Save yourself the agony during the service/​device purchasing nightmare… Go see Tom at the Verizon store off 99. This guy graciously and gracefully juggled the phone needs of 2 fried parents and 2 kids under 5. He’s patient, thorough, upfront and honest.

I was here to buy new phone and tablet. I had no idea what I can do with smart phone and tablet. However that manager and every other sales representative was teaching me very well. They are very nice and kind! I will definitely come back later! And I will bring my family as well

After having a terrible experience at go wireless in Mukilteo, I came to this store to pick up a note 4 on release day. Most of these certified verizon dealers are pretty bad with messy, poorly maintained stores. Only reason I’m giving this place 4 instead of 5 stars is because they don’t have real models of the phones they sell to play with. All the display models are fake.
Aside from that I had the best customer service experience in any cell store I’ve ever been to. The guy working the front counter was friendly, prompt, professional and informative. He was enthusiastic about his job which always makes for a better experience for everyone. The store was very clean and well kept. There was no long wait which is what is expected at other cellphone stores. I will definitely be back here to give them more business.
