end. Our meals seemed to be prepared with fresh ingredients & the portions were fairly large. I couldn’t eat the entire meal. The menu is large & diverse. Something for everyone on the menu.

Hands down the best breakfast place in Edmond! Why am I just now learning that cheesy hash browns is a thing? They are amazing. I had the Extravaganza Omelet and I look forward trying other menu items soon.

Well appointed, clean, good service. Food was good but nothing to rave about. I will be back.

The food was fantastic. I had the southern eggs benedict and I loved it. The service was friendly and the food came out timely. I’m looking forward to trying their lunch options.

I can’t stand breakfast. There, I said it. I’m a bad millennial. When I think of breakfast, I think of French toast. I think of bacon, crumbled sausage, and pancakes. I think of food that I find is alright, but kind of lacking. To each their own, I say. Trouble is, I dine with my girlfriend. Most restaurants either serve a mediocre normal breakfast and great«normal food» or amazing breakfast and lackluster lunch options. This always leaves one of us upset. I have found the cure, and it’s name is Eggingtons. As I type this review, I’m digesting the chili relleno breakfast. Amazing green chili, and a surprisingly tasty relleno. I had braced myself for average, and was blown away. I got the cheesy hash browns, done extra crispy at the suggestion of Tracy. Tracy is a man after my own heart, especially when it comes to hash browns. I will confess a love for hash browns, they’re the only breakfast food I really enjoy. Girlfriend got the eggs Benedict(sadly I don’t remember which version), and said it was very good. I agree. We also split an a la cart pancake. It was $ 2, which raised an eyebrow. «Surely,» she said to me, «this better be one heck of a pancake for two bucks.» I cook a good pancake. My curse is being able to cook great breakfasts. Up until this morning, I’d have argued that I make one of the best in Edmond. I have seen the light. I’m not sure what exactly goes in it, but I remember something like fresh cream and magic. We will be back. After all, I need to try so much more. The burgers, the smothered burrito, it all looked so good. The only thing I’m not a fan of is that they close at 2. Hopefully I start waking up before 2 more often. Update: the stuffed burrito with sausage is the bomb dot com.

I am always down to trying a new breakfast spot in Edmond. I had heard a lot of good things about Eggington’s so we decided to give it a try. The interior is bright and sunny, but not overkill. I was super satisfied with the menu — there was SO many options. I have been trying to find more places in Edmond that serve eggs Benedict, and they had multiple different styles on the menu. It’s also not expensive either. My girlfriends and I will definitely be returning for brunch in the near future!

Believe the hype about this new breakfast joint in Edmond. I hit up Eggington’s on a Sunday morning around 10:00AM. The place was packed and there was a wait. I was quoted a time of 20 minutes, but I don’t think I waited even 10. Maybe a little over 5. I was seated at a clean and comfortable booth and approached immediately by my server for a drink order. I asked the server for a recommendation to eat, and she suggested the smothered burrito. This is a large breakfast burrito filled with cheddar jack cheese, beans, onions, peppers, eggs, and your choice of ham, sausage or bacon. I went with sausage. It’s covered in green chili sauce and served with sour cream and salsa on the side, plus your choice of potato. I also went with a side order of biscuit and gravy, because I like to try the biscuits and gravy when I hit a new breakfast place. I waited around 10 minutes and my food arrived piping hot. The burrito is wrapped in an herb garlic tortilla, and you can actually taste those flavors. Most«flavored» tortillas just look a different color but offer nothing additional for flavor. Not the case with this one, very good. It’s jam packed with stuff, great value. The green sauce is good as well. The salsa was unnecessary, but I tried it and it’s fine. The cheesy potatoes are hash browns with cheese in them. They were very cheesy, yet crispy on top. I would order them again. As good as the burrito was, the star was the single(huge) biscuit and gravy. The biscuit is made with focaccia batter and Italian herbs, and the flavors showed. Definitely not a traditional biscuit, but I loved it. Likewise, the sausage gravy(which was smothering the biscuit) is loaded with plenty of herbs. It was one of the better biscuit/gravy combos I can remember having in awhile. Highly recommended. This joint will likely have waits during peak times and probably all day on weekends. But, based on my first experience, it’s worth it to stick out a half hour wait than drive somewhere else. I’ll be back for sure.

Had a short stay in town and thought I would try this place out, I am glad I did! I was seated immediately and had my drinks directly and food within 10min. I had the breakfast tacos(build your own), I had never had this style before, along with the cheesy hash browns, it was all very good! I would definitely suggest this place for breakfast and I look forward to trying their lunch sometime!

