I want to exchange iPhone 6s to the same model because when I charge it, it get over heat, it is very obvious that is the phones problem. The staff told me, I have to use the charger which come with the iPhone, that I can avoid my iPhone get over heat. I asked can I use my charger which come from Apple and with the same model, the staff said no, and even the store manager keep telling me electric device is weird. ARETHESEGUYFINISHHIGHSCHOOL? DON’T KNOWTHEBASIC Physics knowledge? REALLY? Base one the same specs one iPhone 6s charger cannot charge another iPhone 6s? Again, ARETHESEGUYSREALLYFINISHHIGHSCHOOL?

It seems this store is awesome to people switching over but once you are an AT&T customer, they will SCREW you to the wall. This store is criminal, there is no other word for it. They completely lied to my husband about the phone he was supposedly upgrading on his Jump plan that we have been paying for months. They put him on LEASE which is more expensive and didn’t even let him know! Then they lied to him about a tablet he thought was free and would not take it back. They lied(meaning didn’t bother to divulge) to him that there were going to be a charges, charges, charges for the case for the tablet, for the screen protector, etc. and then put a bunch of stuff on our account that we DIDN’T AUTHORIZE, like insurance, etc. They were RUDE when we tried to return is and completely unhelpful in resolving the issue. We have been T-Mobile customers for years and are treated like this??? Spent literally HOURS on the phone with customer service people trying to resolve this, got NOWHERE. Why don’t they just take the freaking tablet back and make it right. They are get paid on how much their customers bills are and this store is EXPERT at screwing customers over. Do not buy anything from this store and do not switch to T-Mobile if you are thinking about it. You think ATT and Verizon are bad, T-Mobile is worse, they are just more deceptive about it.

Folks, careful on this store — these guys do not know customer service — they are unprofessionals and basically will lie to you. We had a dispute about 2 weeks ago and they jus handled it horribly. We went back after calling corporate TMobile which was very helpful only to be kicked out of the store with threats to call in police if we did not leave the store. Seriously, T-mobile should revoke their license other wise these thieves will continue to take advantage of people!!! All i can say is jus don’t go to this particular store(2204)

Transferred over to T-Mobile about two years ago through this store. At that time they were awesome. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I went in last week to talk to them about some issues I was having with my phone to see if they could help me troubleshoot. O M G. The man who helped me didn’t look me in the eye, was yawning off and on the entire time HE was talking to me, and at one point had to ask me to repeat myself because he started talking to his co-worker who was sitting at a desk(I am presuming he was on a break) about the party they went to the night before. This stands out as one of the worst customer service experiences EVER.

Went to this store to switch over from Verizon. Based on every horrible experience you get at a Verizon store, I was dreading coming to T-Mobile. What I experienced with the team on 09 – 19 at 6:45 p.m. was truly amazing. Sarah was beyond wonderful in her handling of our transactions, carefully recommending but not being pushy on accessories. She cleaned our screens, set us up, explained everything and all while the store was beyond their closing time. I watched the other staff members working with a sudden influx of customers and they were all wonderful.

I wish I could give them no stars. That’s all. An absolute crew of dirtbag monsters. Don’t go in there. They are evil and manipulating and everything bad that people can be. Writing this makes me want to barf.

My father and I went in to transfer our lines from ATT and our experience was impeccable. Hands down the best time my father and I have ever while transferring lines/services. Thank you Robert for all the help!
