My husband and I were visiting Colorado for our honeymoon, and we came to E-Town THREETIMES during our week here. Needless to say, we quite liked our experience at this restaurant. Our first visit was decent– we stopped in for drinks on a Sunday evening simply because nowhere else seemed to be open. We were not disappointed! The drinks were good. The atmosphere was chill. We sat out on the patio and loved that it was so dog friendly– we made a couple furry friends! On our second visit(Thursday evening), we came in for happy hour drinks and stayed for dinner. We each ordered salad– the steak salad is definitely the way to go! We also ordered«well drinks» and the Irish nachos off the happy hour menu. The atmosphere was, as expected, slightly busier than Sunday evening, but we didn’t mind a bit and we were again able to enjoy the patio seating. The food, drinks, and service were all superb. So much so, in fact, that we came back to back and stopped by again this evening(Friday). Tonight was probably our favorite experience of the three– we again came at happy hour(seriously– such great deals!) and were able to order our entire meal from the happy hour menu, which left our wallets quite happy indeed. The patio was again our choice for seating, and we enjoyed the upbeat and busy atmosphere that came with the live music. Perfect for a Friday night! We will be letting all of our Colorado-visiting friends and family know about E-Town, and we will plan to return next time we are near Edwards!

Really great food. Pizza was outstanding as were the wings. Awesome ambiance and great patio when it’s warm enough outside. In the middle of this review just consumed the ahi tuna sandwich. One of the best things I have ever tasted. Medium rare with fried avocado and some sweet potato tots! In addition to the food the staff is as friendly as you will find anywhere. I had left my coat here a few days ago and thought for sure it would be gone even though I called. It was still here and delivered with a smile. Seriously can not say enough good things about this place and we are getting some of their famous donuts for desert!

This review is long overdue. I come to E-Town several times a year for lunch, happy hour, and dinner. I’ve never had a bad meal or bad service. Last night Shane took excellent care of us. The ahi tuna appetizer, nacho Papa’s burger, and mahi tacos were all spot on! We usually get the carrot cake for dessert(which is delicious) but Shane talked us into the donuts last night. They were phenomenal! Can’t wait to make it back for dinner again soon. Thanks for making our night again!

My family(3 kids) and I have been coming here since it opened in 2008(ish). It has always had great food, great prices, great atmosphere, and a great staff. Other mountain eateries act like you should be lucky to eat there and treat you as such, even the dives– service sucks in the mountains. Not at Etown. As a former waitress I always watch for quality of service-Etown has it. Fast, courteous, and friendly. The atmosphere is like you are at home or a friends house. The owner has frequently stopped at our table to see how things are going or just to chat-lets you know he is truly invested in his customers.

Stopped in here after skiing at Beaver Creek on the recommendation of local lifty to watch some playoff football. They offer a great happy hour focused on Apre’. They had great food and beer specials. Will be back here again before hitting the I70 slog.

E-Town was a great find for us on vacation, so good we went 2 nights in a row! Great place to watch the NFL playoffs at the bar. Friendly bartender, cold beer, delicious food! We had the classic pizza, caprese chicken sandwich; the next night we had the lettuce wraps, steak salad, and ribs! You must leave room for donuts! Best we’ve ever had. Honestly.

Can’t beat this happy hour(3:30−6pm daily) for their $ 3.95 food menu, $ 2.50 drafts, $ 4.50 well drinks and $ 5 wines. We ordered everything on the HH menu save for the irish nachos, and actually ordered a few more repeats after our first round was done. Everybody loved the pretzel with cheese dip, short rib tacos, wings(buffalo, BBQ or chile lime), southwestern egg rolls and salmon caesar! Margherita pizza was decent but hard to compete with everything else. I love that you can get arugula on your burger here. Great spot to catch a game or end your day after the slopes. They also have a delicious BBQ chicken quesadilla and tuna avocado appetizer that we ordered to pass the time until HH. All great.