Tried Eggingtons for the first time Thursday morning and it was a total letdown after hearing such great reviews! First thing we noticed was the awful service when we walked through the door. The hostess had a poor attitude and an unpleasant greeting. When we got seated it took 15 minutes for our waitress to even notice us and then ten more minutes to get our coffee! Our food tasted pretty good except for it was cold. Really wish we had a better experience! We were there at 7:45 am on 1÷22÷16.

Like another post said, I too was excited to try this place out after seeing the reviews. Unfortunately, I was not impressed. My food came out cold! Weird thing, it wasn’t just the potatoes or any single item but the ENTIRE plate of eggs, potatoes, and sausage??? Yuck!!! I would like to give this place the benefit of the doubt but I’ll have to be desperate to come back again. I know I can’t be the only one who complained about this to mgmt and so I’m hoping Eggingtons will read this and fix the issue! Only reason for my two stars was the service was great!

Where do I start? It was crowded when we got there early on a Saturday morning. All the food looked good when I saw it going by. I was thinking«I’m about to get my grub on». We got seated in a reasonable time for the amount of people that were in there. The full menu is available all day. I ordered the chicken cordon bleu skillet. My kids had burgers of course and my husband had the pancakes. When my skillet came it looked as though it was cold, but ok it could still taste good. Right? No, the chicken was hard and DRY, The cheese was rubbery, there was a scant amount of hollandaise sauce and the potatoes were only par boiled. None of this has touched a skillet. Just thrown together and warmed just enough to melt the cheese. I was so disappointed. My kids picked over their burgers and wanted no parts of the fries. My husband, who is a breakfast lover still had food on his plate and didn’t bother to try to bring any home. The service was actually really good. We just had a strange server who would surprise me every time he came to the table. What I mean by surprise is that he kept approaching me from behind then stoop down to my ear level and speak very loudly. Scared the crap out of me a few times. We will not be going back.

Ridiculous Good. Very surprised to find this quality in a strip mall. The variety, quality, and service is far above what you would find at the normal breakfast hangout. Hopefully you’ll get our waitress who went above and beyond!

First time here. Very clean bright and nice-looking. The coffee was super as well as my breakfast tamales! The Mgr/cook was excellent and truly cared about preparing gluten free food. Service was simply outstanding. We expect to return many times!!! Try it out!

The breakfast was solid. However the service staff seemed unprepared for the Saturday morning rush. Mistakes were made on our order resulting in a mid sip coffee rotation around the table. Although delicious our meals came with different sides then were ordered after bringing this up with our frazzled waitress corrections were promised but never delivered. I hope we can attribute the missteps to a newly hired staff and will give the place another shot down the road. With all that went wrong I would still say it is far superior to the other Edmond breakfast joints

This place is good! It’s nice to have another breakfast joint in Edmond, because now I don’t have to kill myself when someone tells me «let’s go to Jimmy’s Egg.» The menu is big, the staff was polite, the food was good, and there was a ton of parking. The Good 1) Big Menu — I’m surprised at how big the selection for breakfast is. 2) Good variety — I mean, I had breakfast tamales. Whaaaaaaaat? 3) Big restaurant — I’m sure it’ll still get packed, its Edmond, but this place at least has a chance of not getting crazy. 4) They serve the whole menu, all day The Bad Can’t think of anything… That’s good though! The girlfriend had the breakfast burrito, and she said it was top notch.

I love seeing these five star reviews. This place really owns up to them all!(I wish I would have snapped a picture of my meal, but it looked so good I dug right on in.) This is a new establishment, but it is VERY well done! I was really impressed with how large this place was, and how fast they worked. Very friendly staff and it looked like they had plenty of waiters to shuffle tables in and out. I went this morning around 9:30, and we were out of there within 30 – 40 minutes with taking our time drinking coffee and tea. I got the smothered burrito with ham along with a side of the cheesy hash-browns. Holy. Moly. My taste buds and my tummy were so happy! I was still able to take half of the burrito home, and I think it would be a great leftover. I am excited to go back for more of the brunch or lunch menu. This is definitely a place to try out if you haven’t!

Wonderful new breakfast/brunch/lunch restaurant. Closes at 2:00 pm. We heard some great things from friends about this place so we decided to give it a try. I had the Breakfast tamales with 2 eggs over easy on top. Great tamale with a homemade green chili sauce, pepper jack cheese and sour cream. I generally judge Mexican restaurants by their tamales because that is what I love and these tamales were as good as most Mexican restaurants. My wife got the Pecan French Toast. The waitress explained that they take one of their pecan sticky buns, slice it, dip it in a custard and grill it. This was like having a warm cinnamon roll from the fair and most of you know how good that is. Absolutely delicious. Our waitress was wonderful. Never had to ask for anything and she took her time to explain the food. Would recommend this place to anyone. They sell the sticky buns at the front counter. They are huge.
