Sprint has the WORST Customer Support EVER! Not only did bill my card twice $ 177.73 on the same day WITHOUT my authorization. They then told me it would take 3 – 5 business to refund the $ 355.46! If I took $ 350 out of your wallet, and told you you can get it back in 3 – 5 days how would YOU feel??? I told them I wanted to cancel, and they went on and on about how I would have to pay cancellation fees, etc… after I have been with them for 3+ years…

I had been with my previous carrier for 10 years and was happy but the rate plan advertised by Sprint was too great to pass up. Not only that but they insisted their coverage and data speeds were excellent. I went to the Sprint Shoreline store 3 times to confirm the details before converting. However when my first bill came it was much higher than what was promised. It took 6 weeks to get Sprint to honor the promised rate. Now, 1 year into my 2 year contract, Sprint is telling me they are increasing my monthly rate by $ 60 per month!!! My bill will now be significantly higher than it was with the other carrier. Also, I have been GREATLY disappointed with the cell and data speed. I am VERY sorry I ever converted to Sprint!

I am a current Sprint customer and I ordered a new iPhone at this store and was told by Juan R. that I would be called when it came in. I never received a call. Over a month later, I called the store, and the phone has been there: they claim they called me and left a voicemail. So either(A) they didn’t call me and they are not being honest with me, or(B) they called, left a voicemail, and the Sprint voicemail is not working.

It is great to go to a Sprint store and get 5star service! I came in with my daughter today to get her a new phone. I was in and out of the store with her new phone ready to go in less than 30 min! Parking is also so much better here.

Paul was efficient, knowledgeable, and didn’t attempt to upsell me more than necessary. I appreciate the quick service and friendly service. As a longtime Sprint customer, I have had my fair share of in-store run ins, and he was one of the standouts! All I needed was a new charger and ended up purchasing a new phone case on his recommendation, which I actually realized I needed. Head here for NO wait, friendly service, and knowledgeable staff.

Gabby G. Thank you so much for your wonderful service and delivering us from AT&T evil, amen! We came in here just to look, I swear! But the next thing you know, the fiancé and I are gravitating toward the smartphones of our likings and the sweet deals roll off of Gabby’s tongue. It’s a Mac World at our home, but the fiancé was abandoning it for the Note 2 and Gabby knowledgeably answered all of his questions about it. The store is huge and has great foot traffic space for people to commiserate around the blue tooth headset cases or around the phone case displays. They even offer classes to learn more about how to use the device that you purchased. There was an Apple class going on for people who had both phones and iPads. This was a great experience and an even better one once the phone was up and running. These 5 stars aren’t just for the store experience though. I had been a Sprint customer for 10 years and the only reason why I switched was because the fiancé had gotten the iPhone when we were first dating. I switched so that we could take advantage of the mobile to mobile minutes. The phone reception never compared and I encountered too many dead spots in places where my Blackberry had worked perfectly(even in subterranean parking, in the elevator near both LAX& Santa Monica airports!) And it didn’t change when I moved to Seattle. In some cases, it got worse. I am glad to be a returning Sprint customer and, again, I thank Gabby’s for making shit happen!!!

This Sprint store is brand new and it’s wonderful. It’s a huge store compared to what I’ve been in. My father and I went in to upgrade our phones and completed our task with ease. All of the associates were great! Very friendly and helpful. Not much foot traffic and yes, a little out of the way, but worth the extra gas and mileage. Definitely reccomended.