A great casual family place. The food is great — we particularly love rib night! You may need to wait but there is a large bar area or city seating outdoors. Enjoy!

One of our favorite hangout spots. Very family-friendly, we always run into people at Etown. Atmosphere is always lively, happy hour is on point and I’ve never had a disappointing meal or service experience. Ask for the queso or get the sweet tots as a side!

Accommodating & kind staff. Relaxed & cozy space that’s great for families(I have a 4&3 yr old.) Cool joint, all the locals we spoke to recommended it. Menu is creative & comprehensive yet not too large – too many choices can be overwhelming! Apps – wings, burrata & pretzel w/cheese. All were perfect! Good wings go a long way in my book. Entrees – «ooh Mommy» burger & fish tacos. Burger was big, loaded with flavor but a bit overcooked. Fish tacos looked amazing – 3 small tacos with layers of colorful sauces – but it lacked salt, heat & flavor. Desserts – fresh donuts & delicious chocolate cake.

Good ipa and vegan options. The veggie burger is substantial and filling.(I would recommend they omit the sage from the recipe.) the portobello sandwich was good though a bit small. You need to request no cheese or aioli for these to be vegan. If you need some vegan food in the vail area this is one of the better options.

The menu is awesome here and I think the food is great. From their salmon to the super rich and decadent chocolate cake, it’s beautiful! Their patio is fun if you have pets. My only complaint here is the service. It is painfully slow and they are incredibly unapologetic about it because it’s a norm there now. Also their tequila selection is a bummer.

I hate hate to write a negative review, but the service was that bad. Brought everyone water except for my 9 yr old. Then didn’t have his requested OJ. Then altogether forgot to put in his burger order. He got it when we were all finished. Filled up friend’s lemonade with water. Had to request silverware. The list goes on. The waitress had a cavalier and dismissive attitude all around. In her defense, she had a lot of tables. The food was good, but we won’t be returning.

Good food(burgers, salads, steaks) but slowish service. The atmosphere was«sports bar meets trendy dinner joint»

Loved the tator tots, good service, and sat fairly quickly on a busy Friday night. The homemade ranch is so good. I’d definitely go back!

I stopped by E-Town while at the Riverwalk in Edwards(Thank you fellow Unilocaler’s for the reviews) — The place was *PACKED* at 7PM, but I found a spot at the bar, and had the ½ pound burger(Tuesday special), which hit the spot. It seemed like a good crowd, and the place has a good vibe. I’ll be back.

Took a late summer vacation to the mountains, and were hungry for lunch when we arrived. Took a look on Unilocal to see what Edwards had to offer, and decided to try out E-Town. Had a nice table on the patio and started out with the calamari. They were crisp and tasty, with just the right amount of breading. I then had the ‘Ring’ burger(bacon, BBQ cheeseburger) with sweet potato fries. Burger was cooked well, good BBQ flavor and the sweet potato fries were delicious! My wife had the seared sesame tuna salad. She liked it, but asked if they had any type of ‘wasabi’ based sauce/dressing she could add. The waitress indicated that they had something, and that if she has that salad she always adds it. After bringing it out, my wife enjoyed her salad very much. Our daughter ordered a pizza and it looked fresh and hand-made. Overall a nice place to grab lunch. Would return and eat there again.

Such a wonderful lunch, service and the food was really good. Tucked in the far end of Edwards Main Street area. Unfortunately they did not have a liquor license and about 5 – 6 groups of people walked in and left when they found this out. They should have it back by Feb. 2014. We decided to stay and did not regret our choice. I had the ahi tuna sandwich — grilled sushi grade tuna, sweet soy glaze, sesame slaw ginger, wasabi mayo and ciabatta roll. Oh so tasty and the tuna was cooked perfectly. The roll was fresh and the slaw had tons of flavor. Scott had the animal style yo’ — double patty angus beef, american cheese, caramelized onions, pickles and special sauce. A juicy and heavenly burger. Don’t miss a great meal in Edwards, you can always grab an adult beverage later!
